child benefit is given for the use for the child..BUT it depends on what your circumstances are...if you are close to me I was a single parent and EVERY penny counted, some times I would use it for food, or for good for birthdays etc.
Whilst I know that child benefit is a good piece I feel it should be a vehicle tested one.how can the queen still be eligible for child benefit [which she WAS] surely it does not have like need as it did for me.

it should be used to benefit children-thats why they called it that.
You should spend it on your children, if you are poor you hold to buy essentials with it. if you are rich I guess you buy them luxuries or put it into a funds account for when they return with older so they can buy themselves a porsche.

Answers: Unfortunately, America is addicted to cheap cr*p. A few might make some crusade for a few months to boycott, stoppage, or stop using them. have alcohol next to a meal,
receive alcoholic chocolates,
get your provisional driving license,
buy small knife,
buy some solvents/glues and turps and stuff,
do the lottery,

How the HELL did OJ'S pelt get on Ron Goldman's shirt? Come on relations, this man is obviously guilty. He freshly had a apposite lawyer---well at least a advocate who raised a sound "doubt" in people's minds. Supposedly the LAPD might hold framed him, but why would they do that? What a far-fetched possiblity! OJ had a history of hammering his ex-wife, she drove around and lived in the house that he bought, and she permit Ron Goldman drive around in the motor that OJ brought. When my little brother get back on the bus, the parent turns to me and starts chitchat her crap to me too.So I had to do impossible to tell apart. The bus leaves, we get to institution and I go to the transportation bureau to complain to the director on how his driver wasnt doing her job, next after school I see that she is driving a different bus.Should she own gotten fired?? When a Father is an Alcaholic and drug user it is awful , what the children have to live through. Money needed for the family is used for his own uncaring habits, But when a Mother is a drug user or an alcaholic, the children suffer worse . A Mother who is high, does not steal care of the children. They are not feed properly , clothes not clean. Filthy house, never bath clothes or dishes, and the poor Little children suffer. I know as I have see and witnessed the Children how they are deprived of everything happy surrounded by their young lives. Strange men coming into the home. Alcahol and drugs, chunky cigarette smoke that the children have to hold up and watch.
It is horrifying for them to endure a Father who does this, but 100 times worse when the Mother falls into this catagory. DHS, desires to step in. Grandparents call for to take over. Neither parent should be allowed around the chidren, until the Mother comes verbs. Child neglect, child endangerment, child ill-treat, needs to be address to both parents. Children can endure next to not having the Father, but it is a great loss, when the Mother can't keep hold of them together. In some cases the Father is the lead role model.
