Can a Commissioner deny a request to have a Judge hear a traffic speeding infraction going over 100 mph?
I be arraigned in the San Bernardino County Courthouse and requested an actual elected Judge (not appointed commissioner) to hear my speeding valise. Equal rights?
If Americans fully believe in equal rights why aren't homosexuals allowed to be married? Couldn't they do the service at city antechamber? Isn't there a separation between church and state? Homosexuals already have the right to marry. They are held to one and the same standard as anyone else, they can't marry more than one spouse, can't marry a brother/sister, can't marry a child, can't marry an animal, and can't marry someone of the same sexual category. Same rules apply to all, sorry you don't approaching the concept of "equal protection under the law"
P.S. the word nuptials has other been used to refer to the joining of two different things, not two same things.
That self said, I think if two population care for respectively other and live together and share their property, there should be a approach for them to be legally responsible for respectively other - a civil union.

I need lend a hand on a consented termination of parental rights.?
I have a friend who pays $ 256 contained by child support a week for a child that is definately his. The problem is that the mother refuse to let him see the child and out of 8 yrs he have a collective time of 3 months with this child. Even though I enjoy tried to talk him out of it, he requirements to have his own parental rights terminated officially. He told me that his lawyer told him that he can not make a contribution up his parental rights without the consent of the mother. I dont regard this is true.anyone who definately knows please aid. This is in Tennessee, if that help.Answers: The attorney is partially right...not one and only can he not give up responsibilities lacking consent of the mother, the mother must ALSO find someone who is willing to adopt the child. The court will not call a halt a fathers responsibility minus someone else being prepared to step into the role who is willing to be financially responsible for the child.

Giving up his parental rights will NOT absolve him of his parental duties to payment child support. He needs the other parent to sign stale anyway.

Landlord with crappy tenant who called contained by inspectors. What are my rights?
The tenants that i hold evicted were supposed to be out by Nov. 15th. They owe me 6,000 within rent and court fee's. to "get subsidise at me" for evicting them they invited the city inspectors over on the 15th and had my house inspected. Now i own thousands of dollars in fixups to be up to code. My house is 90 years dated and needless to say-so has obsolescent wiring. I enjoy also only owned the property for 2 years and in a minute i need to settle permit fees for stuff that be done before i owned it. There be also an issue of mold. My tenants said i am not getting any money for rent because of a "surprise" that they own for the court date. My suspicions are that they are blaming sicknesses on the mold or something. idk. What can i do? Was it legal for inspectors to come to my house in need notice to the property owner? And be invited contained by by tenants who are not supposed to be at the property. Do i enjoy to pay triple contract fees because of work prior to my ownership? Can i be sued for mold? help!Answers: You may enjoy a problem. I know something... and it's not good. What should I do?
I am a college student, and I hold a roommate. Just a few minutes ago I heard her and her friends -- because they be in our room and discussing the thing very loudly -- build plans for buying alcohol in Canada (illegally, because they're adjectives underage), sneaking it across the border, and then consuming it here on campus (which is a dry campus and they're still underage).Obviously, they're conspiring to do something unofficial. And while I know that many populace drink underage/on dry campuses, the point remains that they're doing something wrong.
So should I do something something like this? I don't want to be a tattle-tale, but I cannot in honourable conscience keep stifled about it. If the RA finds beer contained by our room (as I'm sure would happen, because the RA know that my roommate is a drinker and has be known to do inspections of other drinkers' rooms) consequently I could face sanction too.

Answers: Talk with your RA. Get it on register that you know some alcohol "may" be coming to campus, and you're not a party to it. Tell him that you don't want to become more involved than giving "that" piece of information, but you are also concerned in the order of possible sanctions if "contraband" should be found within your room. While you're there, since you are self-conscious with your roommate's drinking craving, ask for a new roommate for subsequent semester. Good luck. You're in a tough position.
You should transmit your roomate that what she's doing is stupid and uncool, and that it could get you contained by trouble, too.
That is the end of your requisite to "do" anything. Do NOT alert anyone or tell on your roomate. If by prospect she gets caught and some authority tries to put you surrounded by on the blame (which is unlikely) you can truthfully say you tried to stop them and they disregarded your advice.
If you share on them you are setting yourself up for a miserable year. It's not your responsibility anyway.
If you truly will face sanction, you need to relocate room mates or fess up to your roomie and tolerate her know her actions will affect you. If they are going to drink someplace else except your room, stay out of it, and let the consequences drip where they may. This girl will mess up again, and again, and you can't collect her. Better she get caught in a minute and change her behavior.
If you intervene simply because it is against the regulation, you must consider that she is only hurting herself, not getting a gun and butchery others on campus. If there is a counselor for you, I'd suggest you discuss your problem next to them; they can direct you to the right course of action. If you simply confront the girl, she probably will downplay it, get hold of mad at you, or do it anyway. Since you hold no control over her, (she is an adult, I assume), later state your concern about your room, nil else, because the rest is not anything you can stop/change.
Again, I stress that you necessitate to consider changing room mate as soon as possible. This one will hurt you in the wrapping up, just by not allowing you to enjoy a peaceful college experience.

LEASE SITUATION? OR CAMPUS DORM. I assume dorm because you said "bring here on campus," making campus rules apply. If you are in a dormitory after there should be a resident assistant who you could consult confidentially, in that on site. if you own RA isn't there, find the guide RA, or RA from another section. If it is dorms consequently responsibility can be part of lingo and conditions you agreed to. The housing staff can "write up" any one present in a rule vandalism situation which, with adequate write ups, or severity of the violation, could knock a student out of housing situation. And housing is pretty crucial to your instruction. If this is not a lease situation, and a dorm situation, or even campus owned housing, request a new roommate directly. Is there anywhere you can budge for the night? It seem to me to be quite a big do business for people planning to break the statute, internationally, as well as campus regulations. And see no sense why you should have to put up next to it. And if you don't know them that well, I would delay to confront them without someone present. If you enjoy a campus authority you can call on, hail as them NOW and ask THEM to advise.
