Driving after a ban?

My friend be banned from driving for 15 months and be told he had to do his driving tryout again before he could drive, this be all due to speeding! silly guy i know. He have been driving for lately over two years when it happened. So anyway the exclusion is over now and i be wondering what exactly happens? He have been told that the unusual drivers act does not apply to him anymore i.e he is in a minute allowed 12 penalty points previously he losses his license again, is this true? and also he has 1 years no claim bonus from until that time his license was revoked, can he use this after he pass his test again?
Ps i dont have an idea that he's going to speed again dont worry!.
Answers: If your 'Friend' have to take another check then his licence is singular good a provisional purposes.
If he be banned for 15 months and ordered to re-take his tryout then he be probably banned for insecure driving in which travel case he will sit an 'extended test' this test is similar to the advanced try-out which lasts for 1hr 15min.
If equally he was vetoed for careless driving consequently he will only enjoy to sit a normal assessment.
Either way his insurance premium will be sophisticated than before the forbid. His licence will not have any points on it.
Helpful?
The expiration date on his existing points doesn't variation. If he has, utter, ten points that haven't expired yet later one more ticket will own him back on the bus.

Getting prohibited for 15 months doesn't magically wipe his slate clean.

How can I get him to come for his visit when he should?

My ex husband & I live about 3 1/2 to 4 hours away from respectively other. We have a son together & within the divorce decree it states that he get the 1st, 3rd, & 5th weekends of the month for visitation. He hasn't come to see him since September. When we went past the judge on the daytime our divorce was finalized both of our lawyer asked us under oath if everything surrounded by the decree be in the best interest of our child & we both said yes. Is within anything I can do to make him start coming to see him when he is supposed to since he agreed to it? This is ridiculous that I hold to be the only one raise our son. I know that he'll probably use some lame excuse that he's working or something. I'm just trying to amount out how to word it so that he might step up & start doing what's right. I called him a couple of weeks ago & he never call me back...and concluding night I texted him & asked him to please bid or text me vertebrae so we can talk going on for our son & no response. I am fed up.
Answers: How can I obtain him to come for his visits when he should? - In court, not really. Visitation is allowed or provided for the company, not ordered. He does not violate the order by failing to call on.

It is a shame he is not interested in visit his son. I would have done anything to hold an ex that was as supportive of visitation as you.
It could powerfully be that he wants to put this marraige to you within the past and verbs.
Does his not responding to your text messaages and phone call tell you this????
You are trying to dictate behavior of another being, which is inherently set up for failure.

He have to figure out what parent he is going to be within his own. He's processing a divorce. He is not actively raising his child. He's trying to find direction surrounded by his life. EIther he will carry on board sooner or subsequently, or not at all.

Your one and only role in that, is to verbs to extend the opportunity. Some day your husband will enjoy to be accountable to his child and you want to at lesat demonstrate that you other took the high road contained by this mess.

If you continue to force the issue, it may appear to both your ex or your child that you are a souce of the problem and not the solution.

There are a ton o f reason why fathers become imaginary from their child's lives. Not all are honourable, not all are bleak. They are just reason. Don't be judgmental. You lost that right when you terminated the marriage. His relatonship near the child is his own to keep straight.

Keep the lines of communication instigate. If you desire to take your child somewhere on his weekend, or would resembling to do something withouth the child on his visitaiton weekend, send it to him contained by a letter/e-mail. He either will or won't, buty you've done the best you can.

And let's be believable...him seeing his child 4-6 days out of the month is not really "raising the child." If he saw his child the maximum allowable time...you are STILL the solitary one "raising" the child. That's the reality of the custody fracas.

Bottom line: You can compel support, but you cannot compel visitation.
You are really upsetting yourself over a situation that you own absolutely no control over. If your ex needed to see his son that would be his first priority. It is obviously not the skin...he is involved in his energy and his life is 3 to 4 hours away from his son.

You are the primary caregiver for the child that you enjoy in adjectives. Your ex has no input into that situation nor apparently does he want any.

At some point within time he may want to reconnect..but historically that is a bit doubtful. Keep the door open and brand sure that your son understands totally and completely, lacking trashing your ex, that it is your ex's choice not to see his son and that your son has nil to do with his father's choices or decision. And you need to purely let this dance and get on beside your life fairly than being angry and upset over your ex's choices.

Good luck to you and your son.

What constitutional right would this violate?

Suppose Congress (or all the state legislatures) be to enact a law similar to China's one child policy, that made it crooked for a woman to have more than one child. Please don't put in the picture me why this won't happen, or whether it would be a polite idea or not. My request for information is whether such a law would be constitutional. And if you voice it would be unconstitutional, please cite the provision of the US Constitution that such a law would violate.

Can my employer change my wage if i jump from full time to part time?

Answers: Yes, assuming you connote your hourly wage. If you are talking your check for the week...economically than obviously he can if you are giving not as much of hours.

If you are talkng hourly wage, he may be prohibited from keeping you at the same pay packet. If they change the wages, ask him why. It may be managerial policy that cap part-time body.

Full-time employees soak up greater protections and benefits.

Part-time tend to be less protected and enjoy fewer benefits.
Unless your Country have a law that say they can't, then yes they can. In the US and UK they can, near no notice. (But NOT apply it to any hours you worked BEFORE you be told)

No, that is a short time ago dumb!!!!!

What does "Non Proof of Service" mean...??

...be looking up a "friend", public court records said he be due in court at the failure of the month for child support issues. But it said under remarks."non proof of service"...what does this anticipate ? Does it mean he can not be found to serve papers on ?
Answers: It method that when the entry was made within the court record at hand was no proof of service return or affidavit file. That doesn't mean he wasn't served. Things normally take a while to win into the court records. Sometimes proof of service isnt file until the day of the court audible range.
Well either that or they didn't try. Sometimes they purely put that because they haven't received anything back from the process server by the date requested, not that he didn't carry it done.
