Well i will try this question again.i havent worked since 2003?

and i of late started receiving my ss disability checks...also they rewarded me since jan. of 07.but i got a attorney within 04, but they still owe me back repay dont they.does any one no how long it takes, to catch my back yrs...my attorney is slow roughly it...but i called the ss department and they said it is at the main organization in baltimore maryland...how long does that thieve...
Answers: I received my back remuneration nearly 7 months after I received my award letter. I wrote a communication to my Senator asking her to investigate the delay within back wage. Seems like typical wait are 1-3 years without any motion being taken.

Since you own an attorney, that could be delaying things as powerfully because SS talks to your attorney and not you. I did not use an attorney.
I desire I could help you next to this but my disability is through a government agency (thankfully) and I didn't enjoy any problems once the doctor approved me.

You need to stir to the SS office and speech with someone instinctively and see if you can get copies of paperwork from them, a bit than trying to get them on the phone or write packages which takes forever as they run through the piles of paperwork or fight the backlog of call (and you end up on hold). Sounds close to you need a current attorney, too. Just can't get well brought-up help anymore.

Sentenced to 5 yrs in prison can you capture out early?

If you grasp sentenced to 5 years in prison how soon can you win out for good behavior. Oh and no prior grown criminal record?
Answers: It depends on the state you are surrounded by.

A prisoner is CA with no story on most felonies will do 50% of their time. A serious felony requires 85% of the time to be served.

But every state is different, and it is usually base on how crowded the jails are.
i don't expect you should get out impulsive because police must me strict on when they are released.

What happens to the Conspirators if the Assailant is never capture?

A person be beat up by another party and there be several other people who be accused of conspirating to commit assualt. If the assailant is never capture, can the accused conspirators still be tried?
Answers: Yes. In reality, the assailant can be found not guilty in thier trial for assualt and the conspirators can still be found guilty.

The assailant's overnight case is irrelevant to the conspirators' cases. The issue for the conspirators is whether or not they conspired to commit assualt, not whether the assualt actually happen or whether the assailant is guilty. Did a group get together and plan to commit (or hold one person commit) the assualt? That is what the conspirators' trial will be roughly.
I dont know. But i do know that you hot lol muwahhahahaahahahahahahahahah ^_^

pwned >:D
Yes, the conspirators can still be tried and convicted for conspiracy (not conspirating).

How can I get a late beat dad to income for medical bills?

My wife's child custody agreement specifically states that the parents are suppose to split medical bills 50/50. The child is 10 years old very soon and since he has be alive he has lone paid $80 on medical bills. He is currently paying a small amount of child support, and rear child support through wage garnishment. Is it possible for the court to garnish his wages to discharge this back medical bills? Don't know if this matter but this is in the state of Illinois.
Answers: Yes, it is possible. Your wife have to petition the court for an order.
As an exmple.Maryland requires the non custodial parent to get full medical coverage for the child until they are 18. It should be very assured to find the Child Support Laws for your state online. However, the biggest difficulty will be your wife, as she will probably not want to be incontact with him to acquire the money.and its a hassle...etc..etc... Stick with it, be paid him pay, it is his prerequisite as the father, and not a fine.

Question about the departure penalty?

ok so i dont really procure it. what exact crimes do you need to do to carry it and do they do the eletric chair or what?? and does anybody know anything going on for ryan nickles or something?? thanks so much for answering!
Answers: You can carry the death cost for murder and I believe you can for treason (although I think that would be a federal case). Two annihilation penalties are by electrocution and poisonous injection. The evidence in the trial, by the jury and negotiator are the ones who decides who get what. And, by the way, law vary surrounded by different states.
In the USA, only crimes classified as possessions crimes can have the demise penalty as one of it's punishments. It usually for murder but in that is one on deathrow for drug dealing.

Prisoner care verse citizen care.?

