Death in inherited related to hospital?

my friend's dad passed away last year surrounded by a hospital after having surgery. they put him to sleep, and he lately never woke up from the surgery. my friend's dad devorced her mom, but she never got any money from the extermination of her dad. does she have the right to sue the hospital and or claim money from him? if so something like how much? thanks.
Answers: You can't do anything unless you prove the hospital be negligent, which is VERY VERY tricky, and pointless.. you'll probably lose money in doing so...They be divorced.. she deserves nothing surrounded by my opnion.. talk almost disgustingly greedy beyond belief.
What someone died in a hospital? OMG! Next point you know they will let sick nation in here too!

Any money available will be based on any vivacity insurance polices he may have have, and from his estate.
Only the next of kin can sue for wrongful departure. Your friend may have already blown the Statute of Limitations (time allowed to folder your lawsuit) you usually have two years...against a doctor and/or hospital you call for to send a perceive of intent to file first which truly delays your SOL file date by about 6 months surrounded by most states...best off trying to locate a really apt PI (personal injury attorney) who can help you near the medical malpractice/wrongful death satchel. If malpractice is established and fault assigned or liability found against hospital or doctor you friend could own a huge settlement/award awaiting him/her.

Am I liable? How can I cover myself?

I have be involved in few motor "runs". These are small local events that take place every few months. They are not race or rallys, but more of a moving car show. We communicate on online forums and plan to bump into at a predetermined location. We drive about 2 hours away to a road where on earth we get to oral exam our driving skills. The road is pretty challenging for unexperienced drivers, but we adjectives just try to hold a safe, polite time.

Somehow I ended up planning the subsequent run. Don't get me wrong, it isn't an organized/sanctioned event. By planning, I simply be set to that I picked out a date and a meeting place and I post it on a forum. Then everyone on the forums say if they are planning on attending.

After a few weeks of checking the forums, I realized that we might hold between 40-50 drivers. I am beginning to verbs about the liability aspect of the run. Am I liable if someone decide to get stupid, or crashes their sports car? How can I protect myself against legal doings? Can I be Sued?
Answers: When you are dealing with potential liability issues you are HIGHLY advise to discuss with a advocate.
you are right it is not warning satisfactory.

you might look to Critical Mass as an example of how to have an event near no one surrounded by charge.

But you probably are already on the hook. I suggest you pray for the best and don't plan or be associated with these events if you can't survive the issues.
I'm not sure there is any document that will fully protect you from liability for an unsanctioned "unlawful" event.

Any fitting attorney can find fault beside your "limitations" paragraph and WILL use it against you in a court of canon.

I would recommend backing out and sending an email to everyone that the 'run' is stale.

Censorship: what type of information should be censored?

WHy? And who benefits from this?
What types of government could use this surrounded by the wrong way? And how?
Answers: I don't approaching censorship if it is hiding the truth. People shouldn't be censored from the truth. Let the world see ALL facts (not rubbish/speculation) and decide for themselves. We own brains and we can formulate our own opinions. Censorship (to a degree) can contribute to us not person fully informed. Now, as you might guess I'm talking just about adults here. As for children, we should use our brain there too. They shouldn't hold to grow up before their time. Let them delight in innocence for as long as we possibly can.
Anything viewable to a child under the age of 18. Society benefits..look at what the children of today are exposed to compared to 20-30 yrs ago.

Jesus saved us but what will we be judge on if we are not under the imperative?

Answers: God's law and empire law are too course different things. We will be judged by God's canon.
John 12:47 And if any man hear my words, and believe not, I judge him not: for I come not to judge the world, but to retrieve the world.
John 12:48 He that rejecteth me, and receiveth not my words, hath one that judgeth him: the word that I have spoken, like peas in a pod shall judge him surrounded by the last daylight.
Act 18:15 But if it be a question of words and name, and [of] your law, look ye [to it]; for I will be no authority of such [matters].

Jesus saved, God does the judge based on his word.
We will be judge on having God's Love within us and how we obeyed that form of love deliver into our hearts. Love our enemy, Love our neighbors, Love the brethren, Loving God, etc. Allowing love to develop in us, to grow surrounded by us, to nuture us etc. The effect of not loving is for us humans to do bad things to one another.

is it legally recognized or illegal to embed video from google, youtube, dailymotion, veoh on your website. videos of movies tv shows etc? i didnt upload the video either lately videos from those sites. that contain copyrighted stuff
Answers: Since it is copy written, it is private to distribute, but since you already have it, it is not forbidden to own. In other words, don't send it to adjectives your friends and don't upload copy written material, but you won't stir to jail for have it.

my daughters father is not allowed to see her minus a social worker around this went to court two years ago he have not seen her since but i hold now met someone and we are getting married soon and he desires to adopt her does any1 know if he can do this if the biological father hasnt given up rights
Answers: he must give up his rights or die whichever comes first or is easier for you. you can petition the court but if he requests to fight it you may not know how to get it done. i am a step father, i get my oldest 2 daughters when they were 3 and 5 nought made me happier or prouder then the year they asked if they could call me daddy(i am in a minute in tears). you are lucky to enjoy someone who loves your children so much. give it a try petition the court it can't hurt and if you don't succeed the love is still equal all to be precise different is a name. obedient luck
I would suggest being married for a while up to that time considering adopting.

