okay, so i've been waiting for approaching... EVER to finally get a cell phone, and it be sopsed to be delivered today, but not a soul was here to adopt the order from the Fedex guy, so it say we can pick up our oder, but idk where to travel. PLEASE HELP I'M VERY IMPATIENT =]Answers: Call the 1800 number, give them your tracking number and they should relay you the location to pick up your new cell phone!

Unemployment people are coming after me to payment them money back! They're adage I lied & that is BS! Help?
Ok so the store I worked within closed. I transfered to another location for a few months but there be no room for me and I was not getting hours so I be let shift. I applied for unemployment and put I be laid off and in a minute the company I worked for they are saying I lied on the claim. They are trying to read out I voluntarily quit which is not true! They said I owe them half the money vertebrae now. I never lied to be exact exactly what happened. I be laid off. I didn't quit. I send regrets to pay them posterior! If this was wrong for them to afford me unemployment during that time why did they pass the the money then why very soon that I'm not even getting it anymore are they bothering me??? Can I get a legal representative or something to fight this? This is ridiculous! My dated job is trying to screw me over I don`t know I should call them so they can fix this?Answers: this is what is going on, in need knowing your state
you applied for unemployment and be granted payment, for some origin you old employer did not first answer the dismissal request for information on your case, afterward they approved you for benefits
in a minute they are now claiming you quit voluntary which would build you ineligible for benefits, thus a refund would be contained by order

If the 2nd store let you progress as in let go due to the lack of hours afterwards you claim is valid and you should have received dismissal.

Since you say that you be laid off, after there is a mistake somewhere. I would give the name the store and see if the can straighten this out. Maybe they can contact the unemployment agency.

Answers: It's a crime, and should be punished - severely - as such. The offender should, however, receive mental form treatment while in prison, because the stimulus to commit the crime comes from mental malady.
Castration is NOT an answer, because most "sex" crimes are actually crimes of *power*, surrounded by which sex is just the 'weapon' that the abuser uses. Making them incapable of have sex doesn't remove the urge to overpower helpless victims.
It's also important not to produce the punishment, especially for child molesters, "too" severe.
Not because I feel sorry for child molesters, but because if the cost for molesting a child gets to be too close to that for butchery one, molesters will be more likely to decimate their victim to give notice no witness.

They should be convicted and sent to jail. Maybe not vivacity, but at least a few years at the rear bars. If the object is younger than 12 or older than 65, later in most states he could be convicted for go.

Physical castration crosses the line into "cruel and unusual". Though in attendance is the punishment of "chemical castration" widely practiced. Nothing seems more ghastly then sex crimes; but why would we want to stoop to that plane?

An indictment is a finding (In this crust by a Grand Jury) that the government have enough evidence to claim them in proceeding to trial.

My car be involved in an happenstance...what rights do I have?
My friend be driving my car and hit another saloon in a parking lot (about $3000 contained by damages) I am insured, and the car is insured. My friend told me a while stern when he drove my car earlier that he was insured as powerfully...however, when the accident happen, he said he lost his insurance because he missed payments. I asked the guy he hit if we can settle this outside of insurance, and he agreed (I don't want my insurance rate going up for something I didn't do, and my friend doesn't have insurance, so he'll own to pay for it) I be wondering what rights I have? What would start if my friend can't pay it for 2 months, but he guy requirements his car fixed right away?Answers: Insurance follows the saloon - not the driver. So even if your friend had an insurance policy of his own - your insurance would still be the first to pay cheque. Your friends policy would only come surrounded by if your policy did not provide enough coverage for the other individuals damage or you did not enjoy collision coverage and your friend did (in which his collision may drop down and pay for your car).
The other driver does not enjoy to work with you to payment out of pocket. If he wants to report against your insurance - he can.
If you choose not to turn it into your insurance company - the other driver can sue you (since you are the owner of the car) and your friend (since he was driving).
Moral of the story - be really assiduous who you let drive your motor b/c it's your insurance and your financial responsibility that is driving down the road.

Circuit courts fiddle with this type of thing. Your attorney should know this. Usually the people court division of the circuit court handles most of it, unless a believe to be feels the call for for a mediator! If children are involved next you have to treaty with the kinfolk court division...

I live in Franklin county Ohio and I file for dissolution a few weeks ago. The circumstances have changed and we are no longer within agreement and I want to file for divorce.
