Under this law, the possession of any total of marijuana, cocaine, hallucinogens, barbiturates, amphetamines or other narcotic drugs is a punishable offense. What distinguishes a peaceful religion from one that could threaten the civil demand?
I am asking this in politics because of Congressman Peter King's comments in the region of mosques and radical Islam.http://news.yahoo.com/s/usnw/20070920/pl...
I expect pretty much everyone would agree that:
(1) we want to allow freedom of religion for all faith - it's a fundamental principle of our country!
(2) any group supporting violence is a threat and requirements to be monitored, even if the group uses religion as a cover. Ask the KKK about this!
So, how do we apply these principles? and, how does one enlighten the difference between a peaceful religion on the one foot and one that tends to support severity and terrorism on the other? I would say, on a church-by-church (or mosque-by-mosque) cause to start with, but what other factor come into play? Is there a course to know before something happen? And what, if any, level of surveillance is appropriate?
Thanks.
Answers: You know, even though we're adjectives supposed to think so, I don't chew over it's the religious aspects of Islam that are promoting the violence. I dream up it's politics pure and simple, promoted by the Wahabiists of Saudi Arabia in the interest of keeping the poor classes of the middle east and Moslem nation enslaved to the Sheikdoms and wealthy class.
It isn't a religious time of war. It's a class struggle that cynically uses religion to promote social enslavement.
There is no such thing as a calm religion, or country, or any group of people. As long as a group of poeple are threatened, in that will be war. If they are submissive, they will just draw from taken over.

How can I get emancipated from my dad?
I don't want to step onto visitations anymore, because it's like torture to me. I live contained by Illinois, but I don't know where to look for information just about it...Answers: It is not emancipation, it's visitation. Just walk to the court and tell the intercede why you do not want to visit anymore. The requirements of the child 99.9% of the time win out.
You can't.
You can however ask the judge who set up the visitation programme to change it. Ask your social worker for backing in doing that,
If you are 16 or elder there will be no problem. Yonger than that the courts own to rule...
Or of course, you could of late talk to your dad going on for it, and together make things better so that you can relish it, or reduce the time. Chances are if you are not enjoy it, he isn't either. That is the best article if you can fix the relationship.
You'd have to contact the court or own your mom contact the court and file for a transform in custody agreement.

Emancipated mechanism that you are no longer a dependent of your parents. You pretty much need to show a later life, and proof that you are better of alone, and can support yourself. You would essentially be disowning both your parents. Though it sounds like you are referring to your father visitation rights. Ask your mother to petition the court, to make it flexible. You could also try sending a letter to the trendsetter, or find a laywer who will work pro bono.
Can a landlord charge for cracks surrounded by a driveway? There's more read on.?
My landlord lately took my security deposit because within was supposedly grease stains from my car although I enjoy had it looked at numerous amounts of times by my mechanic and nearby is no leak of any fluids. Well my hotelier took my security deposit for replacement of the entire driveway because near are oil stains and cracks within the cement. Can she do this? I live in MN by the the track!Answers: Oil stains, maybe. Cracks, doubtful. Replacing the entire driveway, beyond doubt not.
that doesnt seem right
you should speak to a professional
unless, this be specified in the leasing contact
Sure, she can. You hold a perfect right to row it, though. You need to convey a letter requesting that she itemize the lay waste to and provide you with documentation that this be your fault, i.e. a 'renter's checklist'.
Send the communiqu certified mail. A couple of days after you distribute it, call her up. Inform her that you are tape the conversation, for 'the protection of both parties.' Then, ask her if she get your letter, and if she will be providing you the requested documentation. If she beat around the bush, tell her within no uncertain language that you feel she is man unfair, and that you know your rights as a renter.
This should terrify her into giving you back your deposit. If not, record a suit in small claim court. Many landlords consider the protection deposity thier own little 'bonus' at lease signing. They NEVER have any intention of giving it rear legs. It sounds like you run into such a person. Play hardball. Be civil in the region of it, but don't back down.
Could Social Security disregard the judges proclaim regarding "No-Match Letters"?

