the one and only amendment I can think specifically close to privacy rights is the fourth amendment (search and seizers). however, i am not for sure.

Depends on what kind of right. the 4th amendment (and the 14th when discussing states) protects a person's privacy within that protects from warrantless searches, seizure, and arrests.

My neighbors just moved out of their house but disappeared an elderly german shepherd in their backyard. There are relatives coming over to nurture the dog every other day but most of the time the dog is only just there alone. No one lives surrounded by the house. The relatives just unequivocal the garage door to get dog biscuits and throw them over the paling. Have you ever watched Animal Presinct or Animal Cops? Well from what I've see on that show, what you are saying is importantly illegal, and reckless. I would call the Humane Society and explain the situation. They will come out and do an investigation, set out a warning, and they will come hindmost to retrieve the dog if the owners do not contact them within a correct time period that they furnish them. Then, they very powerfully could be fined for neglect. And shame on the relations members who are supporting this ignore and just throwing biscuits over the balustrade. Ugh...If I ever lived next door to someone similar to that, they would definitely see the wrath of me and what I can do rightfully to put them behind bar for animal cruelty.
So I would suggest calling either the non emergency police number, and they can return with a hold of the proper people to come and investigate, or you can phone the Humane Society and they will handle it, or direct you to the right folks to contact. Tell them everything you see and don't see over there. Also document this because they may know how to use your documentation as part of the defense when they travel to the judge for a warrant to retrieve the dog. Good luck. Oh. My. Goodness. Please, be kinda and ring a shelter...the ASPCA...the police...ANYBODY who can help that dog. Especially if it's ripened! If it's neglected long enough, it could turn vicious - because it doesn't know any better. PLUS, it's winter!
I can not STAND associates like that. If at hand is any way you can go and get hold of the information about where on earth they moved, PLEASE do so and get the authorities involved.
It is VERY VERY immoral it is animal cruelty and neglect.

Should marijuana be legalized surrounded by the United States?Me I think that marijuana should be legalized and sold along beside the cigarettes but you have to be at tiniest 21 years of age to purchase weed but you're only allowed to purchase up to 2 ounces at a time, otherwise I think selling marijuana on the street should still be forbidden but it should be legal for the stores to trade marijuana.
One of the reasons why I reckon marijuana should be legalized cause it's not as risky as alcohol and it doesn't caue aggravation or it doesn't make you lawless like alcohol and the other drugs do.
I enjoy heard that marijuana does backing relaxes you and that smoking marijuana is a good stress reliever.
