We get pulled over wager on in the states because the driver be speeding but wasnt drinking, the cop smells liquor and see's I am underage, can I prove I drank the alchohol leagally in Candada, and did not break any US underage drinking law?Answers: Sure you can. The Immigration and Customs check-point at the border has video of your sports car coming back from Canada along next to the exact time and date. Get an attorney to represent you and he'll/she'll subpoena the the tape. MI can't directly suspend your TN drivers license, but they *can* suspend your privilege to drive within MI, and when that suspension is filed, consequently the TN DMV will suspend your TN license under the interstate driving compact.

Yes. My wifes ex lost his Tennesee license from child support owed to Florida. This is not generally done unless you are quite far losing on support though.
Why is the Jena 6 such a big controversy?
Seriously I don't understand why associates are acting like family are treating the Jena 6 unfairly. They could enjoy completely avoided being sent to lock up if they wouldn't have hit the kid up! Its not the matter of see or anything because I believe everyone involved in it should recieve the basic punishment for their stupidity! And no matter what anyone say, the guy that got conquered nearly to death be not one of the students who hung the noose. It be a confrontation that esculated for whatever reason, could have be racism could have be something else. Either way, hitting someone nearly to death is not the appropriate goings-on for the noose limp even if it was cultural or not. All those kids should have be tried as adults. Im not racist but Im getting tired of the media & medium hounds like jackson & sharpton trying to push agenda for something that may or may not be racism. I principally blame the media, becuase after that happen several other nooses that were hung surrounded by an act of racism be hung in other places & they be pure copycat crimes & would not of happen if the medium would have not here it alone or just focusted on the piece that 6 guys beat a 1 guy nearly to passing. GOD! It pisses me off still!
According to reports, the 6 guys be reacting to a tribal symbol hung by white students at their high academy. Supposedly, the individual that was worsted was one of those massively individuals.
The symbol? The white kids hung nooses from a tree where white students customarily gathered at lunch time, but some black students sit down under soon.
To be honest, I don't think near is anything right in this luggage. The white kids should be punished for their instigating of the beatings, and the 6 requirement to be reprimanded as well. But I do feel that trying them as adults for a crime that was clearly done within the mindset of a juvenile is very wrong.
People are so upset because of the national motivation, the racial overtones, and the certainty that the black students are being punished, but the white students don't own to own up to a damn thing. That is wrong contained by my book. I think near is enough blame to run around.

I am having an on going issue at work. I organize a small gas station in Ponchatoula, Louisiana. Our bathroom have been repeatedly vandalize, used for illegal goings-on, and had unspeakable things done to it. I dont grain I should have to breath crack fumes or risk hepatitus to verbs it. My district manager have informed me that it is state law that we must provide a public restroom, even so I know of several restuarants in the nouns that don't even have one. It is local ruling. Some states ban guns from adjectives school property. Some states allow those beside Concealed Weapons Permits to carry their guns on conservatory grounds and even into the class rooms.
Sometimes the state will allow guns on school property and the university itself will ban guns.

If it was a regular speeding ticket they may basically find him guilty even if not present. He will own his license suspended at some point. Since he is irresponsible he will forget about it, win pulled over for something and get a driving on suspended which will cost more, instrument more.
