Answers: Yes. I think treating addict helps. Most states hold some type of drug rehab. program that people who committ drug related crimes can stir through. Sometimes in liue of detain, and sometimes in complement to jail. So, both criminal tenet and treatment work together.
Most of the state treatment programs are not very biddable though, but some are pretty good.
Not have jobs and money can incentive a person to dispense up and use dope or drink a lot, but I know deeply of drug addicts who be wealthy and still become drug addicts. So, I ruminate anybody can be addicted. There is no one socio financial group that is more credible to get addicted to drugs, but the problem is much more evident amongst the poor. Answers: First I would like to right to be heard that I am not a smoker and hate one around other people's smoke in public (restaurants, bar, etc). I think that smoking should be completely legally recognized and that the government should singular legislate where race are prohibited from smoking, such as restaurants, bars, etc. The cause I feel this mode is because when people smoke roofed public places others are suffering due to the individual's poor health declaration. However, if someone chooses to smoke in the privacy of their own home or vehicle or surrounded by an open nouns outdoors then I enjoy no right to ask them to cease. I do not surmise that it is the government's responsibility to protect us from ourselves, at least not to such a amount. After all, we know that sugar is desperate for us, as is margerine, and high rotund content food, and excess sodium etc. Where do you draw the line at what should be legislated and what should not. Consider that most smokers are expected to die around age 65 and most citizens who consume high rotund content food are expected to suffer a heart related death around matching age. So the lifespan is shortened by the same amount. Do you really want your senate to tell you how much corpulent you can eat or how much sugar you can consume. It is up to the those to make their own perfect decisions, it is the duty of the command to protect us from other people's bad decision.

Some dude back up into my friend and hit her. The dude called the police adage that my friend rear completed her. The police came and said the vandalize was$150. Answers: Admitting fault to the officer be her first mistake. She should've taken the ticket and gotten a lawyer. Since the cop wasn't at hand when it happened, he wouldn't enjoy much to say in the order of it and she could make her crust. I think she's screwed presently.

About 3 weeks ago a friend of mine have an AOL convo and the person he be talkin to said they were gonna gove his IP adress to the police. Nothing happen to my buddy for 3 weeks. But yesterday in front of his neighboors house their be an investigater from the PD. This raises the request for information to me, is this a coincidence or should he be worried. I don't know what to tell em. On one foot why would it take 3 weeks for this and why would teh investigator stay within the car for an online/computer type of issue and not come rear legs the next sunshine at a different time when he maybe home? But in opposition there aren't too copious bad happenings surrounded by his neighboorhood so maybe they are looking for him.
