It is scheduled in the Biloxi nouns, where the battered houses of the poor and Middle Class are one bought up by others, and the government is presently stepping in to buy up the ground.It is happening within a big way to the citizens losing their homes because of the Housing Bust. Opportunists are buying up homes on the auction block for very low prices, hoping to rent them or vend them later for profit.
Should this be allowed to arise in the aftermath of disasters? Wouldn't it be better to extend lower payments to mortgage holders, helping them keep their homes? Wouldn't it be better to put up low-cost housing within New Orleans so that the Poor minorities could go home? Wouldn't it be better to tender help contained by rebuilding, not offers to snatch up prime property from those caught in a bind? Should the greedy hand of Opportunists be halted?

I can't speak to what is scheduled in New Orleans and Biloxi because I am not aware of the situation - but as for the populace losing their homes because of the housing bust...well it's humane of their own fault! Sorry, that may come across harsh but the authenticity is the people bought and financed homes they could not afford. They know they couldn't afford them, they didn't think roughly the long term implication of interest only mortgages, ARM mortgages, etc. They lately saw what they wanted and go blindly into the night instead of stopping to give attention to "hey - this is more than I can afford. Maybe I should wait a few years."
If nation lose their homes because they didn't have the foresight to buy what they could afford later I don't think that population who DO think ahead and are investing their money sagely should be seen as opportunists for using their financial assets to further themeselves.

I own been vocally abused by the police a number of times.Mainly cos they stop and go through me (I wear a hooded jacket sometimes so they assume I'm a drug dealer) find nothing iffy,and get upset and racist (I'm Scottish but live within England).

When I went to work end night I found that my bench had be taken away and in place of it be a new stool. Unlike my old dusty purple colored stool, this new bench was bright red and doesn't own any arms. I asked my supervisor what happened to my stool and she said she didn't know that some peoples chairs were changed. Upon looking around the individual chairs that were different be that of the people who are my size and larger. I asked why this happen and was told that it be a safety issue. On the side, another member of staff said that they heard that it be because we break the chairs. I have be sitting in impossible to tell apart chair for olden times 3 years. I feel resembling a target in this big red bench with no arm rests. I want to draw from my old stool back or own other people hold chairs like mine.
