Revoking custody from unfit mother?

We discovered today that my partner's ex has relapsed into tricky drug use (heroin and coke, that we know of). Her "week" is supposed to start tomorrow. We do not plan to let her pick him up. We contacted child services. They said they would not lug a report, since the child is with us and safe and sound, not in her caution. We are keeping him home from school tomorrow, since we are worried she might try to move the country with him. But we can't save him home forever. How do we get child services to look into this, lacking turning him over to her? What do we do now?

My point is, within the news, a man on Death Row yesterday, get saved because individuals think it is inhumaine to annihilate him by leathal injection, but he is on death row for butchery a child.

But in this Country it is endorsed to kill a fetus, that clearly have a heartbeat, and is a growing life inside a woman's body. That it is not inhumaine to murder and crack apart a fetus, but it's perfectly ok for a man to stay alive after butchery a little boy.

I am unlike plentiful people here pro abortion. I perceive that any woman who goes as far as to enjoy an abortion is obviously contained by no state to be a parent as i can only think how traumatic the experience is. The only society i believe are strongly against it are those who do not consider the reality of the situation, or the consequences of fruitless parenting (excluding religious people, they would munch through babies if their holy book dictated it). A fetus is no more a person than a plant is, infact even smaller amount so, and a heartbeat doesn't make it anymore so. To gun down a living thing with the sole purpose becomes murder when that living point will be missed by the thing itself, a fetus is powerless of such thought, in like peas in a pod way i believe euthanasia is not murder. In an just the thing world as someone previously said abortion would only be mandatory in extreme cases such as rape and condition risks to the mother, but we live in no such place. Rather the loss of a potential duration than the destruction of the mother and child's future lives.

Has anyone ever worked at a furniture rental place such as "Rent a Center" or Aaron's Rental's? Is it considered a legal (can arrest you) or a civil (take you to court) if you procure behind on furniture return? A friend of mine rents furniture, and she is behind by one month, they hold hounding her and telling her they are going to enjoy her arrested, she has put alot of money into this, and plans on paying subsequent week..but they will not hear it, and want property back.
