Technically, the U.S. Constitution is the supreme law . . .
literally, the ethnic group are the supreme law -- because the race retain the right to modify the constitution.
In theory, the U.S.Constitution is the supreme directive of the land and any statute i.e. contrary to the Constitution is null and void and in need any force or effect. Some will also incorrectly tell you that the U.S. Supreme Court is responsible for interpreting the Constitution. That is usually stated by those who own not actually read the Constitution. The Court have no such power via the Constitution. It gives the court "untested jurisdiction over all cases arising under" the constitution. Further, this jurisdiction is restricted by the 11th Amendment to the Constitution as well as the reality that Congress has, according to the Constitution, the power to further contain the jurisdiction of the court. The notion, that the Supreme Court has the responsibility for interpreting the Constitution and for decide whether or not laws comply beside the Constitution or do not comply, comes from a decision hand down in 1803 call: Marbury :vs: Madison. This happened rash in the tenure of Thomas Jefferson's supervision and was devised by Justice John Marshall, who be a bitter political opponent of Thomas Jefferson. In this covering, Marshall cleverly put forth the concept of judicial review and was the first time that the supreme court have ever declared an act of Congress to be unconstitutional. Jefferson's side be allowed to win the case, but within order to do it, Marshall forced him to swallow the concept that, from that moment on, solely the U.S. Supreme Court would be able to utter what the law be.

yep. it's called moral relativism.
happen often where on earth a murderer is set free or given lesser sentence due to cultural "seeeeeeeeeeensitivities".
That's why we own laws simply for our country. And they have theirs. There isn't a "global" decree. That's why we have so much trouble when we seize too multi-cultural and people preserve wanting to hang on to their aged culture when they move to a new one.
That's why when those cry about the wonders of mulit-culturalism..they necessitate to look at the other side. You take the collection when you go to another country and you can't expect another culture to totally transform to yours.
OJ was found criminally "not guilty" (as dead set against innocent) and civilly guilty in a court of statute for the murder of Nicole Smith and Ron Goldman. If a killing take place in a country where on earth it is illegal, it is private. Period.
Is that history why this case is getting so much obnoxious press? Yes. Is Las Vegas going after him harder than they would another defendant because of his history? Very possibly. But your argument roughly how other countries work is specious.
Recovery of legal property is an affirmative defense -- and one he's already raise. If it is show that his actions be solely to recover his property (maybe), and that his arrangements were acceptably (unlikely) -- he may prevail.
As far as murder -- whatever the customs are surrounded by other countries, that doesn't change the bearing US laws work. And immigration law just determine who comes into the US -- it have no effect on other laws that regulate other criminal conduct.
In skin you hadn't noticed, near is more and more uprising about discourteous treatment of women over there. Jews do not capture to kill their wives for adultery - they be (not are) tried in a court as they be (not are) here. A religious court, which is why we have separation of church and state.
Having products of another person does not scrounging you stole them and that person does not own the right to invade your place with guns and slap you around. He should own filed a claim beside the court and taken policemen to block the sale and collect the products. Just as Ron Goldman did to keep O.J. from getting his hand on the memorabilia
Were you on drugs when you posted this ... or are you normally a vegetable ?
Who care WHAT they`re allowed or not allowed to do within other countries . especially in "nutcase" countries where on earth entire populations are retarded !
BTW , O.J. did NOT "prove to be innocent" Orville ! It was simply because of his "dream team`s" specially stacked jury that he was found not guilty because the "glove didn`t fit " !
What a cowardly joke !
Who say the useless trinkets on memorabilia he tried to steal were stolen from him ? O.J. ?? Everyone know by now he`s a con artist and a has-been ! Everyone also knows that O.J. himself is zilch more than a .. pathetic JOKE !

Please help I am doing a weekly and need optional input other then my own fellings on the topic.Answers: One of the cons is that anyone who refuse to offer their allegeince to the country or to the chief officer, can be labeled a terrorist. Some religions refuse to salute a flag, because they quality that saluting is a form of worship or idolatry, which the bible condemns. So will these associates be considered terrorists? What happened when associates wouldn't salute Hitler? It's a little to similar for me.
The Patriot Act does frequent different things -- far more than most people concord with -- and doesn't certainly do many of the things society think it does.
The best road to get an overview is to read the table of contents for the exploit (linked below). Most of the provisions are fairly beneficial, or at lowest innocuous.
Some are intrusive, but not unconstitutional -- with the exception of the one partition that was found (twice) to be unconstitutional -- dealing near the way National Security Letters are used.
The bottom dash is that it's a massive collection of only distractedly related provisions -- which reflects the certainty that it was put together within just a few hours contained by the middle of the night back it was signed -- ignore most of the substantive changes that have been reviewed by committees contained by the weeks before that.
Pro-no more attacks surrounded by America since the Patriot Act was signed.
Con(servatives) support the patriot Act which save American lives and liberals support terrorists "right" to secretly plan attacks.
