But the university president is all for this guy, announcing he will one-sidedly introduce him. I'm glad the NYC government didn't permit Ahmadinejad onto Ground Zero (like he really feels sorry for the victims, the sponser of terrorism that he is). But Columbia should take rid of him too. Is this not unlike inviting Hitler to speak at an Ivy League school?

To cure poverty one must just be willing to work. There is no common sense in America for anyone who is able-bodied to not enjoy a home.

Our "poor" live better than the middle-class of other developed countries. They have three meal a day (many are even obese), they enjoy their own home equipped with cable, a headset, video games, heat and nouns conditioning, working appliances, indoor plumbing, etc.

Anyone who is not severely retarded or severely disabled can earn enough money to live a pretty worthy life.

It's not the greed of the "non-poor" that hurts individuals, it's the laziness of the slackers who choose not to work.

Answers: If you are under 18, next they can have you removed from any voluntary diversion at the school. You're a minor, and roughly until you turn 18, you have immensely few rights.

I'd suggest that if you want to be in that musical, you grow up, be respectful to your parents (which they deserve, as does ANYONE, until you contribute me a DAMN good pretext why you shouldn't), and quit causing trouble. You live contained by THEIR home, not the other way around, and if for no other origin, you are obligated to obey their rules and restrictions.

They can, at 16 you hold very few lawful right, unless they are abusive somehow, and pulling you from the college play does not count as abuse. That said, they should find another punishment. Pulling out out of the play will be a punishment for the who troop. It also sends a bad message around following through on commitments.
