What are my legal rights to assist me deal next to a 16 yr old stays out of arts school & away from no permission?

State of Louisiana, boarding arts school not optional
Answers: Reform conservatory.
I cant say for your state but surrounded by Texas there is little surrounded by options for a 16 year older that doesn't attend school as at the age of 16 they are leagally competent to drop out, the only valid option contained by texas is to report them to the DMV for droping out of school because surrounded by Texas unless you are attending school or hold already graduated from large school you are required to attend conservatory untill you are 18 in charge to keep your drivers licence, which if your child be pulled over after that they would be held accountable for driving on a suspended/revoked drivers licence, and surrounded by any case be not sufficiently expert to renew untill they returned to school or turned 18.

Should we sign a contract or other legal document?

I am possibly starting my own business online and I am going contained by with a partner, immediately should we sign a contract so we don't per say spinal column stab each other on particular business aspects or other legal related lingo? If so where and how can I do this?
Answers: YES !!!!!!!

Half the lawyer in the country would be out of a profession if people only sat down and committed their agreements to writing formerly they entered within to them.

It's not even to stop one or the other of you stabbing his partner in the subsidise. It's equally to make sure when you start that you're both CLEAR on exactly what you're agreeing to.

You wouldn't believe how various people downfall up suing bcause they entered into a spoken deal, which be talked something like on several occasions of a interval of weeks, and there be never a clear understanding of exactly what be agreed to ! (Or rather, both nation THOUGHT they had a clear comprehension - but they had different ones)

It doesn't hold to be anything all formal and legalese if this isn't over a huge amount of money.

Just attain a piece of paper, write down exactly what you're both going to put into the business surrounded by terms of money, time, expertise etc, and what you're both going to give somebody a lift out. Make sure you set down WHO gets to own the last word if something comes up that you can't agree to. Then you both sign and date it, and you're done.

Richard
Definitely, see a legal representative.
Ask if forming a corporation or partnership would be better for the type of business you will be starting.
Getting legal counsel now is better than not easy feelings and lawsuits subsequently.
Legally, you may or may not sign a written contract. Contracts may either be written or oral, both are endorsed and binding and may be used in courts contained by the future surrounded by case near will be a problem between the contracting parties.

However, for practicality, I suggest that you should put your stipulations surrounded by writing. It would be more difficult to prove an oral agreement than a written agreement.

I also suggest that you check the laws of your State or country in connection with contracts. For example here in the Philippines, our law specifically provides that for contracts that will last for more than a year, it must be made surrounded by writing, or for contracts involving an amount in excess of 5,000 pesos, it must also be made within writing.

Good luck to your endeavor.

How much privacy is enough?

Should the affairs of state need turn upside down warrants to listen to your call and read your emails? I know people argue that its for our own sanctuary. Usually those are conservatives who then turn around and have a word about governing body staying out of people's lives. Isnt that hypocritical? Have you ever been threatened by a terrorist? Have you have your right to privacy abused by our government? How do you know?
Answers: Only complete privacy is pleasing, anything less is intrusion.
Have you have your right to privacy abused by our government?

Everytime I enjoy to file a excise return!!
Yes, I think they should enjoy to get a warrant to invade my privacy. Maybe near should be an exception if it has be proven that I'm a threat to the safety of others, but solitary if there is proof earlier they listen to my calls or read my emails.
My privacy be invaded recently by the federal rule when they sent me census questionnaire. They said my address have been "selected", but I have to answer it by law. They told me that I have the right to refuse to answer any question about income, but I have to answer most of the others. I tried to ignore them, but one darkness a man came to the door near a laptop and said the only agency they would stop bothering me is if I gave him some answers. I did, but I refuse to answer any of their questions which I considered private.
If they tap your phone or read your emails, you'd probably never know?

Who does the ring legally belong to?

My ex and I are surrounded by disagreement over who should keep a diamond ring.

We be together for 2 1/2 years and for my birthday he gave me a diamond ring (a "promise" ring). Eventually he broke up near me after a lot of relationship problems we be having grounds by us both, but we managed to come out of it still friends. Then I aligned the Army and because I was told I couldn't bring jewelry to fundamental, and I didn't feel comfortable bring something that advisable with me, I gone it with him and told him when I be done with adjectives my training and came stern home I would get it pay for from him...he had no arguments. Well, I've be out of training for a while now and own asked him several times to give it stern and he refuses. He said he believes it have more sentimental value to him than it does to me...similar to he has the right to presume how much it medium to me. I am willing to do what's essential to get it final if its legally mine. So who have the right to keep it?
Answers: He is wet.
Ha ha! He's screwed - he gave it to you as a offering. So it is YOURS.

Period. Gets 'em every time!

It doesn't matter what he like to call it ("promise ring") - it be a birthday gift, so it is yours.
I've see this question oodles times before..

It be a gift, you hold the legal right to it.
He purchased the ring, but it be a GIFT. Because it was a endowment to you and he doens't deny that he gave it to you, next you shouldn't have a problem getting it put money on from him.

