Is a work order next to a contractor legally binding?

Diffucult Divorce!!!Help pls!?
My wife left me 5 years ago and go to live back next to her mum. I was oversea and I din't file for a divorce untill I came final to the States. We live in 2 different States, me surrounded by Co, she lives in Fl.So I file the divorce paper and letters them to her. She wasn't going to sign them so I served them to her using the Sherif Service. She had 20 days to signed them and she signed them after 25 days she get them.When she signed them she dindn't agreed about the Child Support I bestow her, she asked for more. Since she dind't respect the 20 days she had to sign those paperworks I file them to the Court anyways. Now it seems resembling the Court is going to give us the first audible range...Is it going to be good? To be sure this divorce will be done soon I also prepare the modern paperwork where I agreed on giving her the child support she asked for...resourcefully, she dindn't sign them...she keeps wise saying I wanna treak her when I just wanna be over near her and move on near my life.Thx for your comfort!Answers: what did you say you be giving her I'll be back surrounded by an hour to give you my answer hopefully your watching
Can this be a trick?
I am in a long paternity argue. After all these years my ex-girlfriend have surrendered and is going to allow a paternity test.She be without a legal representative till this week. A couple weeks ago the sheriff's office served her beside a subpoena to appear at monday's hearing next to our daughter. In the letter from the legal representative they claim they want my petition to be granted and for me to pay for the paternity exam.
The big issue is that they seem determined to stop the audible range on Monday. Why would my ex be willing to surrender to avoid the audible range?
This amended response they sent me says the contrary of her first response to the case. Now she is wise saying we never had sex but they are feeling like to have the DNA exam but they want the Monday hearing removed from the docket.

Are actors who smoke 'at work', breaking the canon?
I was watching a British soap opus yesterday and several of the characters were smoking contained by a scene with other non-smoking actor present.However you cut it, by definition, this is a workplace. Just because it is somewhat out of the norm in that the results of their working morning are broadcast, should it make any allowed difference?
I don't know of any other workplace where smoking is allowed. I adopt the 'realism' aspect of depicting real energy situations, but is there some form of dispensation for TV companies?
