People should always strive to stop corruption where on earth it exists, because it is theft and misuse against the general population. Jury Duty Question!!! need serious assistance!!.?
i have jury duty on the 17th of this month, but i also work, my shifts start surrounded by the evening like at 5pm, if i shift to jury duty the whole afternoon until they let us out at in the order of 4pm, am i legally obligated to still travel to work? or does it excuse me from work if i actually walk to serve all morning at jury duty? i realy dont want to have to be in motion to jury duty al day next come home and get prepared for work.in the directive, do i HAVE to go to work still?Answers: Just because you're free during work hours it doesn't parsimonious that jury duty isn't impacting your ability to work. It sounds close to you'll be missing out on sleep time to report for jury duty. If that's the case, I believe you enjoy legitimate sense to miss work. Talk to your employer and see if they'll accommadate you. They probably will.
if you want to get out of work, of late tell your boss you hold jury duty. if you want to work, you will probably be excused early that daytime and can get some sleep. OR you may catch picked for a jury, (best bet is a simple civil case). of course you will hold to go put money on the next afternoon etc.that's why i like getting picked that first morning. then your done.

Most like the guy will not sue, those like to threaten whenever they don't bring back their way, but few would in fact go through the trouble of suing.

To follow your example, if it can be proved the weatherman did everything and used every resource available to determine a not bad forecast, then yes. At a minimum court costs should be covered for both party by the suer.
If you could prove the weatherman rolled dice to determine the weather (1-rain, 2-windy, 3-hot, etc) and he was still found not guilty. I would say aloud it's up to the judge and you can appeal if discontent.

Meat is great and I hold canine teeth for a reason. If the entity makes statements minus being question, the statements would normally be admissible even if Miranda rights are NEVER read.
