In Japan do they have?
Do they still hold (I think it's called) the Clan Restoration Act? I read on the internet that if a clan be limited to 5 or smaller number males the man can partake of multiple wives to restore his clan. I know that this happened surrounded by Japan's past but I am helping my sister beside a report for Japan and the culture and am not sure if it is still in effect. Arguments for/against lowering drinking age to 18?
I'm working on a paper and be looking for some different arguments for/against the drinking age being lowered. I'm wanting to do resembling a poll sort of, so if you could leave your age, what your evaluation is and why, that would be great! Also, if you know of any sites that argues for or against it, then that would be loyal too. Thanks!(I will choose a best answer based on who I quality argues their point the best--I will not necessarily base it stale of my opinion because honestly I don't hold much of an opinion on this)

Well i suggest you look into the affects of alcohol on peoples brains 18-20 and 21 and over. Also the rates of alcoholism in those age ranges.
For the pole: I'm 18 and i don't support the age translation because of how irresponsible and naive my friends are. I want them safe and sound, not bingeing somewhere and driving home.

Not close to it would change anything. 18 year olds drink anyways, if they wanna drink they're gonna find a channel to do it whether its legal or not.
So frequent kids and ppl are killed because of drunk drivers...if anything the age should be made elder.
And in response to the woman who said " if you can brawl for you country you should be able to drink"...the irony in attendance is that both drinking and the army can kill you.

I am sorry if someone else have brought this up but i have to ask. I live within Toronto, CA. I work at Shoppers Drug Mart (a supermarket) and recently I be promoted. I have be supervising for one month and a half very soon and have not all the same received the increase. I talked to my supervisor and she said she would emphatically do smth about it but she told me I should write a epistle (a memo thingy) to the individual who does the payrolls. I wrote a very polite request but I be not yet salaried! Apparently, the economist guy has no concept to pay me for at least possible the first month of working as a supervisor! I was vastly upset , intend to bring this legally if I must but I want to ask you first! Should I consult to the owner of the store? How am I going to bring it up?Thank you in credit.
Answers: When you receive your pay increase it should be retro-active to the date of your promotion. If it is not, afterwards you should take it up next to the payroll and/or human resource department.
Your supervisor is correct, write a letter explaining that you own not yet received you salary increase. Give them the date in which you started your supervising position. Then confer them week by week the hours you have worked. If possible submit copies of clear stubs. Be sure to make a copy of this request for your self to own proof of what you have submitted to the payroll department and your supervisor. Be sure at the bottom of your paperwork you note who have copies of this particular paperwork.

What does "responsible budgeting" entail?
I am going through a move away valise and I'm moving out on my own with my kids. If I can't produce it in California even though I prove to exercise responsible budgeting, I may know how to move. Does that mean out in the open minimal like a moment ago things we need or is within any slack for things like a small clan vacation, a cell phone and things that we want but that aren't really extragavent?Answers: Stuff similar to having a huge truck clearing every month is irresponsible, as are huge costs for clothing, entertainment, meals drinking out, etc., so you don't want to have those. Start near what your real, rough costs are and see where you stand.
Responsible budgeting entail knowing that you can feed, clothe, shelter and coach your self and children.
You also need respite. What about holidaying at home by taking the children to picnic surrounded by the park, go to the coast, library or some other cost free place. It does not have to be expensive. It lone has to be fun.
Why not consent to each child choose a special commotion. Give them a budget for the day. What going on for having a cooking daylight at home? A party where on earth they cater? A holiday at your parents?

Yes but sometimes the law doesn't be paid it easy for you. If you can get hold of actual proof, that helps alot to produce an arrest and/or get a restraining charge. Something like tape them threatening you, a letter next to threats, etc. Any time there is an issue...a phone hail as, the person "visits" you, etc. you requirement to alert the police. Its best to make a complaint to start near...the police can help direct you beside how to proceed...and every time there is an issue, your travel case against them will build. If they have be calling you excessively, you can work with your phone company or the police can request a log of call. If they show up at home or work, get a witness if you can who confirms they be there, but most importantly phone up the police if you feel threatened. Good luck!

Im researching careers and i be just wondering if near is a type of lawyer that doesn't own to deal beside appearing in court and the pressures of a courtroom, but they in principal do paperwork and work from their office. I in recent times heard that nearby are lawyers out in that that do that. You can't return with through law college and get admit to the bar lacking knowing the basics of courtroom practice.

Answers: Sadly, due to the personality of virtual gaming goods, you own almost no recourse unless you can successfully file a dispute resolution near Paypal.
Most online games expressly prohibit the sale of online commodities due to frauds like these, and the inability to prevent scam.
Sorry to say man, it looks similar to you might be out of luck unless you can file dispute near Paypal or convince the seller to discount your money. You might try that, some people really will return money if they can't provide the item, it's upright to give them a casual to try first.
Just open up a Paypal dispute for commodities not received.
