First: There are thousands of uncertain websites out there that kids should not be on. But unless the website is doing something prohibited (in which offering free tickets is not) I doubt anyone has the authority or power to shutdown a website. You could report it to the police, you could also dispatch an e-mail to free webs to enjoy it removed, since free webs is owner of adjectives free webs net sites.
Second: It's up to the parents to make sure what their children are doing on the web is safe. A six or seven year dated should NOT be on a computer without an mature supervision. I would not allow my 6 or 7 year old on ANY site in need me looking right over their shoulder.
