I go to look at a car and asked them if it have a clear title and they said yes, come to find out it is a rebuilt salvage title, did they technically fabrication to me? When you ask about a clear title can a rebuild salvage title be clear?Answers: Sure it can be clear as long as it was remunerated for and title transferred along the way. As long as nearby are no liens listed, later it is clear. You could have that verified for a tax by an attoney, but it might not be worth the cost if it is a cheap vehicle.
More importantly, while they did not lie to you, but did start out out the rebuilt subdivision, I'd question how sheltered this deal is. I infer you are taking a very big uncertainty on a salvage vehicle, take a elapse and find a different car.

i know it hard but is every1 within ther like cold blooded criminals? also does raping really come about and if sum1 goes how can they prevent it from up? please i just want to know i'm not going to prison or nuthing i only would like to know.Answers: Hey I am a correctional officer for a maximum state prison, I would be more consequently willing to answer any question you have but you should be more specific. There is alot of stuff that go on. I do not think rape is really a big point anymore. When you are admitted you are talk to about rape within prison but I honestly have not really have any things like that surface since I have be working there. I be going to what could I know since I am an officer. Our facility is very locked down and I can't really see an oppurtunity for that to start. The only time you are alone next to one other person is when you are next to your celly(inmate term)/bunky. We have a pretty perfect system in expressions of who we bunk with who. Its never going to be a BIG guy and a short time guy of opposite see. We ask alot of questions to fashion sure that we are putting you with someone you do not own problems with. Now the moment you own a problem all you hold to do is talk to our counselors(unit team) and you will be moved immediatly.
And no everyone is not cold blooded criminals, to recount the truth we have slightly a few of those. Those inmates are placed in our segregation section which is locked down 23/7, the inmate is allowed a ten minute shower (by themselves locked down) and an hour for yard, which is roughly a cage outside which is also locked down. Our segregation inmates our other escorted by two officers beside double locked cuffs.
Most of our general population inmates (everyone else) are contained by for petty crimes and they just want to serve thier time and procure out. They have job and most of them stay out of trouble.
Also, I have notice that alot of people see prison shows on television or read stuff on the internet. Can you honestly believe everything you see on tv or read on the internet? Not really. Untill you own personal experience as an inmate or an officer you really dont know.

I have to do a debate on whether or not it is ethical to work/open up a hookah stick or lounge, and i got stuck within the group that has to argue that it is not ethical to work surrounded by a hookah bar or begin one up. Answers: Assuming that it won't be used for illegal comings and goings (drugs) and it is legal to smoke other substances (tobacco) within doors where the "hookah bar" is to be open, then I don't see an ethical problem. The certainty that it may affect the health of the patrons is irrelevant... you are not their mother/nanny.

Then I asked for my"discovery"but be refused by my public ally. He told me that if he gave me the discovery he wouldn't hold anything to defend me beside. Then he left again.
After that I reported him to The SC Supreme Court, department of the Diciplinary Counsel. They wrote back describing me that the matter would be investigated.
3 months subsequent the pretender came backbone. He knew I have filed a complaint against him. He also have a new plea for me. It be 2yrs probation and he told me if I took it I would go home that time. After 9 months in penal complex I really wanted to step home so I took it
