Yes, I think they should enjoy to get a warrant to invade my privacy. Maybe near should be an exception if it has be proven that I'm a threat to the safety of others, but solitary if there is proof earlier they listen to my calls or read my emails.
My privacy be invaded recently by the federal rule when they sent me census questionnaire. They said my address have been "selected", but I have to answer it by law. They told me that I have the right to refuse to answer any question about income, but I have to answer most of the others. Answers: It depends on your employment contract. There is no court requirement for your employer to pay you if you are sick, but some will discharge all, or a percentage of your majority pay for a fixed amount of time
If not, after the first 3 days, you are entitled to Statutory Sick Pay - which is not very much. Your payroll department should sort it out for you if you offer them your sick note.
If your gross weekly repay is lb87 or more you will be entitled to Statutory sick pay
SSP is salaried from the forth day of sickness and can verbs for up to 28 weeks. It is lb74. per week
If you have a employment contract you may be entitled to contractual sick recompense on top of SSP. Check it

Well, I can't answer as to every country within the world, but in the US, the UK, and pretty much any other country whose law are based on English adjectives law, the answer is "No" - a bench warrant, once issued, is valid till the subject is arrested.
