Well the being in front of me have the right idea in the order of law conservatory and working your way up etc. However their is no requirement within the US constitution that requires a United States supreme court justice to own any prior expereince as a justice or a referee. In my opinion it is an authentic necessity, but it is not legally a requirement, rememebr the texas woman Bush considered necessary to appoint.

The biggest determing factor in individual appointed to serve as a US Justice is your political affiliation and whether or not the president who happens to be of your gala will ever even have the priviledge of appointing a sprite during his tenure. Remember US Supreme court Jutices are appointed for life and cannot be removed, they literally remain on the court until the resign (not possible, as if you pay close attention some who are ruling certainly appear to be dead) or they die
