Underage Work Permitt in FL?
I am 16 and be wondering if there exists a work voucher for minors in Florida. I am out of institution (GED) and ready to start working and making a living. I requirement money to go to a vocational academy for networking.Answers: Labor relations board can get hold of you taken care of.
Well, if you be IN school, you would progress to the guidance office and request a work security. Why not give them a phone call, anyway, and see if they know how you would be able to acquire one? Perhaps something with your parents signature giving you authorization to work. Because of your age, there are still rules you must follow.
My Tenant threaten me?
First i rent the place to only one tenant, consequently this tenant moved in near other 2 friends, so there are 3 individuals living in the room. So i told the tenant that his friends should not be living next to him, immediately he get upset and he squee my neck and made me spill out on the floor. when i tried to call 911 police for assist, they tried to take my phone away. Finally police come, but they can't do anythings and i could only walk for legal passageway to evict them. they also threatened me that they will demage my property when they move out. how much will it cost to evict them and is there anythings i could do just about it?Answers: the cost you will be paying is for your lawyer. but the officially recognized process in court will not cost you a dime. Do you have a fixed residence lease with the tenant? OR is he month to month?
Some tenant do not like the realness that they may be evicted. Some will threaten property damage but not in fact do anything. Others will cause twist.
Your concern is to get them out. Worry something like the possibility of damages later. Do not grotto in due to a bully tenant's threats.
You can wallet in Small Claims court for any twist to your property after they are out.
If you have never have to deal near an eviction before, hire a local attorney that specializes within Landlord/Tenant law & evictions. It is going to cost you $$$, but it will be done right the first time.

Sorry, your source of information is very flawed. MANY politicians and bureuracrats are prosecuted for corrupt practices, found guilty, and sentenced to prison.
The FBI even have a Corrupt Government Practices Division.

Think something like it: If funeral expenses were deductible, a LOT of family would be flying to Miami when their elderly relatives passed. I'm sorry.

I bought a set of twig lights from a guy on e-bay. When they arrived, partially the twigs were snapped. They come in the ingenious tube which was made of squishy plastic, the type you bring in the shops. He sent them to me wrapped surrounded by a single piece of brown paper, no protective casing at all. He say he isn't responsible for the damage and that I should claim for the broken item from the post department. I think this is totally excessive, for all I know as he said they be his last set, possibly they were broken previously he posted them, who knows. He refuse point blank to accept responsibility. Do you deduce I should make a claim to the post department. I paid for the item through paypal and hold escalated my dispute to a claim. If you salaried with paypal, your purchases are insured up to 2000 USD. By adjectives means you are within the right.
If your payment included shipping insurance, you should claim near the post office as in good health as giving the seller a poor transaction feedback rating.
Adrian is right. Ebay have policies to protect the rights of buyers.
as far as filing a claim next to paypal, all they will be concerned near is wether or not you received your item. if you insured the lights, then walk to the post ofice with your complaint, but, maintain in mind, it could purloin several weeks to settle the claimi with the p.o. .
if you didnt insure it, afterwards i hate to share you, that he is off the hook, as most ebay seller list surrounded by their shipping details, "not responsible for uninsured packages".

If you go to Ebays home page, you will see an nouns for disputes.click on that and go from near. You can also work with PayPal who can return the money - provided the seller doesn't verbs all his funds out.
I supply on Ebay. Also buy a few things here and there. Do yourself a favor..ALWAYS ask how the item will be shipped.ALWAYS check the seller's reputation on the site and ALWAYS income for insurance when you purchase the item - it's cheap and avoids situations like this.

my husband would like to adopt my oldest and the father have not been surrounded by the picture at all he is not even on the birth card. some one told me that I could get him for abandement and adopt that means of access. The father has indistinguishable right and access concerning his child as you do.
The only opening your child can be adopted is if the father of the child files next to a court of law and asks that his rights be terminated. A pass judgment in the court will determine whether or not that take place. If his rights are terminated, he is not considered the father anymore and has no claim or responsibiltiy to the child.
You can't call off his rights.only he can..and single by filing and going to court.

Prison wouldn't be good plenty. Just like if the police take into custody someone with drugs surrounded by their car, they impound the vehicle. I think they should whip his estate and his assets as well and use the money for animal charities.
