Answers: I will give you my personal run down. I'm a criminal even-handedness graduate and a prison guard.

My number one goal while working surrounded by prison is to thwart the threat of violence towards other officer. The people I work beside are the ones who will have my stern when needed. After that, it is also my job to protect inmates from other inmates extorting, coercing or raping other inmates.

The purpose of the institution is to rehabilitate and integrate offender back into society as productive citizens and to curb the rate of recidivism.

The temptations of the position include bribery and corruption. Often times, inmates will try and coerce officer into bringing them items not allowed surrounded by the institution such as tobacco, drugs and money. The price of these items are usually 2-4 times as higher within prison than on the streets. There is also bribe to receive "freebies" from inmates such as some food here and there or some stamps...this is regularly prescribed with letting other inmates know that you're a "cool" lawmen.

Nevertheless this is my personal story of working in the correctional institutions. I hope this help some.

Suicide, homicide or accidental destruction?

Contact your local Child Support Enforcement Office. They will be able to check to see if he is indeed paying you. They will also investigate whether or not all along time it is taking you to receive your child support is a lengthy time or not.

I have like problem in my country, we hold foreign migrant workers coming in by the droves, and they usually do the cruel truck hauling work, and they drive like theyve never see a car or road since. If you think you be then you probably be, but; the problem is from what you wrote here it does not appear to be clear what you did and said and they will demand exactitude given the penalty for such a crime. BTW, usually the IRS will choose criminal procedures as a last resort and when the taxpayer show a penchant of repeat offenses and/or refuses to rate. Periodically, a person will be acquit of "willful failure to file" charges, but that doesn't miserable there isn't a decree. Think about it. Believe me Colton is single one of many that spend eternal days in a 5 by 7 cell near the knowledge that someone put them here where on earth they do not belong. Anyone that has not be in contact next to the prison system should not assume they have any concept what it is like. Prison is hell. Most family have more respect for a dog than an inmate.
Answers: If I think through your question, it's really more a critique of how unprincipled prosecutors can go unchallenged than a quiz about prejudices against those prosecuted. I be on two juries. We took our "innocent until PROVEN guilty' responsibilities extremely seriously. In fact, we have a hung jury in one shield that I now believe the accuse was probably guilty, but at the time partially of us agreed that the state had not made its bag.

No stalking and snitching are two different issues. You can be either righteous in both, discouraging at both, or good next to one and not the other.
