What action can I cart on a racist Boss?
I'm not one to pull the see card for many things but how else would you describe the comment .."resourcefully you know her kind".. two weeks ago she went surrounded by my hiring file to determine if I have a degree (which I do) and discovered that nearby was a charge that be dropped in 2001. She shared that info in the region of me to other employees. Is that against the canon? Mind you, I worked with autistic children. It be a Domestic Violence charge but I was the one violated. It be dropped once this was established,however it's still on my account (as dropped). I could not work there short proof of this. I was told by my instantaneous supervisor to be careful of her because she said that she didnt resembling me "for some reason". all within all I be still respectful but I'm not phoney! In the end we have some intense fellowship, to say the lowest, that resulting in my getting fired. Getting fired I can toy with, her comment of ..look at your ghetto nails..this is long overdue" caked it for me. Is here anything I can do?Answers: Well maybe, but glossing over the "intense fellowship" chunk makes me wonder if you didn't mitt her a good excuse for firing near you with your fabulously manicured nails.
If she have a good excuse, you will hold a tough time with a wrongful termination lawsuit claiming national discrimination.
But it's probably worth a conversation beside a lawyer contained by your area.

As far as your Issue,,,,could try talking to HR,,or be in motion above her. If this is making you uncomfortable and overexcited,,it's really not worth it...
Try filling Harasment on her,,,but gonna obligation lots of witnesses that will step forward and some documentation...
Unfortunatley in this world you are the Employee and she is the Employer, your rights at the workplace are small..Even though here are laws out near about these kind of things,,,,,,,,its hard to prove them.

Like it or not, capitalism is the bucket from which we adjectives feed and provides us near the life style we own. Farrakhan, King, and others have set a model for the nation near million man marches, etc., that I would love to see emulate with a million man demonstration on Washington wherein each of the million carried a rifle as a clear message to our parliament that we do, indeed, govern. Yes because I believe that associates should be able to control their own lives, it's their choice, its their existence. I have a signed document stating that if I downfall up in the hospital similar to a vegetable for more than 1 week, my sister has my authorization to pull the plug lower than my wishes as I would not like to live that instrument. I don't believe is should be legal. The doctors hold taken oaths to perserve time, not to take it. I for one cannot simply stand by and allow someone transport another's life. You may phone it assisted suicide, but it is still murder. Taking a person's life of your own accord is no different than unwillingly taking it. No if's, and's, or but's. We cannot decide who should be kept alive or should be in motion on to the next time.
I think it should depend on the situation.
If someone is going to die anyway and they are within pain, cant meander..can't enjoy what little life span they have departed..then yes.
If they know they are going to die, but can still delight in life.

Basically, I think it should depend on the "competence of the rest of their life".
Example: I had to put my cat down a couple years ago (he be 16...in relatives years). There was a surgery they could do, but it would simply extend his life MAYBE 6 months and the talent of that 6 months would not be guaranteed to be a GOOD 6 months. I had to have an idea that about his existence and the quality of it. Why extend his already throbbing, difficult life??
