I live in Glendale, Cali, Can you get hold of arrested for a traffic ticket?? And what happens if I plea "No Contest"?

I get one speeding ticket on November 7, 2007, I recently rewarded it off on December 5th, and I get my 8 hours of traffic school. That same daylight, 10 minutes after leaving the courthouse, I get another same speeding ticket at the same location almost same speed as my first one (53mph on a 35mph university zone), this second one I got be a (50mph on the same 35mph university zone -same street as first-) I know I should stop speeding and honestly it was built up paranoid inside of me respectively time I drive now. I want to know if you can achieve arrested for a second violation ticket, or if its even possible for that to begin. AND what happens if I plea NO CONTEST, because I want to plea NO CONTEST and if they tender me another trial date and the police officer does not show up, i get it dismissed. Or is it that if the officer does not show up the first trial it carry dismissed? I don't know. Also, I heard around this site where you can be at odds ur ticket by mail http://www.ticketassassin.com does it look legit?
Answers: No contest have the same effect as a guilty plea. With a no contest you're simply maxim that the evidence against you is overwhelming and that there's no need for you to face it.

You won't be arrested. You'll pay a fine and hold points added to your record. Your insurance premium will go underwater significantly for the next two to three years.
Typically you will not find arrested for traffic violations even if you enjoy an arrest warrant. HOWEVER, if you get pulled over again, and own an arrest warrant they will probably take you to incarcerate. I'd see if you can fight it...which is unlikely since you get the same ticket not long for approx. the same speed at impossible to tell apart location. It is going to be hard to barney.

What do you think of Switzerland's gun control law?

Guns are deeply rooted inwardly Swiss culture - but the gun crime rate is so low that statistics are not even kept.
The country has a population of six million, but here are estimated to be at least two million publicly-owned firearms, including around 600,000 automatic rifles and 500,000 pistols.

This is in a exceedingly large module due to Switzerland's unique system of national safeguard, developed over the centuries.

Instead of a standing, full-time army, the country requires every man to undergo some form of military training for a few days or weeks a year throughout most of their lives.

Between the ages of 21 and 32 men serve as frontline troops. They are given an M-57 assault rifle and 24 rounds of ammunition which they are required to save at home.

Once discharged, men serve in the Swiss equivalent of the US National Guard, but still enjoy to train occasionally and are given bolt rifles. Women do not have to own firearms, but are incited to.
Answers: Im swiss, and I love it. (just a quick write down, the assault rifle is and SIG SG 550 and it used to be 50 rounds of ammunition, although this has immediately been voted sour, so no more ammunition at home). Personally, I am going to do my service in 3-5 years, and I mull over its a good hypothesis to have the gun at home. Now that the ammunition is gone, the destiny of killing family circle members is reduced (each year surrounded by switzerland there are ca. 300 gun related deaths), and a gun at home provides speedy deployment in the extremely unlikely case that our nation enter war. I simply think that they should look out after the ammunition some more (like check you for it since you leave the shooting range), and that approach there is no excuse for guns at home bloodshed people more frequently as a gun lacking bullets is as good as a long stick. Finally, almost every village, town, and city have one or more shooting ranges fit for pistols and assult rifles (up to 300m), and stricter gun laws wouldn't engineer these people terrifically happy, as the guns used surrounded by these ranges are usually military weapons, and switzerland isn't a awfully "gun violent" nation (ie, very few gangs), so loose gun law are ok.
Sounds good to me. The Swiss must be a outstandingly sensible people.
EDIT: But can a Swiss citizen stir to a local gun store and buy a firearm of his own choice and store as much ammo as he wants?
That SIG SG 550 rifle looks pretty pious. I would love to try it out.
I wish this is allowed surrounded by the U.S.

Does anyone know if it's a law to impart employee handbook to new hires?

If so, could you distribute me a link?

Thanks
Answers: It's not a decree that they have to, excluding general contract decree.

