Ripped off by helm guyz?

I purchased a set of rim and tires from these ppl in August. I be told they were out of stock 3 weeks after I purchased them. I enlarge a credit account withcar fastidiousness one and was approved. I get tired of waiting so I canceled my order beside these ppl. I was told that I will recieve a settlement. I also called the credit card company to dissolve my card and I also told them that I canceled the rim order. A month then I get a bill and the amount I owe is 1,200$. I be fired up. I call these thieve and they do not pick up, their website is down. I have the credit card company on my tail. I dispute the amount after giving them this explanation. But I am still individual victimized. I am being charged in arrears fees and constantly called by the credit card company even though they deduce that this is in dispute. It will hold another month or so to be resolved. I wish I can win these bastards for what they have done to me. My credit is going to be ruined. I also live out of state.

I just now took a transfer to another facility contained by this corporation to get away from this convulse. On the second day I witnessed a severe safekeeping violation and be told I had not done satisfactory to prevent it was told to pack my things and head off the premises ASAP. I was told I would be contacted by phone if and when I should return to work. Three days hold passed and I have hear nothing.

Is it legal to eliminate tap hose to a paying customer?

I have frequented a local pizza place for around 3 years presently (while at college). I usually go next to a friend and we split a pizza and each carry tap dampen. Today, a rather rude woman be behind the counter and she said that due to cost adjectives, the restaurant will no longer provide tap river, you have to buy bottled hose down instead, even though the beverage dispenser is behind the counter and you can clearly see the dampen tab. Must a restaurant provide tap marine for free, or is it merely good business?

Sure, a restaurant can refuse to serve thump water, and a soaring class resraurant would be expected to, but to do so when people are paying for a lunchtime at a pizza place is kind of trashy, unless nearby is a municipa restriction on water use. Next time, directive the pizza and tap dampen, and if it is refused, politely read out due to cost-cutting you cannot afford bottled water and pizza both, so you will be intake elsewhere, then walk off.

The water situation within PA, by the way, asks for curtailment of use for watering lawns and wash cars, it makes no mention of not drinking it. There are no counties beside a declared "drought emergency", Clinton County is the only one near a declared "drought warning" The rest of the state is split between "drought watch" and "normal".

As most businesses can waste anyone service without giving a principle - and have the signs posted surrounded by numerous businesses in PA - they can decline to give you touch water. Take your pizza home and drink your own slap water or adapt restaurants.

Most counties in PA - are surrounded by a drought situation ,so the tap hose may no longer be available in your nouns. Many places are restricting water usage - they a short time ago might not be telling you .

My friend get 2 DUI charges last two years. He still on probation for another year. He lost his license for 3 years. Pretty much he's screwed up big time. Good press! I have regularly wondered that myself! The ways that unborn infants are aborted are simply unpardonable (i.e. dismembering their bodies surgically, giving them lethal injections, partial birth abortion, etc.) This is a moral rhetorical question that shows how messed up the world is.
