Does anyone no any free attorney sites where they could contribute me advice on what to do or if iam within the wrong or not. i have tryed to capture legally aid oblige and they wont help me produce i do not recieve a welfare check. Answers: this can be totally argued successfully. the constitution does not guarantee you anything other than the right to per sue cheeriness. It does not give you right to an tuition, health concern or a free handout from the government, this is socialism. socialism is completely incompatible near our republican government, and I dont denote the political party. Because most general public do not know what their rights are nor what is legal or undemocratic, they leave it to others to wish their fates approaching cattle to the slaughter.

Sadly most politicians consider the Constitution an annoyance to be worked around. Politics are not about helping and growing our nation any more, it is almost generating more and more personal power. Most politicians enjoy never held a real livelihood or had to struggle to income bills. They have other been within "public service" and constantly look to increase their power and money. There should be term confines on all elected positions so that the power snatch is not a reason to become a politicians but general public would do it to improve our country.

My neighbor's have a beehive within their front yard!!!Help!!!?

I've call every government agency, homeowner's association, and beekeeper. They adjectives tell me that nearby is nothing they can do unless someone is stung. It must be 500 bees minimum within a tree next to the curve where on earth my mailbox is located? I'm afraid I will be stung or someone in my household might be as very well as that fact that my husband is terrifyingly allergic to insect stings. My other concern is that they are spreading to my neighbors house from the tree and I am afraid they will come into my yard to nest. The beekeeper say there is nought I can do to prevent them from coming into my yard. I'm thinking of calling the local report. The first thing, I did when I notice them that I rang my neighbor's door bell twice and wait 2 minutes for them to answer and they were home!!! They refuse 2 answer so I am not trying to work with them because that be a dangerous move to construct for me because the bees are close 2 their door. If it is a nest, quit freaking out. First past its sell-by date, they only attack when outlook threatened, and will only touch threatened if you get too close to the nest (they are probably european thesis wasps or bold-faced hornets). Too close is usually 5-10feet unless you are making a huge racket to upset them. Most of the time, quality newspaper nest building wasps abandon them after a year or smaller amount anyway and move elsewhere.

If it is THAT bad, write them a epistle asking if you can dispose of the nest yourself. Shoot it with some hornet spray.

If that nest is more than 20-30 foot from your own door, you shouldnt be worrying at all. They are bees, not murderers. They will not hunt you or your husband.

What do I do if I got a ticket for FTA on registration Renual and I no longer own the Vehicle? In CA.?

40508AVC = Failure to pay cheque or appear (for the registration)

Is my boss suppose to witheld my commission because the company has no money?

I am a property due consultant and I get compensated commission for doing my work as well as 3 other team. My boss owes me $5,000 in commission and will not income me for my completed cases. He says the company have no money due to clients not paying invoices back from 2004. By law if you are on a "payroll", he have to pay you.But if this is an underneath the table job you own no proof unless you have a written contract near him,that he actually owes you the money.The comleted work will not hold up surrounded by court, its circumstantial. I think you necessitate to demad the money. You can't just work for free and you own bills to pay too. Just cuz your boss have a nice car/house etc.,doesn't mean he have money. He could be with holding your money to payment his debts! Point it out to him that you have bills too and can't skulk. And, even if you qut,if you are on a "payroll" or written contract then he have to pay you that rear money he owes you even if you have to run him to court! He should be taking the clients to court to get the money for you guys.
