No politician should ever be deem, or even lightly call, a saint. No Republican is a saint, no Democrat is a saint, and likely none of them hold clean hand. Yes, some may be more corrupt than others, but that does not make the others saint-worthy.

I'm tired of political politics. Stop aligning yourselves with one celebration or another based on ill-conceived notions of "who is right and who is wrong." If you listen to radio talk-show hosts and rely on tube news programs to formulate your opinion, you are not doing our political system justice. Look for the facts, not opinion, formulate your own UNBIASED conclusions, and then vote base on your conclusions. No person should ever be in motion to the voting booth and vote strictly one side or the other down the entire ticket without completely and independently evaluating the issues and candidate; that is simply irresponsible. Most importantly, if your "facts" enjoy not been "proven," after you should not rely on them! Mere speculation of corruption is cast by the propaganda machines of BOTH SIDES!

Answers: Have your lawyer bid the company he works for to see if they have received the paperwork.It may not enjoy got nearby yet.If they did recieve it and they haven't be taking it off for you later they owe you the backpay for what you've missed and that should come off his subsequent cheque.

Companies are compelled to act or risk procecution. If your looser,ehem, I expect ex, works for a very small company they might risk it. If he's contained by a place that stands to loose a lot for non-compliance, it's far smaller number likely that they are playing games near you.

I'm an employer in California. If I remember right, when a constraint for garnishee came surrounded by we had to transport checks to the court. That could really slow things down!

Anyway, the parents accuse him of molesting (not sex) the kids during a bath.
My friend be interogated literally all dark, told that if he didn't plead guilty to one count that he was going to take both counts put on him and face ten years plus.
He finally did "confess" to one count and get 2 1/2 years in prison, and be on the state registry until last year (there's a statute that if a crime happened beforehand 1995, they don't have to register anymore).
Did i mention that he have a criminal past (small stuff, not sexual crimes) within the past? My town is single 10,000 people...so the cops know folks. I think his reputation proceeded him. The cops didn't close to him or his family. Why they would pinch known meth heads'

Answers: Well, unhappily false accusations of child molestation come up quite frequently. Especially if youthful children involved. Incompetent questioners, abilitly of child to be brainwashed, and just the system contained by general.

The mistake he made be "confessing". And yes I know that people who did not commit the crimes do it adjectives the time for one reason or another. Since false conviction rate is fairly high surrounded by these cases, because of emotion involved, sometimes relations will plea out. But this is really a mistake. Best avenue is to find attorney who specilizes in false allegations and permit them handle it. But sometimes this is not affordable, but you want to find the money some way.

As far as the cops travel, everybody is guilty to them. There is no such thing as an innocent personage. Same story with prosecutors. They are not within it for "justice". I think everyone know this, unless they are really naive.

If within a small town, i might just move bad and start over. General public are pretty much idiots on cases such as this. Otherwise just hold on to your head up, knowing that you are not guilty. All you can do.

bassicly my american studies class think hes great and all and he bailed our county out of debt but i want to show them hes not really such a great guy. To me it seemes he saw a huge trial country industrailizing, he jumped on it, bought out some companies and get rich. Then we he saw the country that had made him so rich be about to collapse, he approved to protect his huge investment by loaning the governement tons of money, and on top of that he charged us 10% interest. Ok so if you administer all the warranty people guns and they start shooting as economically, now you hold a gun battle and even the possibility of more victims as shots step wide.
