Both party are necessary to construct a contract, thus, if each of them does not agree to the jargon of the contract and verify their agreement by their signature, the contract does not exist.
If there is no benefit to respectively party by the drawing of the contract where on earth each group to the contract is to receive some type of consideration, the contract is null and void.

File a complaint with CraigsList.
Talk to Craigslist administrator. Use an attorney if necessary. Slander is banned and you do have permitted recourse.
