For example why is the Jena 6 case almost race and not just about the fact the 6 kids obverse having nearby whole existence taken from them for a high arts school fight... ok it be 6 on 1 but that happens every daylight and people seize probation, maybe a year within prison. Why do we still have to look at how the statute in the small town of Jena be applied unfairly to population with different skin colors. Whites didn't obverse charges when they beat up a black party, a white mad didn't obverse charges for pulling a gun on three blacks, instead they were arrested for firearm raid. People in Jena read out there be no racial issues formerly the Jena 6 incident but if that were true why be there a "white tree." People surrounded by the south know calling a black a N*g*** is said merely to provoke them or to so a since of power, a feeling that a black character wouldn't lay hands on them because they would be charged next to murder, wait i.e. what happened. Why are still dealing beside this?Answers: There's tension because minorities won't agree to go of this "target mentality" that makes them cogitate every slight is racially motivated and every wrong is due to their being a 'victim' of whitey.

Futhermore; to me this incident hurts my heart, I believe all the grown those that knew anything roughly speaking what was going on surrounded by some fashion messed up these kids, both the white and the black kids. They were children. They needed some mind brought into the situation to calm the fire beforehand the erruption. With closed eyes, the principal and the teachers, ruined these students and in some bearing caused this crestfallen situation They just stood backbone and watched, within some cases threw oil into the fire while the situation purely blew out of control. There be too nmany signs, that it was growing extensive before the final incident. It is the grown folks that should be brought to trial to report for what they did and did not do to protect all the kids, adjectives the kids and for not fostering an unhostile environment for all the kids at this college. Kids should be guaranteed to be able to be in motion to school and not perceive racial rigidity nor have to dismay hostility. School is a place to travel to get an training from books. Not a place where it is some tradition that you can not sit underneath some special tree because of the color of your skin . What the hell, Jena this is 2007 not 1957- Wake the Hell UP!!!

Dude, you pretty much f'd this one. I don't know about your state, but here, you won't obtain your license until you are 21. Your parent's insurance will have to settle up the claim and will be really POd at you too. Why in the world did you do that within the first place? You know better!! Look, if mom and dad don't know,. bring up to date them right away and get it over near. Offer to do extra work, mow lawns, etc., to pay for the fines. There will be fines!! Assuming you are the parent or a relative or friend of.my warning to you is to do what is in the best interest of the child. If he is jovial in the religious university, leave him be. As long as the college is meeting his requirements being a special wishes child, thats what matters. Also agree to the child be involved in any decision on changing school if he is mentally able to be.
As far as legal-wise...the court will budge by what the parent who has permissible custody wants. If the parents share legitimate custody, the parent who wants the child to step to the new university will have to transport the other parent to court to let them prefer.

I work within MA. Under the law, I must nick 30 minutes break which I don't care that much almost the break.Today, I just get a warning from my regulator about that. I comprehend the law but it my choice as okay to take or not filch the break.
