If you're using an unfair weapon, it's not self defense. It's assault, battery, and possibly spiteful wounding; and your charges would reflect that.

It's NOTHING similar to on TV, not even if u have some REAL BIG charges. U sit and dally for your case to b call out, and then u stand surrounded by front of tha judge and they explain the charges, and the possible consequences.
