I Called In Sick But My Bosses Gave Me An Attitude About It!!?

We hold employees who call in sick almost every week next to no doctor's excuse at all but they didn't tender a rat about it.I own a doctor's excuse to give it to them but my bosses give me an attitude and told me that since I called contained by sick, I would have to work on my hours of daylight off to earnings for the other person who covered for my shift.
