Restraining order on childrens father.?
my childrens father repeatedly starts problems between me and my children. he involves them within court cases, cuts me down and never just call them to talk but to try and to grill info out of them. He instant messeges them next to does your mom do this or that and tries to get them to read out things bad in the order of me and prommises them things he never will give them. He is 15,000 bringing up the rear in child support and hasn't ever baughten them anything they needed. I work my but rotten to support them on my own and have be going to court the past year to bring back a dime out of him, I just cant see why he isnt within jail, Hes ruining my children and my relationship near them.Answers: sounds like a impossible situation,work on making it better for the kids. I won't call you a fraud,but make sure you are not anyone part of the problem. Money is minor,kids and their mental strength is more important

Answers: Well you could get kidnap charges if you piss him off! If it be stated in any court not to cross state lines consequently you'd better not until you talk to your advocate. I see it on tv all the time. If you haven't be to court & the judge hasn't ruled on that later you might be ok. Don't make him miss his visitation though.