The employer cannot bind the employee to the contractual vocalizations contained in the visitors` guide unless they can establish that they gave the personality the handbook and put the hand on notice of the expressions of their employment agreement. Both parties of a contractual agreement must know the expressions of the agreement to have a "seminar of the minds" as to its content. Your continued employment AFTER receiving the vocabulary tells the court that you permitted the terms. You could not own accepted the language if they cannot prove you knew they existed. This scheme they will have you sign a form that say you (1) received the handbook, and (2) apprehend and accept the expressions of employment. It will probably be buried with your W-2 and other application forms. Sneaky, but legit practice.

You should insist (nicely) on the hand handbook as a approach to protect your employment rights. Keep in mind, within is little protection in this visitors` guide since it was drafted by the employer beside an eye towards expanding THEIR rights and minimizing yours.
It depends on what state/city you are in and the individual charge you have be hired for. There ARE certain disclosures that are required, but as for a manual, it just depends.

What do you think in the region of the civil disobedience vs. the rule of law??

thank you for sharing your toughts..=]
Answers: Rule of canon? Rule of law mechanism that the laws established are sovereign and unchangeable. Unlike China, which laws in attendance are as Fluid and the Yellow River. I do not understand hold Rule of Law could conflict itself with Civil Disobedience outside the reality that civil disobedience is against the law...which it is...but our hippy, anarchist parents thought otherwise and rioted for the sake of rioting.
Civil disobedience have no place within an established republic. Violent presentations of any nature, whether they are in protestation to suppressed rights or to the compromised establishment, do not serve to enhance civil liberties; they merely detract from them. Essentially Rioting is against the statute as defined by the Rule of Law, and in no instrument encroaches into the dominion of our Civil Liberty/Civic Responsibility to protest.
Civil disobedience is a for a group that cannot get any support on it's own merits.

i'd just close to to know for future refrence.

Have it served on the character being sued. Now they enjoy been sued. If you want to know how to sue someone SUCCESSFULLY, consequently go to tenet school.

Why it is important to reassure adults of the confidentiality of shared information and the boundaries of this?

Answers: Wouldn't you want to be reassured?
It is central because you love being who you are don't you? You wouldn't want someone stealing your nickname, your life, and making others devise that you are what you are not. For when someone who shares with you a piece of information adults call for to know how it feels to hold their person violated when such confidentiality is broken.

How comfortable are you with the recent push to own COLUMBIA sign the NAFTA agreements?

Since the last year of the neocons is approaching us, are AMERICANS contained by danger of globaliztion cocaine engineering? Meaning, will pimps and brothels within las vegas have an plus to start international sales within south america, and make WHITE WOMEN an afrodisiac for humans beside brown skin and straight black hair? Will STARBUCKS start hiring WHITE WOMEN next to blond hair and provide them company cars resembling JETTAS and AUDIS so they can travel with a distinct amount of pride contained by knowing they are most favored when they wear dark sunglasses and enjoy their hair tied up within a ponytail along with a cup of STARBUCK'S cafe lattes surrounded by their hand?
Answers: I love the theory. It will give Columbians better ways to carry drugs to America and that will take some of the severity out of the drug trade. It would be even better if America would wake up and see how stupid and evil the drug period of war is and legalize drugs up to that time the drug war does more weaken.
Um.Trilingu, Columbia, the country,is in South America. I agree w/ whomever, Bush have lost his mind, however that happened years ago. He is an admit recovering alcoholic, and cocaine abuser. I wonder if he really did quit...who would know?? Back to the question. I am a huge Bill Clinton supporter. The one bill that he signed into Law that I disagreed next to was NAFTA. Look what's happen: the outsourcing of millions of American blue-collar jobs, and presently junkie pres. is inviting Columbia, a drug fueled, military junta of a country into joining NAFTA!!!!!!???? Someone give Bush a UA and a through mental exam!
