Can I call the courthouse/police station and capture legal papers on an eviction?

I am living subsequent door to a lady who have been evicted several times and is cause all sorts of problems next to all the other tenant (pepper spraying tenants, following, etc.). She will not set off b/c she keeps file for extentions. My landlord go to court for all this and presently she has til the 30th at 5pm to be out or the Sheriff will be here to physically remove her from the building. Or so I hold been told. I am very soon hearing that if she doesnt go away there is nought we can do. I am wanting written proof that this psycho is going to be out! I do not want to have to move b/c I am paying dirt cheap rent for the size of apt. that I am surrounded by and if I would move I would be paying double. If I call the police station or courthouse, what adjectives can I get copies of?

Answers: Doubtful you can bring any papers by phone. You MAY be able to bring copies with a call in (and paying for copies) since it MAY be considered public records. Your neighbor is violate the law if she is spraying anyone near pepper spray. Has nothing to do beside eviction.

They probably wouldn't let you enjoy the documents, since you're not a party to the baggage. If this woman has be given a deadline to leave, after she has to abide by that according to the regulation. There really isn't anything that you can do, other than calling the police on her if she is following or harassing you.

I think thats what going on down in that is sick. I don't know what I would do in thier position. I draw from so mad when i hear more or less it I turn offf the radio when I hear it. What the Jena 6 did was wrong. Gang jump one guy and beating him up should warrant some punishment, aggravated assault and/or freestyle but somehow I cannot see how it rose to the level of attempted murder, especially since the teen who be jumped feel fine enough to step partying that same night- this according to him and his own parents.
I can't blame the " Jena 6" for how they might have feel with regard to the noose and considering not even 6 years ago 2 states over surrounded by TX there be the incident with the rope around his neck who be dragged to his death surrounded by a rural town there. That one said, it does not excuse their behavior.
However, that same night 4 white kids jump a black kid and beat him up at that same gala and nothing happen to them. Where was equal equality under the directive for that incident? There should not the appearance of one set of rules for whites and one set for blacks. They both should be punished equally and if these 4 white kids who beat up the black kid, who have nothing to do near the previous attack, are charged, let them be charged near attempted murder as well

you know...i'm trying not to construe about it too much because i take so angry. i dont see how people..of any color.would condone 6 guys hammering up one. i dont see why they shouldn't be punished.and punished the way they are.
i am giving up on racism going away...populace wont let it, they own to use the color of skin card. we should be praying that the one kid who was conquered to make a full retrieval...not hope that the punks who did it get a lighter sentence.

I feel here were multiple mistakes made here.1. White kids staking past its sell-by date territory for whites with the sole purpose. 2, putting up the hangman nooses. 3 the black young men trying to settle this affair beside violence. 4. The court system playing favorites and using double standards which are racially biased. 6. There have to be some adults, such as teachers administrator that knew this situation existed and did little or nought to diffuse the clash. 7. I believe this to should be legal, the Ladies would own to get check-ups every six weeks { smaller number problem of STD's}, they would be registered, and think of the smaller amount problems with rapes and drug problems. It have worked in Europe!!!

Answers: There's no lawful secular purpose for criminalizing prostitution. This is a holdover from puritanism.

I feel that if it be to be made legal nearby could be more regulations on the women which would keep drugs, disease, pimps, and bombing out of the equation. I feel this would also abet with runaways turning to the street and pimps usually finish up beat or unresponsive.

The boys should face some disciplinary arrangements at school and I don`t know an assault charge from the police but to charge them with attempted murder is ridiculous. Yes, it be a hate crime and perceptibly the community that these children live in must switch on to address the community problem with racism.
Hopefully, the directive enforcement community will change the charges and the arts school will step up with an appropriate punishment. What Al and Jesse should do is facilitate communication between race in the community to prevent further problems.

Answers: I haven't heard anyone claim they shouldn't be held in charge. The issue is that the charges of attempted murder seem out of proportion to the injuries inflicted and also inconsistent next to what white boys who have done impossible to tell apart or similar things have be charged with. It is the disparity within charging for similar incidents that is the existing issue. Assault charges seem more within line near what actually took place.

Yes they should, but the truth is that double standards don't catch it. The local justice system clearly played favorites by not giving equal treatment to both sides.
