How long do you have to sue for a slip and tip out?
It has be over 2 years, but I NEVER imagined that my problems would be this great, this many years longer. It is a result of an injury received surrounded by a department store when my shopping cart caught on the door frame due to modifications the store made to their shopping cart. My shopping cart flipped and I caught it because it have my 2 year old son within it.
Answers: I think you passed the hamper to sue, check with a attorney. I just have a car wreck beside the other person at eccentricity I had 1 year to sue...
There is no approach I can answer this question because I do not know if you live within the US. Assuming you live in the US, within are 50 different answers because each state is different.
In Oklahoma the statute of limitations for personal injury is 2 years from the time of injury or 2 years from the time the sufferer discovered or reasonably should own discovered that the injury or condition.
So depending on what you mean when you speak you never imagined the problems (the problems were not discovered?) that may let go you..if in Oklahoma. But I am sure most states hold a similar rule about when the injury be discovered.

What is our government coming to?
We standardize drugs such as tobbaco and alcohol that kill relations every year. Yet we make a drug (marijuana) unjust because the government cant be paid money off of it!! marijuana can aid eating disorders, facilitate parkinsons disease, eases the misery of dying cancer patients, and it also makes those peaceful. Alcohol otherwise makes empire drunk as hell and people become angry tempo there inherited ...iv never heard of someone smoking so much that he become violent. hold you?..it could help so plentiful people contained by so many ways...why the hell is it private...oh i know why because the currupt government cant take home tax money sour of it.Answers: KXLY reports that GOP Rep. Curtis was not a short time ago into picking up young men for sex, he be also into wearing lady's clothing. My God! What is wrong with these Republicans? This guy voted no on employment equality for gay men and women while he be wearing frilly undies! (He insists he's not gay. Maybe the Republicans have their own words for things that are different from regular people's vocabularies. The KXLY Report is completely symbolic (anal sex, etc).
Pharmaceutical companies spend billions of dollars on research for their designer drugs. If you legalize marijuana, a raw curative anybody can grow in their backyard for free, BAM! here goes adjectives their profits. That's why the drug companies lobby congress.
If you think drugs are unjust because they can't be taxed, the Democrats can levy anything.
One, because drinking and smoking are socially acceptable, smoking not so much anymore, but still.
And two, weed make you retarded.
In all of these pro-pot posts not a soul really talks in the order of the fact that nearly adjectives users of harder illegal drug users started out next to a little pot.
I focus it would be great if Yahoo started a new category for this, since it is asked roughly a thousand times a day.
It would engineer it easier for numbers 2 through 999 to see the answers over and over and over and over again.
What if someone told you the USA has have a base on the moon since 1962, and on Mars since 1966?
If you've lived long satisfactory, you know that the ability of adjectives governments, including Washington, to pretend to their citizens is endless. Although the American citizens have salaried for all of these programs next to hard-earned tax dollars, we are not permitted to know what we've compensated for..or the incredible waste and corruption to be precise involved.Answers: I would be like..COOL!
That would be so awesome to own those bases!
What a great realization!
If someone told me that, i would ask them how much crack they smoked for breakfast.
The technology didnt exist in 1962 for man to make the moon or mars - much smaller amount set up a permanent underside. It took us until 1969 to reach the moon, and that be just for a time long stay.
But lets purely say for a moment its true. Why hoard it? When we were within a Space Race with the Soviets at the time, why cover up the fact that we already have bases on the moon and mar? Because we didnt.
Being with the SOASGP, I would enjoy to take them into custody and hold them for mental adjustment so they don't blow our cover.

16 French and Spanish nationals are busted surrounded by Chad for child-trafficking. Do you sympathise?
They kidnapped 103 black kids for public sale to families within France for US $34,000 each. They deserve energy imprisonment, not for any crime, but for introducing 103 big and remaining disasters into a white society.Answers: Wow are you asking for it.Get ready.
Child trafficking and slavery is dissipated and illegal and they deserve life span in prison.
You, in opposition, deserve a long stay on a barren rock of an island where not a soul will stumble across your despicable racist rants.
Prison for child trafficking yes
Racist - you
fool - you
Does "buy one get one free" rightfully have to be true?
OK, I've encounter in plentiful stores in two different states, the Camel 'buy one catch one free' promotion where the "one" I am buying is severely overcharged. Specifically, it's about $5.65 for a pack of cigs surrounded by NJ and it's over $8 for the buy one get one promotion. The clerks other tell me that it's not literally a buy one seize one, it's a buy one get the other at doesn`t matter what price we decide to charge. I contemplate this is fraud. Is there anything I can do around this?Answers: It is a scam. And unfortunately permitted. When the buy get one free, or buy two receive one free goes on Dutch auction the retailer is allowed to charge what is called run of the mill retail. Who sets the normal retail and what is it. No one know. They can charge you what ever they want. And you also have to remember too that you hold to pay the cigarette excise on the free pack also hence nothing is free.