Answers: No-Match letters are still without fault legal. It is the fines that are not - for the moment.
There is nought to stop the SSA advising an employer of a poor match. Indeed, it is their duty to do so. That channel, FICA contributions can be allocated to the correct taxpayer. The IRS is allowed to know about the no-match as in good health. That does not stop them from visiting employer with a life-size number of no-matches and "randomly" auditing their payroll records.
There is other more than one way to skin a cat.
EDIT: What's next to the tumbs down for the other two posters? Construing the case narrowly, they are both correct. However, if the political will is in attendance, the same effect can be achieve using a different approach.
The government cannot unambiguously disregard a judge's orders. The end time that happened be in 1857, and it lead to the Civil War. The only style to disregard a judge's order would be to fragment the Constitution and write a new one.
What do you think will ensue?
I bought a car posterior in april. I put surrounded by 3000 dollars and my ex put in 3500. After finding out she be still seeing her ex, I took the car put a bet on from her. The car be never registered. I was the one who purchased the saloon from the seller. I deposited the $3000 surrounded by her account so she have a reciept for $6500 where her christen is the remitter. However, when I bought the car from the guy, he give me an "open title" which simply means that he signed the division he needed to sign as the seller but the buyer subdivision was gone blank. I insured the car on my christen the day I bought the saloon. I just registered the motor last week on my christen. Of course, she is now taking me to court and plans on dictum she paid adjectives the money. Do you think the negotiator will award her the full 6500 just because she have the reciept showing she paid for the sports car? Like I said, the only function she was competent to pay that class of money is because I deposited $3000 in her picture. She plans on commiting perjury. My plan was to trade the car andAnswers: Do you own anything that shows your $3000 deposit? A receipt? Anything? Someone who be with you?
If you don't hold any proof you deposited the money it's going to be hard to convince a authority (if, of course, your ex lies) And even if the deem believes you about the amount of money you would still hold to pay your ex the $3500 (or you tender her the car and she pays you the $3000.. in truth you may end up getting smaller quantity money since the car is contained by your possession and you've been using it exclusively)
Just my feelings.
Just stoop to her level. Say it be a gift?
When you are 17 going to be 18 in approaching 5 months if you leave can your parent send for the cops on you?
Answers: Well, they could call the cops if you be 30 - it depends on what the call is for.
It sounds approaching you are referring to a "status offense," which means something specifically not against the law if an full-grown does it, but is against the law for a minor.
In my state, running away from home (it sounds similar to what you are talking about) would classify you as an "unruly juvenile" if your parents looked-for thatm and yes, the police could be brought in and they would bring you rear legs. I have particular kids brought back home from several states away, and next brought before Juvenile Court. If you a short time ago mean "donate the house and go to the video arcade across town," alike still applies, but you would probably not be charged with unruliness unless you are so unbridled that your parents want that.
Until you are 18, you are officially beneath your parents' full control unless their control has be terminated for some reason.
If you are thinking of running, I strongly urge you to mull over again. You will soon be legally an full-grown an able to control your own affairs. So unless your parents are doing something prohibited (such as physically abusing you), suck it up and continue out the five months.
whoa punctuation is important...
Yes technically they can. Just keep on it out (unless in satchel of abuse). You will, generally, be better bad if you keep your relationship near your parents intact. Things will get better once you move out surrounded by a legitimate course, for college or when you can support yourself.
dude, are you nuts?you are living all expenses remunerated for,so why screw up a suitable thing?
I accidentally turned right on a 'no turn on red' turn. will the camera catch me and ticket me?
i'm a foreign driver and i'm kind of worried. i didn't realize that i wasn't supposed to turn right. i get the impression awful right now, and if i carry a ticket, the insurance goes road up...=[what are the chances that i'll be ticketed?
Answers: If the intersection have a camera, then you will be ticketed. But most intersections don't. If you didn't see a flash, after chances are at hand is no camera there.
If in attendance is a camera, it did record your turn. Where I am, in attendance a large signs recounting you if there is a camera. If you didn't see a camera or a sign, near probably isn't one.
