My 1st ammendment rights are being stepped on. I can't return with get a straight answer from you ethnic group or any answer at all. Why do you permit obviously goofy question get posted but goofy answers arn't allowed? I receive notices of violation when I answer a question that is to say obviously a quip or an attempt to provoke a negative reponse. When I see a put somebody through the mill that's intended to provoke these responses I answer in like tone. Maybe I'm wrong in my thinking.you relations must think that adjectives the questions asked are serious. Excuse me...I'll stand final and watch from in a minute on. I am a commission salesman who receives a small Salary of $200 a week. My organization says we presently have to punch a time card because of the labor directive is on the dealerships back. I find it licentious that Management does NOT have to punch a time card, they too own a salary plus commission. Is this a short time ago a plain ole LIE so they can keep tab on whether we are late or not? Is this nouns that Management does not have to punch contained by and out and we do? I am wondering because it seems to me approaching the salesmen are being picked on. People that are considered "salaried" (not being rewarded hourly) are not required to punch a clock. But if you are hourly, your employer can make you punch a time clock.

Answers: i don't know, these days you can't even look at someone the wrong track or it is a crime. While I do believe that our children should be protected from abuse I also believe near is nothing wrong contained by reasonably punishing your child, ie... a slap on the flipside end.
I do not know something like others, but when I was younger I be scared to departure to do anything wrong lest my parents should find out. My Mom had the shoe she would lash us with and my dad have the old Army belt, look out. I survived it, within fact I never have bruises or scars from my parents, but I know they meant business.

In small claims court, how much weight does the police report convey?
Brief recap of my situation:I live in Indiana. My neighbor's kid did $2,000 worth of devastate to my car (major paint damage). No witnesses, but strong circumstantial evidence he did it.
I file a police report and the stepfather admitted his kid did it within the report. I decided to permit him off beside making payments towards my deductible + my expenses (rental car, etc).
He's compensated me $200 so far. Last night, when he be due to pay me more, he put a details on my door saying that he wouldn't payment more because he supposedly talked to a advocate who told him not to pay if here was no proof that the kid did it.
In increment to on the police report, he has told me on two separate occasion that he had "no doubt" that the kid be responsible for at least the most severe (i.e costly) hurt.
So, if I do file, will the certainty that he admitted failing on the police report make my likelihood of winning massively good?
Answers: It seem if he already paid you $200 explicitly an admission of guilt. A combination of that and the police report will probably relief the judgement in your favor.

i went to the atm and pulled out $100 surrounded by twenties. i used 2 twenties to buy lunch for me and a friend at a national restaurant and get $17 and coins as transfer. 1 hour later, i go to a regional convenience store/gas station and make a purchase beside the $10 bill i got contained by my change in advance. they use a counterfeit pen and declare my $10 'bad' and ask me where on earth i have be shopping. they keep the 10, ask for my entitle and address AND i still have to settle for my items.as i surf for info, i learn a couple of things... these pen are not completely accurate (between 80% and 98%) and can give a false reading... and nonetheless, a merchant can retain the "suspect" bill. if the secret service deem it is not counterfeit, they return it to the MERCHANT... what about the innocent consumer endorsement LEGAL tender.
it's not the $$$$... it's the principle.
i don't get it... the stealthy service doesn't recommend (or even mention) using these pens as a vehicle of identifying bleak bills on their web site.

Sorry in the region of what happened to you. This is incredible. If they want to investigate whre that money started at, ok, but within the meantime, give me my money stern with their own money. My co-workers and I have endure the loss of Union Representation for "Employment Protection, Grievance and Disciplinary Representation," for several years now. Employer have become so blatant in their whereabouts, that on occasion even they own referred to Union Steward as being "bought." I believe that the Steward's services and support be "purchased" through the granting of virtually unlimited absences, and "suspensions" that be in direct defilement of our contract, so that the employer was "required" to wage the "suspended union steward" for the time missed on the "bad-mannered suspension," (no account for Bribes to Union Stewards?).In exchange for these absence and "suspensions/payments", we have lost job, representation during disciplinary actions, and almost total "elimination" of any grievances human being filed/worked by the Union Steward.
Do these "variances" of policy for the Union Steward, (and his "payments" to stay away from work), constitute violations of the RICO Act?

Gun control only seek to keep guns out of the hand, or at least create them more difficult to obtain for the mentally unstable or entity proven to be irresponsible with fire arms.
America have one of the highest murder rates due to fire arms internationally. There is something wrong, I don't believe gun control within itself is the answer, however there desires to be some form of re-evaluation with regard to how firearms are managed.

Basically, crime is high within Philadelphia, which is not surprising since that city has some pretty tight gun control law. And to fight this crime, the police chief is calling on 10,000 citizens to patrol the street (unarmed) for 3 hours a dark and confront criminals.
There is nothing more silly or self-seeking than that. I imagine if Philadelphia would relax their grating gun control laws, and permit these citizens arms themselves, the crime rate for for this city would lower dramatically.
I am a liberal, and I am a firm believer in NOT going to "toughen" the gun law. Why? You're right - criminals typically ignore the law, or else they wouldn't be criminals, would they? There HAS to be some gun control law, but penalizing the law abiding isn't the answer.
What could be done is:
1. Lengthen the waiting term, and make the framework checks more thorough.
2. Make obtaining guns harder to do.
3. Penalize those that allow criminals to obtain military capability, or that circumvent the system and laws newly as harshly as those that commit the crimes. If a vendor "bypasses" the background check, and the personality that bought/got the weapon from them kills someone next to the gun, then the provider should be brought up as an accomplace to murder. I would think that serious prison time would fashion dealers terribly accountable for what they market.
It all comes down to nurture and knowledge. If everyone is subjected to serious milieu checks before the purchase of a weapon, it would prevent the foremost way for criminals and mentally "unstable" individuals to capture instruments of killing.
I guess if one would resembling to own a weapon, they need to be paid sure they keep their nose clean.
As for the guns destitute - I think that getting some "truth contained by sentencing" laws would also do some worthy. Don't deal down those that commit crimes next to guns. The argument from gun control advocate is that gun control laws will hold back or prevent access to guns, and in doing that lessen and end gun crime.

For example a group of teenage boys be walking in the parking lot surrounded by front of our townhouse the other day. They have two or three air-soft BB guns, and were shooting indiscriminately including over the berm that separates the town houses from the local football field. When I confronted them they were polite but indignant, and when I asked one of them why he would shoot over the berm in need knowing what was on the other side he first denied doing it (I call him on it, since I had merely seen it 30 second ago) he than admitted he saw no problem near his action. When I asked what would occur if he hit someone in the eye, he answered in that was not a soul over in the corral, and I asked how he knew. He answered he purely knew, and I pointed out that he couldn't see over the berm, and that plentiful adults ran on the track around the area and emphasized the uneducated risk with others' safekeeping he was taking, and he go into teenage give the brush-off mode.
That is the problem, not his BB gun, but his absolute disregard for the safekeeping of others.
Banning guns won't solve that ignorance and carelessness, it will simply ensure that criminals willing to break the decree are armed and those that follow the law are disarmed and smaller amount able to guard themselves. Which ironically emboldens the criminal due to the reduced risk on his piece.