What kinds of relationship problems be you having? Anything have to do with any foul language of alcohol or drugs? When I first started reading your question I wondered if conceivably he sold the ring while you were gone. Have you even see it?

I would take him to court! Even if the ring is gone, the trendsetter can order you be reimbursed for the helpfulness of the ring.
He gave it to you...nil in writing.
You give it to him... nothing within writing.

He paid for it. He have possession.

Sounds like he owns it.
In most instances, the guy who give the ring gets to hold it if a marriage does not bear place.

However, he told you he'd give it to you, later changed his mind. It also wasn't an engagement ring, per say.

I imagine you're better off minus him. If it costs you a diamond ring to get him out of your life span, so be it. It wouldn't have any meaning on the secondary open market anyway (try taking a diamond ring to a pawn shop and see what they tender you - not much). So just forget the creep - use this argument as a instrument to tell him to buzz rotten and go on and live your existence. :)

If he wants to sit and cry over that ring, consent to him. He might even give it to someone else. Then, if you find out in the order of it, you've REALLY got him over a firkin. :)
possession really is 9/10ths of the law, because in a minute you're gonna have to prove that its MORE yours than his. I consider its gone. BTW, does he have a clean girl and have you checked her fingers? Because he can't present it back to you if he already give it away...

Oh, and Happy Veteran's Day!
Ethically, since it was a offering to you he should give it fund.

Legally, he paid for it and give it to you in return for a promise to marry. You didn't marry him so he get to keep it.
If it be a birthday gift, it's yours.

You can sue him for it's significance in small claims court. (Small claims courts contained by *most* jurisdictions singular have the authority to award a lolly judgement, not order the return of the ring)

Richard
It be given as a birthday present,it's yours, only if he asked you to marry him and it be an engagement ring is it his,if when you started wearing it you introduced him as your fiance then he have a claim.

A man without a country?

if someone be to destroy here ID, SS, and finger prints, and claim citizenship for another country, one less organized, so losing American citizenship... would he go sour the grid? a man without a country? Assuming that he could still work contained by America for the fact that 1000's of illegals to anyway, survive, rescue money, and not need the SS admin?
Just a thought
Answers: Well the problem is specifically impossible... a ss can not be destroyed because the govt has chronicles of it.

Anyways, ppl try hiding like this next to new identity all the time but most eventually win caught. Some even end up getting charged next to tax evasion if they worked and didnt report the income.
Bad bearing to handle things. The IRS will awareness you aren't paying taxes anymore. And pls, don't let some woman dictate your life span. Just cuz she's a skeez doesn't mean you have need of to change who you are man. Tear past its sell-by date the chain and stretch out dude. Where there's one doomed to failure chick there are 10 really awesome ones. No requirement to become someone else. You are now free to choose your direction lacking worrying about any obstacle. You could hire out to a yacht crew and sail around the world. Or run to South Africa or join the military. Life is purely there for you to own man. And if you've never prearranged a Woman Marine, you haven't lived life!

If not, after the first 3 days, you are entitled to Statutory Sick Pay - which is not very much. Your payroll department should sort it out for you if you offer them your sick note.
If your gross weekly repay is lb87 or more you will be entitled to Statutory sick pay

SSP is salaried from the forth day of sickness and can verbs for up to 28 weeks. It is lb74. per week

If you have a employment contract you may be entitled to contractual sick recompense on top of SSP. Check it

If the employer does not income you SSP or you are under the income threshold.contact DWP who will sort out some incapacity benefit instead

Has anyone ever had a relative or close friend slip away away of unknown causes?

I hold a brother that passed away in 2003 of suspicious cause. He was within Salt Lake City, Utah. I have contacted them by e-mail, but I enjoy recieved 1 e-mail asking what his case number be. I have no clue. My brother layed contained by his room for 6 1/2 hours until his friend finally called 911. Any aid would be greatly appreciated.
Answers: Call the county Coroner's Office in Salt Lake City (sometimes it is referred to as the Medical Examiner's Office). They should own a report on file if the demise was lower than suspicious causes. You own a right to the report. You don't need a covering number. Just give the department his name and the year of loss. They will find the report. There will also be a death warrant filed next to the state. You can get a copy of the ticket as well.

Additional: Interesting that no drugs be found in his body after his friend stated they have done drugs together. It would be nice to know what drugs the friend said they took and what drugs were tested. You should try to consult to the coroner and the pathologist who did the autopsy and ask them about the findings and the drug test.

Answers: To issue one, each state vary but most are 2 to 3 years.

Once issued, there is no time keep a tight rein on. they never expire until the case is resolved... connotation the person is arrested.
Well, I can't answer as to every country within the world, but in the US, the UK, and pretty much any other country whose law are based on English adjectives law, the answer is "No" - a bench warrant, once issued, is valid till the subject is arrested.

Richard