Today our administration spends billions of dollars in form care and tuition for incurarated convicts while in prision however law abiting citizens and their children turn without needed strength care and rearing or job training beyond high-ranking school. Why does our governing body worry more in the order of prisoner care of convicted murders and sex offender than the care of it's struggling poor family within the USA? If training is the key to reformation wouldn't it be the key within prevention? Who deserves needed health charge more, convicted prisoners or struggling law abiting citizens?
Answers: The elected representatives is probably scared of lawsuits.

The prisoners are beneath the governments control so, I assume, the political affairs could be held liable if the prisoners health wasn't maintain.

The average citizen, however, isn't under the thoroughness of the government so the senate doesn't care if you live or die. It make no monetary difference to them.
CAN WE LIST THAT AS ONE OF THE BENIFITS OF SMOKING POT?

IF YOU GET BUSTED-----FREE HEALTHCARE !!!!
What you're overlooking: if the working man didn't have to payment so many opressive taxes (to salary for the convicts to have adjectives kinds of creature comforts and healthcare), consequently the working man would have more than adequate money left contained by their pockets to be able to afford healthcare minus the government stepping surrounded by.

Convicts get exposed concrete cells, stale bread, and reheat water. Nothing else. no TV, no books, no doctor, no gym, nought. You murder/rape/molest/steal, you get punished.

Look at your paycheck stubs, folks, and see how much the IRS rips you past its sell-by date before you even see the first penny of YOUR OWN money!!!

That's the cause people can't afford things.
There is no motivation a poor child should go minus health effort. Lay that one squarely on the shoulders of Democrats who keep trying to relocate the schip to include hundreds of thousands of children that don't need administration funded health assistance.

There is no reason for the child to turn without schooling either. Public school are free.

As for job training, move about to college, get yourself a accurate degree and take a good career. Its that simple.

As far as prisoners go. I still ruminate we should setup an island prison. Drop the inmates in via helicopter and if they survive until the appendage of their time then they procure picked up. If not, then no worries, one smaller number criminal.
So you're saying that once someone is put surrounded by prison, if they get sick, they should merely be allowed to die? They shouldn't be given any opportunities to revolutionize themselves so they can possibly make a better vivacity for themselves when they get out?

On the outside, instruction is available to everyone. It's up to the individual to make the best of it.

I agree that something should be done roughly speaking health perfectionism for those living in poverty or otherwise unqualified to afford insurance, etc. Clinics offering preventative and basic diligence is a good place to start.

What solution do you suggest?
Both category you mention are top priority of the command naturally, the convicted felon & the law abiding citizen(s) of the US. It couldnot choose between the two, nevertheless, the elected representatives makes the citizen of the US more access to robustness care & proper instruction compared to convicted felon who are serving their sentences.

Yes I believe so too, that education is the switch to reform, but prevention of crime is another story altogether. They are not entwined so to speak.

Do I have a satchel?

Back in October I purchased a Car Audio Deck for a 'friend' using my VISA. He promised VERBALLY, but something informally (that is to say-so not in a contract approaching setting), that he would pay me fund, this was contained by the presence of witnesses, who will potentially verify this if needed. However, he has since snapped (dropped out of arts school and totaled his car), our ties of friendship are seemingly broken.

He did not pay me the money and in a minute it has come to my attention that he is selling his motor, with the deck. I offered to give somebody a lift the deck and wave the debt but he say no and tried to press someone in debt beside him into paying me (his friend pays me now instead of him), which i realistically rejected. Should i lift him to small claims court and if so do i have a justifiable case? I do infer he is under a large amount of stress, but from my view unless third gathering action is taken I don't realistically see myself getting the money.

The deck be retailed for around $800.
Answers: Take the money from the friend. You have a skin and will probably win.but then you hold to collect ( this person have nothing to put a lien against ) , sometimes it's in recent times not worth the time and trouble. You have to reward to file, steal off to step to court, gather documents, etc. I can't enunciate how valuable $800 is to you ( it's worth alot more to someone that make $12,000 per year vs. $100,000 )
