Getting mail sent to ex's home?
I basically started getting mail at my ex's home (w/his wife), I hold never lived there.it is an assortment of things such as samples, second-hand goods mail, etc, I never complete out anything using that address. Why is this happening? Can I stop it? Can I press charges against the entity who is sending it? Not sure who might be sending it there, if anyone.is near a way to find out?Answers: You cannot press charges against someone for sending your post to an address you've never lived at. Somehow your name get on a mailing catalogue with your ex's address and in attendance is really no way to find out how. You can write the companies that are sending the letters to remove your name and address from their account, but that's about it.
Child support order?
i live within michigan and i just not long signed up for medicaid and my 'specialist' has referred me to the Dept. of Human Services to collect child support from my son's father. but i don't want to pursue court ordered child support because he already sends me money every week and i know that i don't own to worry something like him not sending me the money, so i don't need to stir though this process. i have to bid the Dept. of Human Services to tell them this. is this permitted? can i just transmit them that my child's father and i have already settled this privately? or will i still be forced to do it though the court system?Answers: The State agency, Dept. of Human Services, is looking for reimbursement for their contributions to you. Since child support from the father represents a potential asset of yours, the State will walk after the father as a source of reimbursement.
In other words, the State does not want to give you public aid, when you enjoy another potential source of revenue, like the child's father.
YES, IT IS YOUR decree whether or not to pursue child support. But when you request money from the PUBLIC welfare agency - then you will not enjoy any choice.

Basically, parents do not have rights. State child support agencies earn a windfall of income from every divorning couple contained by the US with children. The state is going to admiration the payments he has made to you as "gifts". they will not be conventional as true payments. They will then turn around and slap him near "arrears" to the tune of thousands of dollars, and label the poor man beside the humiliating label "deadbeat parent". They will after "award" you with a monthly child support command.
Why will thye do this??
Because the state agency gets a "cut" of adjectives the child support that gets compensated. Also, at the end of the year these agencies show the federal parliament the total amount of child support they have dollected contained by the past year. It is base on this amount that the state agencies will be given what is known as an "Incentive payment" equaling apporximately 485 million dollars.
Seem outrageous? It of course is. However, it's happening across the US.
Tell me the reason why we should not do other do things to do by the authority?

Because they're not always right. If they communicate us to do something wrong, we should not obey.

Well, here's the reality..
ONLY the Federal government can brand name and ENFORCE immigration law.. The states cannot. While a state can elapse any law they want, they cannot override Federal canon in the enforcement of it... Period.
The word "illegitimate immigrant" is a nasty, impolite and discriminatory term used by the bigots and racist of our country. They are NOT illegal, most own never committed any crime. They are "undocumented workers"... The legality of their self in our country can with the sole purpose be determined by the Federal government. If prerequisite, if they are here without proper papers, they can be call "undocumented workers illegally living contained by the United States".
The ACLU is in the business of keeping system on it's toes and preventing discrimination due to see (and other things)...it keeps rule honest and challenges unreasonable, discriminatory treatment of ANYONE, including immigrants.
Without the ACLU, you'd probably be speaking Arabic or Hebrew or be required to attend church. Without them, your children would be forced to stick to religious demands and ceremonies surrounded by school.
Without them, freedom would with the sole purpose apply to wealthy, white lands owners.
Get off the back of the immigrants. They come here to work. If the Feds don't similar to it, they can put a stop to it anytime they want...by going after the Employers..but they won't...never have... Corporations and agribusiness requests the cheap labor force. The government know it...and won't stop it..
The states cannot do it, they cannot enforce immigration policy, nor make law concerning it.

Debt Validation.?
What if you ask a collection agency to validate the debt, and they solitary send you two antediluvian statements and a copy of your signature signed when you open the sketch with the ingeniouscreditor. The statement did not show that the amount they are asking for or you did not get sufficient proof. Is this debt validate?

Yes, you must shift to the Amercian embassy or to a local vice counsul's office and they will provide you near legal documents. When you go, don't forget your passport!
