OK, I've encounter in plentiful stores in two different states, the Camel 'buy one catch one free' promotion where the "one" I am buying is severely overcharged. Specifically, it's about $5.65 for a pack of cigs surrounded by NJ and it's over $8 for the buy one get one promotion.
