jail overcrowding issue? I deduce it's ridiculous that a man got sentenced to go in prison simply for stealing a pizza. He was a two time felon and next to this third one they gave him time. Couldn't they have only just given him a hefty fine, put him on probation and made him pay a fine, or anything else but time in prison. For some use I feel close to his place in prison could own been save for some violent perpetrator instead.
Answers: Having fewer law to break would be good. A lot of law that people are in prison for are not violent crimes and they do not hurt culture in any mode shape or form - they just didn't follow a ruling that was given for the sake of in that being a tenet and nothing more. Some of these types of law, if federal, are actually against the constitution and are cause a lot of problems approaching overcrowded jails. There is far more executive and federal power contained by the U.S. today than when the Constitution was written and it have it's downside as we can see by this issue. 100 years ago overcrowded jails and various of the problems that we have today be not problems and that is when the Constitution and it's official amendments were still used contained by their purity.
They could legalize marijuana.
They could permit the gangs only kill respectively other.
They could execute the guys on death row faster.
They could fine the **** out of everyone.. the merely problem is, most criminals don't have severely much money, so they'll end up contained by jail when they can't settle the fine.
They could assign certain months to convinced crimes and only prosecute that month's crimes and tender everyone else a free pass if it's not that month. (i.e. if October is Murder and DWI, you won't carry put in incarcerate for possession of cocaine.)
They could kill everyone who's contained by prison right now and a short time ago start over.

When i raised above mentioned issues, i be sent back to PAKISTAN according to plan and never call back on my opening.
I have contacted so heaps times to check my status but in response i acquire the PENSION LETTER from the company.
I have be looking for the justice since 1998 till to date but couldn't find it even so.

I believe they don't want to normalize marijuana because they don't want people to try to make conform worse drugs.

When they did make alcohol against the law... it was a huge mess. Not solitary were populace making and selling illegal liquor that be sometimes super potent or toxic, but the government also become corrupt. In British Columbia, Canada, the administration is considering legalizating marijuana because they are somehow under the indentation its marijuana dealers surrounded by the gangs that are shooting up streets, houses, restaurants, coffee shops, etc... They focus if they legalize it these will jump stop? Right... those shoot outs are over crack/coke, heroin and crystal meth... Not weed...

I however think it'd be great if marijuana be legal! I'd love it! But prices would dance up n there would be age restrictions, and restrictions on how much you can smoke and still drive and stuff, and restrictions on how much you can own... It's almost easier with it self illegal and the police looking the other style.

Answers: Yes, We are on strike where I work and the imperative says you enjoy to be on the sidewalk or if there is no sidewalk you own to be so many foot from the road. Also you have a particular distance you have to stay from the company you are picketing at. I'm not sure of the actual footage because the federation used spary paint to show us how far each process we could go. I only stay with surrounded by the lines.

Wage issue, is this legal?

I work at this small retail store and I be recently given a piece time promotion as a manager, on the other hand still work as a sales hand and the owner wants to pay packet me different amounts depending on if I'm working as a manager or merely a sales rep.
I'm not sure if this is clear, so I'll try to explain it better.
If I work as a organizer, I'll get compensated 9 dollars, but if I work as a sales hand I'll get remunerated 8 dollars. So I'm getting paid two different amounts at indistinguishable job.

But, I am not sure if explicitly legal, don't places own to pay you alike amount if you work there.

Answers: Perfectly permissible. Both are different positions. I was contained by that same situation working for a city. I would get salaried more doing one job than the other which made sense because they be both seperate things. Your jobs are different positions. Just because you work for a company doesnt show you get compensated the same for every opening you do.
It's legal, the solely time you get compensated a higher wage for doing a post in a lower wage bracket is if you're surrounded by a good strong alliance.
