Because i want to date this guy and he's older and my mom won't tolerate me talk to him or tolerate me see him and i'm scared if she found out that we be together she would try and ruin his life by trying to take him in trouble next to the police.

2.003. APPLICATION FOR LICENSE BY MINOR. 2.102. PARENTAL CONSENT FOR UNDERAGE APPLICANT. (b) Parental consent must be evidenced by a written contention on a form supplied by the county clerk in which the character consents to the marriage and swears that the being is a parent (if there is no judicially designated managing conservator or guardian of the applicant's person) or a judicially designated managing conservator or guardian (whether an individual, authorized agency, or court) of the applicant's human being. (c) Except as otherwise provided by this section, consent must be acknowledged up to that time a county clerk. Unpaid hotel bill... Can I go to detain?

I recently stayed at a hotel. I be charged a smoking in room duty and a bunch of other bogus charges. I was already completely unsatisfied near my stay. You can't budge to jail if this be all done next to cc as stated because I guarantee the hotel does have the money originally owed to them. If you stayed and the hotel have no cc on file and you ditched, later yes, there could be criminal charges.

I really repugnance to break it to you, but the cc company will side with the hotel 99% of the time. I be front desk manager at a honourably large hotel contained by a high tourist nouns for 6 years and we dealt next to alot of "chargebacks". Once we faxed in the copy of the signed registration form where on earth you signed for responsibility of the room, charges, etc. then the cc company have no choice but to accept it as a valid charge. That's not to speak that the cc company won't do something else for you, but the hotel will still keep the money you remunerated. You don't get money support if you bought something and "just didn't resembling it". You will usually only procure it back if it's a fraudulant purchase but the hotel will other have your signature from when you checked contained by.
