International Child Custody Laws (Chile/USA)?
I had a child next to a Chilean man, the child is a US Citizen and is not registered in Chile. I own dual nationality. I departed him and fled the country with my child to return to the U.S. He have no contact with any one of us and doesn't have a clue as to where on earth we are. Did I break any laws? And if I return to Chile what rights does he own to my baby?Answers: I doubt any one on this site will be capable of tell you just about custody rights in Chile, but i would presume that within Chile the man would have plentiful rights to custody of the child in Chile if he requests to,
by any means, I'm not a advocate, but I've been reading up on this subject greatly lately. I don't know much about Chilean law, but I believe you broke a law surrounded by the US. you basically kidnap the baby. I'm surprised that the immigration authority at the airport didn't ask you for a consent missive from the father allowing you to fly with your child. if the father seek the custody of your child, this fact will work against you for sure. did you already obtain a divorce?

Can anyone tell me how or if a soul is able to sign for stop in Azad Kashmir short leaving the UK?
ps will a soul be able to get a will from the court in AJK over the phone or other mode?Answers: Can't say I am intimately adapted with property regulation in Azad Kashmir, but contained by principle there is nought to prevent anyone conducting their property affairs abroad whilst remaining within the UK. Lot's of people (and businesses) do it day after day.
Obviously if property law contained by Azad Kashmir requires the person who signs for stop to sacrifice a goat or something; that's difficult to do over the telephone, I admit you.
nope
Should I talk to a advocate about this?
I only just signed a year lease two months ago on a downstairs apartment. Ever since the first week I moved in, I've have to endure stomping, chunky running, doors slamming, loud music, a barking dog.on a on a daily basis basis, coming from the apartment directly above me. I've spoken to the administrator about it, and he say he can't do anything about it. I've call the cops on these people and they can't do anything something like it because they do it during the day and the roar ordinance is between 10pm-6am. Breaking my lease would cost me a fortune, and I doubt he'd let me switch to a different component. Should I talk to a attorney? I don't want to put up with this for 10 more months!Answers: I'd cart a closer look at your lease; typically there are clauses within them about a tenant's right to restful living conditions. If you've spoken to the manager and he refuse to take doings you can contact an attorney. I would first see about switching unit. You pay for an apartment to live contained by peace and while some noise is defensible and unavoidable, it sounds similar to you've got a hear of clydesdales living overhead. People like that should enjoy bottom floor housing. Check with other neighbors too. If plenty tenants complain next the manager have to take endeavour. If he still refuses, contact and attorney and contact the Better Business Bureau.
Yes. In most standard lease it states, " you should expect to have Quiet Enjoyment" or words close to that. Go see a attorney and bring your lease too. I'm sure the landlord would a bit let you walk than have to wage for a court fight.
Good Luck!
One of the problems near living in apartments is that neighbors can be shrill. Unless they are continually so extremely loud that you cant go just about your normal on a daily basis business no one will know how to do anything about this during daytime hours. This may be annoying but not against the ruling. If you really like peace and whispered I would suggest that next time you rent a single relations dwelling.
Why don't you try talking to your neighbors nearly this? They probably don't realize the noise they are making...
You are entitled to the "stifled enjoyment" of property you lease. If the manager doesn't make his duties in quell unreasonable amount of noise, later HE is breaking your lease.
When he showed you the apartment, was it during the middle of the hours of darkness, when those people are whispered?
If he engaged contained by fraud, making you think that the living conditions are not what they are, later you can sue him in small claims court, to be agree to out of your lease, and possibly to collect some of the rent you've already paid.
But the go-between is going to be skeptical. There's a REASON why the penthouse apartment costs more - there's nobody above you, making noise. Your rent be set, and you agreed to it, knowing that it was a downstairs apartment.
You realize that when here are plumbing problems upstairs, that water flows downhill, sometimes right through your ceiling, right?
You can agree to a lawyer, but he's going to put in the picture you the same entity I'm telling you: that you hold little in the bearing of remedies. Traditionally, when people upstairs receive too much noise, individuals downstairs pound on the ceiling with a broom button, as a way of relating them to quiet down. It doesn't really work; it lately creates acrimony. But maybe it will build you feel better if you buy a broom.
Or I don`t know you can convince the people upstairs to swap apartments next to you.
Hiring a lawyer for minor endorsed problems can be expensive, but there are websites approaching LawGuru, FindLaw and other places where you can gain free legal counsel. I found this website useful - http://www.uelp.org/freelegal.html

if he is paying child support but didnt sign the birth ticket and quite frankly doesnt want to be involved surrounded by the childs life, does he own rights if i discontinue the child support.Answers: ...and sometimes even if he is not the birth father but has be paying child support.
This is an area of imperative that is remarkably disputed and is evolving rapidly.
In any suitcase, you can't discontinue child support. It belongs to the child, not to you, and it is a matter for a court to resolve "in the best interests of the child".
Yes, he does, if he is the actual birth father and his rights are not terminated by court demand.

Expert testimony vs. privileged communications?
Should a gathering be allowed to change the designation from expert to certainty witness when percieved as advantageous? Please respond with your answer and why you come up with it. If you did any research, I would resembling to know the source as this is very noteworthy for my college paper.
Answers: If by "reality witness", you are referring to "percipient witness", then yes, the transfer is allowable.
In getting at the truth with the hope of achieve justice, it is key to hear from all percipient witnesses who enjoy actual first-hand knowledge of the event contained by question. This is vital from the point of view of the sprite system, regardless of where the "advantage" may fake.
An expert witness does not have to rely on first-hand scrutiny of the events, but may render an opinion base on hearsay or the reports of others. An expert's opinion is simply as good as the information relied on within forming it and the expert's ability to draw valid inferences and conclusions from it. Basically, "waste in, rubbish out".
A witness can be both expert and percipient at the same time. For example, a psychologist asked to evaluate the mental fitness of a parent can remnant the opinion on the reports of others in connection with the parent but also upon the psychologist's own first-hand observation of the parent interacting beside the child.
As for privilege, I don't understand what your interrogate is.
