There is no argument that can be applied to marijuana, to say that it should be banned, that couldn't be applied to cigarettes and alcohol.
In 5000 years ZERO people hold died from smoking marijuana.

Marijuana is not chemically adictive.but alcohol and cigarettes are.
I think it should be court but it should be regulated to those over 18.
At 18 if you want to destroy your life span with any drugs, you should know how to do so. As long as you are not harming others or driving impair.

Skunk: No. They stink while they're alive and stink worse when they're dead. I can't conjure up the smell if you smoke one of these little stinkers.

Cannabis: No. Keep it illegal. It's messed up member of my own family and too frequent teens (makes 'em lazy and unmotivated). Needs to stay informal.
It's an unregulated, mind-altering drug. There are specific medical uses, such as nausea, that it's very potent for, but other than that, it should remain unsanctioned.
On that note, every time I see someone spouting in the order of how it should be legal, they other appear to me to have have one too many joint in their lives. In other words, big time burnouts!

Because it is illegal, in that has become a together class of "bad guys" who own committed crimes because they use it. The jails are full of users of marijuana which is lately insane.
Also, because it is illegal, the family who you buy it from now also contract in the authentic bad stuff and most of them also fetch guns! Is this insane, or what?
I feel it is mostly a continuation of the "culture war" that have existed in this country since the 60's. The culture who weren't cool then are still trying to screw the nation who were/are cool now.
Is it legal to put irregular photos on my website without authority?
I take illogical photos from my camera on the streets of nation. Is it ok to put it on the web? Everyday we see such photos contained by flickr or videos contained by youtube... Are they all court? The people contained by the photos are unaware of their face put on the web.Answers: It is legalized and you are protected by law.
If on private property, afterwards you can be in vandalism

I know, I used to be a professional photographer and had a warranty guard try to confiscate my camera outside a building on a public street in San Francisco. I told him to telephone a cop, the cops showed, and asked me if I wanted him arrested.
Another time a guy spit at me, a cop saw it and the guy be screaming bloody murder that I had photographed him on a public street. The cop asked me if I needed to have him arrested for assault.
In both cases I decline and in the first one, I get a personal apology from the guys supervisor.

It's without fault legal if done on public property, as others own stated.
However, to be on everyone's "good side", it never hurts to ask green light. For non-commercial photography, you won't need the subject to sign a release. Just brand note, if you put a photo within your professional portfolio, you should absolutely find the subject to sign a model release. You never know what might happen.

Answers: I think we should consequently we wouldn't have such a big problem near crime. If you think around it we still will but more people will be upset because of the out come. it was done for hundreds of years up to that time why did we stop, because we started to let the criminals hold a say so. Should we??? come on they are the ones who trade name us scared to stroll to our cars at night, permit our kids play in the front patio while we run in to answer the phone, hold our kids walk down the street to a friends house. These things we be able to do at one time next to out fear. presently we have to such a close eye on our kids its not even fun to be a kid anymore When I be younger I would go beside my little brother and fish in the creek and tramp through the fields I wouldn't dare consent to my kids do that now for alarm that they will have an precipitate grave. So, Yes I think we should dangle people especially the ones who stir after Children again Its worth trying to save our family, friends, and neighbors and making this county a little safer for our children and their children!!!

I can not smoke surrounded by public places.I had $80 dollar ticket for not using my form belt.I can not have domestic animals within my yard,similar to a horse ,rabbits,chickens,ducks etc.I can not hang clothes outside to dry.When I first have reciclyng water for the loawn,adjectives family procure sick with a flu approaching,I could not mower the loawn for three weeks the police give me a alert to do it in 24 hours.I be not yet strong anough to do the employment I payed $75 dollars to have the loawn cut.I see no probability no hope for the future.What do you see?Answers: I agree next to what your saying.I live surrounded by Florida and some of he laws are course off groundwork.If I can't sit and have a smoke after I get through I'd rather stay home.You can dance to a ball team game and get drunk and drive home bu,you can't smoke at helmet ball activity.Our rights are being taken away one at a time.

Add to that grand domain, and you are never secure. You can't work on a vehicle within your driveway; you're forced to give full-size corporations money for your car insurance; I'm prohibited to park in my front patio off teh street because it's not proper parking; I'm forced to allow politicians to put signs surrounded by my yard because I'm on a street corner (10 foot into my yard).

May be will you be surprised if I narrate you that I would feel much better contained by United States than in France where on earth, in my shield, I'm not allowed to work because of my stance surrounded by favor of the United States and its way of duration. Today a new ruling has be passed in the UK stating that drivers could be prosecuted for smoking surrounded by their cars, already they have taken away the privlage of smoking surrounded by all public built up areas and very soon they are trying to make us stop smoking contained by our cars that we have bought beside our hard earn cash, we settle up hundreads of punds each year to run our cars and basically because some decided that they dont smoke contained by their cars no one else should, do you suggest this is Bollocks!!! or what.Answers: Sounds good to me. I applied for a postion that I have over 4 years of experience contained by. The interview went okay (one of the managers said that I would be a correct fit for their team). She told me someone will call or email to make clear to me the next step. Well I am pregnant and I consent to them know that. I recieved an email stating ..."At this time, we are unable to hold out you a position." They are holding another job reasonable next week. You can't say for sure. They don't enjoy to give you a grounds. Or they can make one up. It's up to them who they hire/fire.
However, they probably didn't hire you for that origin. Most companies feel that to hire a woman who is married and surrounded by "child bearing years" is also not great, explanation then they lose them and own to hold their job for them. SO within your case, why hire you to fire up with.

How can i delete a profile that someone else made of me?
Someone made a fake humiliating profile using my picture and giving out my email address on a dating site. I do not know who did this, nor can I delete it because I do not know the password to the deceitful account. What can I do? Is this against the law? There is a few web sites that distribute the address or legal holder of the network site domain, plus the company that is the internet host. I forgot what those sites are, but a simple scrabble on the net will find those sites for you. I believe yahoo have such a service. Its free.
What the person did is as expected illegal and would probably plunge under the identity aggravated burglary laws.

You should definetly report the page.
Try to convince people that you didn't craft it, and get your friends to share people that too, and report it near you. Contact the owner of the site and suggest that they delete the account, and explain what happen. Also, you should change your email to prevent any creepy guys from contacting you.
This happen to me before, surrounded by a way. One of my 'friends' be posting comments about me that be not true. I just told my friends that they be lies, and my friends helped me post a bunch of comments truism that the othere ones wern't true.
Make sure you trust your friends with your problem. They love you, and I bet they will support you contained by this.

well, its get alot to do with the EU and how its becoming more resembling the colonies of earlie america, we all hold individual states (countries, uk, germany, france, spain etc etc) but there are international law that apply to all over the federation, for example, if they were to voice, oh that guy killed someone over here, and committed a crime here, they'd be beneath the rule of sed country in near own country.
