I realize that those that are within support of lowering the age might argue that if their children are able to turn to war and fracas for their country, then they should be allowed to drink. I don't support immediately lowering the drinking age to eighteen, since this would do little to solve the problem of underage teen drinking.

However, I do see some sense contained by lowering it and allowing parents to, at their discression, introduce alcohol to their children at thirteen years or older. In countries approaching France, where alcohol is a bearing of life, we don't see nearly the problems we do presently regarding DUIs, underage drinking and the resembling.

Knowing an underage drinker, I've come to the conclusion that a major object for this is that it gives the teen a road to rebel against their parents, and against authority within general. By introducing it nearer, and teaching babyish drinkers RESPONSIBILITY (IE, avoiding high blood-alcohol level, not drinking and driving, etc.), we not only bear away the "rebellion" insentive, but we can greatly reduce the number of problems cause by underage drinking.

Of course, no plan of action is ideal. There will always be those who will maltreat alcohol, no matter what law we write. However, given our imperfect humanity and our weak legal system, we must do the best we can to ensure that the level of casualties, accidents, etc. are reduced.

I firmly believe that lowering the drinking age, over time, can relieve to accomplish this.

I believe that children contained by this country are already growing up too fast but they are scarcely responsible. In the U.S., it is like children want adjectives the privileges of being an full-size but none of the responsibilities. Drinking alcohol and controlling one's drinking takes greatly of responsibility. I do not think an 18-year-old possesses this but. However, I do not see really too much of a difference between 18 and 21 to tell you the truth. These days, heaps 21-year-olds are hardly responsible, any. The main apology for my argument is that I believe there would be a larger number of vehicular accident and fatalities due to these accidents. Teenagers are already more irresponsible and impulsive contained by their driving (not all but within general), and then if they are drinking higher than it, I think it would enjoy disastrous consequences. As for 18-year-olds fighting within wars. I muse that needs to be changed, too. I believe that this age wants to be raised to at most minuscule 20 or 21. Actually, I am a pacifist anyway, but explicitly beside the point.

What is the statue of limitation to sue a doctor (18 months) for malpractice?

the doctor i want to sue, the closing time i saw him was over 18 months ago i closed out my narrative with him and i saw another doctor at indistinguishable clinic for 5 months after that. Can i go wager on and sue the original doctor?

Landlord gave out my key!!?

My landlords have other been dicks and today I hear pounding on my door and I didnt answer it since we live in a REALLY doomed to failure neighborhood and the landlords didnt let us know anyone be coming here.

I went to Virginia on time off a couple months ago and got an banned possesion of alcohol charge. I went to court yesterday and the find suspended my licence for 6 months. I don't think a state specifically not the state of origin can suspend your license. Something does not give the impression of being quite right. I know for a reality that the paper work can transport a few days. You might get yourself contained by a legal bind, this situation seem to be risky.

if u enjoy a valid license in one state after go to another state and do something where on earth it could get suspended(like u did) it's solely suspended in the state where on earth you had get charged. it happened to my friend. he go to wisconsin(we're from minnesota) got a minor consumption, didn't wage the $300 fine so they suspended his license to drive in wisconsin until he pays the fine. it's be like 10 years ago.
