Your parents own to co-sign, which means it's just half your card, and partially their's, and they can take it away anytime since they are the basic applicants.

I didn't get my first card until I be 22. I didn't get my first cellphone until I be 22, and I didn't drive until I was 22. I still don't own a house. and you may be thinking debit cards. its just an atm card that works to buy crap. it can be used as a credit card as in good health, just near out the credit line, everything go right out of your bank. The plus is no intrest, one and only overdraft fee's if your not careful

I am trying to find out the rules of audio recordings of govermentment meetings contained by Ohio.
For example if a goverment body records thier meeting who can have access these tape? And what happens if they are denied access to such tape.
I have already search Ohio Revised Code. I need access to some tape from a meeting but I believe they enjoy been destroyed.
