What can I do to teach the ppl upstairs a lesson subsequent time they wake me up at 5am by individual noisy?
Heya, later night at 5am suddenly loads of thud started upstairs, they randomly put on 1 song really loudly, after after that I heard someone, who must be the size of an elephant, jump up and down and walking around thudding their feet, it be so loud my ceiling was creaking. Then they started playing guitar and wailing along to it, after around half an hr a hackney cab pulled up, someone yelled similar to a caveman out of the window at him, after I heard the lubricant guy fall down, acquire up and run down the stairs and get into it. I've never hear footsteps from upstairs before so this friend of theirs must own been huge cos it be soooo loud. When I got up this morning I notice he'd left the front door to the building huge open! After that nearby was no rumpus but by this time I was yawning awake. They did this the night past but last dark was worse. I be just roughly speaking to put on some loud music so they got the air, but luckily then that excess weight guy went home. Any suggestions for if it happen again?Answers: Why do you want to teach them a lesson? They did nil wrong as far as they know. Go upstairs the night in the past and politely ask them if they would try to keep the echo down at 5am , you are trying to sleep.
Your neighbors being vociferous once in awhile is nil to complain about. Get some ear plugs
I dont have an idea that you can TEACH them anything.
First, consider talking to them and explaining the situation
Second, it sounds close to you in an apartment building. Check next to the landlord to see what policies, if any, apply to this situation
Thirdly, if those two don't work contact the local police agency to see if they aid alleviate the problem.
Call the police or local council 'noise nuisance' hotline.

If these people are awake at that time of darkness they must be sleeping late within the morning so that's the time to make some racket to get your own backbone,but this is likely to start a competition to see who can spawn the loudest noise.
I reckon the best agency to go in the region of it is to go and introduce yourself and try to be paid friends then you could ask them politely to preserve it down,even if it's just when the hefty bloke's there,you've get more chance of getting it sorted consequently.
It's not a good view to have enemy's when you live contained by flats,you're too close together and the chances of crossing path with them is greater.
Next time they are making resonance at 5 am. Go up stairs and knock on the door. Politely explain to them that you do not have to take up for several more hours and you would greatly appreciate if if they could keep the racket down. My advice ( save for simply fronting up to the f*ckwits and telling them exactly what you imagine of them ), would be the age-old trick of a doggie-doo in a rag bag, set fire to it, knock on their door & keep under surveillance from a safe distance!!
If you live within a council house or housing association, make a complaint.
You could also brand name a recording of the roar and complain to your environmental office.
Firstly, reporting it to the police is pointless, they don`t supervision.

You see I hold someone I know not wanting to give away her moniker,who three months in credit told her work that she would be going
to a wedding out of country and she needed for August 19th thru the 27 stale
they told her it was ok and she go and purchased $10,000 worth of plane
tickets for her family and three months then approximatly 4 days before departure
they tell her she can not turn, its to late to seize a refund for the tickets and it is her
with the sole purpose sister and she goes to the wedding ceremony, and is fired from her job. Did she not
present them plenty of time to find an alternative solution on top of the certainty that they alreadhy
told her she could go?
Is within anything she can do, doesn't she have any rights or protections against these

Answers: Well, I can individual see it as an outrageously unfair and unjustified firing, but does she really want to step on working for any company that would behave like that? I have a somewhat similar thing take place to me many years ago when I have people from overseas coming to stay near me and I was going to be showing them around and entertaining them. I set it up months ahead of time beside the people I worked for, and my friends' trip from their country be all booked and they be ready. My boss told me that something have come up and I would have to forego my time off. My response to that was, "I quit" and I did.
The other point that crosses my mind is the possibility that for some reason, acceptable or unjustified, your friend's bosses were only just looking for an opportunity to let her travel. I always wondered if that be behind what happen to me. They knew that if my plans be set and irreversible, I only have two choices - 1. cancel my time off. 2. quit or get fired.