What you don't comprehend nothing is free within charging you more to make up for the so-called free smokes.
and if promotion expect to clear more.
You can't sue unless with more similar shield and how are they frauding you. Did they steal your information. No. Fraud involes money & steal one information for credit card uses in your identify with out your familiarity.
There are two possibilities:
(1) The $8 charge from the other state may have to do near stiff tobacco taxes to discourage smoking.
(2) The $5.95 charge in NJ might be a sale price that NJ retailers are charging to deal next to competitive pricing in that state. Meanwhile the $8 charge contained by the other state may be the going standard price in that other state. To be compete next to their in-state competitors, they offer the buy-one-get-one free public sale price.
Prices are different from state to state, and could be pretty confusing. The price of orange liquid is about twice as much within California as it is compared to that of the same brands and sizes within NJ. I used to live in NJ.
Who agrees with the passing penalty n y and who doesnt???
those who do i entail 2 kno simple things like y u support...n those who dont ta same article...y u dnt support it???thnks
Answers: Pro death cost...lowers the murder/violent crime rate.
I support it
It eliminates the kismet to committ crime again
In theory, I don't support it, but surrounded by practice, I do. It's obvious that the passing penalty isn't deterring crime. So, I deem people should be sentenced to belt rocks in Alaska six days a week for 12 hrs a hours of daylight the rest of their pathetic lives. That might kind people chew over twice.
But, that will never happen. Hence, executions are the subsequent best thing.
In yesteryear 10 to 12 years, New York experimented with the disappearance penalty and more and more of us are decide that there is a better alternative. We enjoy life in need parole and the discussion here is focusing on that. You don't have to condone brutal crimes or want the criminals who commit them to avoid a discordant punishment to ask whether the death cost prevents or even reduces crime and whether it risks slaughter innocent people.
124 inhabitants on death rows hold been released beside proof that they were wrongfully convicted. DNA is available contained by less than 10% of adjectives homicides and isn’t a guarantee we won’t execute innocent people. New York is third within the nation in exonerations of innocent society (fortunately all are still alive.)
The departure penalty doesn't prevent others from committing murder. No reputable study shows the destruction penalty to be a deterrent. To be a deterrent a punishment must be sure and swift. The release penalty is neither. Homicide rates are sophisticated in states and regions that hold it than in states that don’t.
Life in need parole has be on the books since 1995. states. It process what it says. It is sure and swift and from time to time appealed. Life without parole is smaller quantity expensive than the death cost.
The death cost costs much more than life contained by prison, mostly because of the legal process which is supposed to prevent executions of innocent inhabitants. New York spent over 200,000,000 to sentence just 7 men to passing in a time of 10 years.
The death cost isn't reserved for the worst crimes, but for defendants with the worst lawyer. It doesn't apply to people beside money. When is the last time a comfortable person be on death row, consent to alone executed?
The death cost doesn't necessarily help family of murder victims. Murder victim kith and kin members testify the drawn-out death cost process is painful for them and that go without parole is an appropriate alternative.
Problems next to speeding up the process. Over 50 of the innocent people released from passing row had already served over a decade. If the process is speeded up we are sure to execute an innocent party. The wrongfully convicted people surrounded by New York served an average of over 8 years.
I need aid finding laws or command policies in australia to protect human right 11?
human right 11: innocent until proven guilty.Answers: This is terrifying...I was questioning for your answer, and came across "The Rule of Law as an Australian Constitutionalist Promise", which contained some frightening vernacular..."It is therefore appropriate that the rule of directive continues to act with the sole purpose as an extremely credible principle that must be considered against other factors. ... The uncaring concerns of nineteenth-century individualism are no longer paramount in our modern liberal society. The rule of statute needs to be impartial with the other concerns of our modern society." (Andrew Sykes, Deakin University School of Law) There are probably some surrounded by the US who agree -- the thought makes me shudder.
Anyway, backbone to your question...ACT have passed a bill of rights (http://www.legislation.feat.gov.au/a/2004... ) but there is no national bill of rights for Australian citizens. "Innocent until proven guilty" is agreed as common imperative; I could find no legislation codifying it (which only technique I couldn't find it, not that it doesn't exist).
Why isn't the custody of children placed with the parent who can support them WITHOUT govt benefits?
This is assuming that the parent IS a FIT parent. Under no circumstances should a child be placed surrounded by the care of a UNFIT PARENT. But if the other parent cannot provide for their child, even next to receiving child support, afterwards why are the children NOT placed with the parent who can support them instead of the taxpayer's paying for them????Answers: Because that certainty alone is not determinative of what is in "the best interest of the children" which is the standard by which the judgment is made.
because placing the children shouldn't be made on the basis of money.
If the mom be a stay at home mom, and doesn't have a position or job skill becuase she have been a mom, does she deserve to enjoy the children taken away from her?
If the father is an equally good parent, he should hold equal custody, two weeks each or something, but the parent who be parenting during the marriage shouldn't be penalize.
