Suing for Slander against bad neighbors?

Hi,
I be curious how hard it is to prove a grip against slander against bad neighbors. I live within a neighborhood where my cult-a-sac is extraordinarily busy and most of the people know respectively other. Two families enjoy said horrible things against my family and my 5-year frail son where they own forced us to move due to them spreading rumors about us and hate our son because he has bumped into another family son causing him to cry (which he cries over anything). After numerous attempts to resolve this, we received an email stating that we are not needed in the neighborhood and that adjectives the neighbors are now against us after I made physical threats at a birthday participant for the one neighbor calling my wife the C-word. We have put our house on the open market yet presently we feel that adjectives the neighbors are following these two families after they enjoy exaggerated the story to the others. Is there anything I can do here contained by a court of law to prove slander? Please tolerate me know. Thanks. Tim

Answers: It is hard to prove and surrounded by most cases doesn't solve the problem. I have be in your situation and I do touch for you. The only solution is the one you enjoy done. Put your house on the market and gain out. Its also what I had to do for the sake of my son who be around your son's age. I am so sorry this has happen to you but please know you are not the only one and you are not alone. The neighourhood will be adjectives the poorer in your skiving but you need to reflect on of your family. By the passageway, what happened when we moved out be eventually another neighbour was picked on and have to move and on and on. Some people are completely destructive and I have not explanation for them. Just achieve out of there as soon as you can.

it'll be too strong to hold up in court and they'll receive you for making threats. you'll spend more money and time trying to win so in they closing stages you'll be spending a lot more money. that and its really rugged to try and prove slander without any indistinct witnesses

I own a pedning DUI that I got on October 8th this year and can't afford a legal representative, what should I do? I just get a job, Im also attending meeting of AA. This is my first DUI and there be a minor accident involved so the attorney I was going to draw from said there is not much she can do, because the fluke and the timeing of the tests and breathlyser he police give me we were accurate (no one be hurt or killed or surrounded by the car-it was parked), but she told me if I want her to represent me I'd hold to give her $700 but I'd own to get a loan is it worth it or should I a moment ago go bymyself?

Answers: If it is still future and you can't afford a lawyer, the court will appoint you one although they won't be the most long-suffering. As least it is someone who can provide you advice for free and will more than imagined tell you what to expect.

If here was an happenstance involved and someone is suing you, then I would absolutely get a advocate. If not, taking a loan out to pay for a legal representative who won't do much doesn't make much sense to me. Good luck.

I heard that the exclusive rights office is hiring examiners. That doesn't nouns like fun work to me, because adjectives you do is review patent applications and do search for prior art. Also, to file a official document as a patent attorney, you need to run to law conservatory, pass the lump, and then ratify the patent stick. This probably won't be a problem for you since you have a scientific background. You can also dance into patent litigation contained by which you would protect client's patents, or protect clients who are accused of infringing another's patent. However, I heard the best litigators are those who don't hold technical background, because they are best at conveying technical information to bench and juries, who most potential don't have technical/science background. Check out law conservatory websites for information in their intellectual property or official document law programs.

Drug addiction, dealing with doctors, and a legal representative?

So basically my dad be a really heavily abuser of drugs and was for several years. This one doctor knew that and cut to the chase, simply took my dads life away from me, he is still here, a short time ago mentally insane/brain damaged. The biggest pill was oxycotton, and when that come out like 8ish years ago that be a big thing near this doctor and apparently my dad wasn't the only one, tons ppl sued this doctor and got what they looked-for from him, from ruining soo many family. My mom had the opp. to do so but she only wanted to bring back away from that drama, now that im 17, i dont own a dad and thats had, i still would approaching to press charges/sue this doctor or whatever, at the time i would own done it when it all happen only i be too young, in a minute that im almost of age, would i still be able to do so similar to 8 years later? Please pass me some good communication.

And the information given to him along near the prescription would have informed him of adjectives of the potential hazards including addiction. I say the character who owns the property should have the right to wish what is built on it. On the flip side, if the action results within some harm, they after can be held responsible.

Governments are using this in ways never intended. We have a number of houses condemned so a coup�� dealership could be built. The city made a lot of money on the business and the folks who were displaced received "impartial market value" for the houses but not at commercial rates which is what the city get.

No I don't regard as this is an abuse of grand domain. Taking someone's land to build an organization building or a mall is maltreat even though an argument can be made that the local economy can be superior and more jobs will be created.

As long as the landowners are compensated justly because of the "taking", I don't see how Chertoff is abuse eminent domain. This is no different than taking someone's arrive to build an interstate and the purpose behind the taking is legal.

My first question would be why don't these relations want the fence on their property. Would it be possible to use the virtual obstruction in these areas? I am assuming the superior domain would only be used for the portion of property needed for the barricade. Some of these people may be artificial by water rights. Some areas are.

Eminent domain can in a minute be used if somebody wants to replace an existing housing adjunct with unsullied homes that will increase the revenue to the city/county/state. I think to be precise criminal. That means we never really own our property.