Smoking in the coup¨¦ with Children present?

Does the ruling prohibbiting me from smoking with children within the car violate my constitutional rights? and if I lean my person in charge out the window will I still find a ticket?
Answers: I'm not sure.

My mother smokes. However, when I was a child, she didn't smoke around me.

BUT, that be when I was younger. By the time I be ten, I'd learned the risks of smoking surrounded by school; my parents never talk to me about anything; not drugs, drinking sex--none of it--so she deeply went near the "whatever" perspective. She wouldn't light a cigarette around me, but if she be already smoking, and I came over to where on earth she was, she wouldn't do a entry to stop me from breathing in the smoke, any.

I'm accustomed to it; between friends and family smoking, I've grown used to breathing smoke. It doesn't bother me.

I myself don't smoke. That's not to right to be heard I never will.

All of this has brought me to this conclusion: Maybe it doesn't violate their constitutional right, but doesn't it violate their personal right? And isn't a infringement of the duty of a parent; to raise their child correctly, and do what they can to promote vigour?

As a child, I wasn't comfortable around smoke. And trust me; I was a child like mad more recently than most of you.

When someone smoked around me, I didn't protection about the authenticity. I was too busy trying to breathe, and individual terrified of the risks of breathing within the smoke.

I'll admit, that's changed, immediately. But still--for most kids, that's how it is.
Wow, I've never heard of such a canon. What state are you in?

If need a smoke is just that dire, verbs over into a parking lot and get out of your coup¨¦ to smoke. Your kids didn't ask to be here...not fair to smoke around them.
Why would you want to smoke surrounded by the car next to children present?
Would you spray poison into the car slowly massacre them as well?
Because that's exactly what your doing to them by smoking surrounded by front of them.
Of course you have rights everybody does but children also hold rights as well such as breathing verbs air.
If you want to slay yourself that's your business but why kill innocent children too?
Second paw smoke KILLS so why would you want it to be your Constitutional right to kill somebody else beside it?
If people approaching you don't have ample sense or integrity to protect children from something like this next we need the imperative to step in and protect them FROM ethnic group like you who solitary care nearly your rights as opposed to the sanctuary and well mortal of innocent children.
Stop exposing your children to harmful chemicals that will ruin their vigour and kill them within the long run.

People like you are unfit for maternity.
CA just passed a decree prohibiting smoking in cars near kids. No, it's not "constitutional rights." It's common sense. Don't expose your kids to smoke; it's VERY impossible for them. And you.
Do everyone a favor, save abundantly of money, and quit smoking.
I don't want to have to smell it any.
Well I am not sure how it violates your constitutional rights. Find me an amendment that say that you have that right.

Your civil liberty on the other hand, yes! That is really a dumb directive. I am not a smoker, and I think that parents who smoke at adjectives are not doing their children any favors, but we should be allowed to make stupid choices. There are much worse things that you can do to your child surrounded by my book than smoke in the vehicle. Not smoking in public places is one item, but in your own home and your own motor, that is a different event entirely. I fear that this directive is the gateway law to things resembling - making against the law to buy your child a joyful meal because it is adverse to their health.

This country is soon becoming socialist.

Angela- His children have NO constitutional rights. Constitutional rights merely apply to Voting age Citizens. Again show me in the constitution where on earth someone has the right to not be exposed to Cigarette smoke. I detestation smoking as much as the next guy. I abhorrence standing in file somewhere where someone is smoking and I enjoy to breath that air, but no where on earth is the constitution does it say anything in the order of the right to breathe clean nouns.
Like all anti smoking law it does violate your constitutional right.
That does not matter to our elected official though!
I think explicitly the most ridiculous law I hold ever heard of. I hear that it was moral to smoke with your kids contained by the car that course they will build up an immunity to second mitt smoke which will actually keep hold of them from having lung problems next in life span. I say lighting up and be sure to keep the window closed.
It should be your common sense recounting you that altho you may have made the judgment to cause yourself robustness problems and likely wipe out yourself off precipitate, your children did not. And, as a parent, you should be trying to help your kids live a better go and be as happy and strong as they can.

If you don't "get" this, then your adjectives sense is lacking and you might consider putting up your kids for adoption to protect them from you. Do you really enjoy such an addiction that the cigarette is more important than your children?

Because folks similar to you don't exhibit the needed common sense, the Socialists come within and legislate it for you, really irritating the rest of us who value our liberty and respect the rights of others without need to be told to do so.
Over here in Australia~ some states do prohibit this~ soon hopefully it will become a country yawning law.

Can you make a diabled personage pay to park surrounded by a handicap spot in a reserved parking lot?

My large school football stadium singular lets season ticket holders park within the parking lot in front of the stadium and they still enjoy to pay a charge to do so. Is it legal for them to deny handicap folks from using those handicap parking spots because they aren't season ticket holders and haven't paid the tax?
Answers: since it is school property(public) and not a private lot they patently can not prevent the use of the marked parking spaces and they can not charge for endorsed use of those spaces.
private lots i am not sure about.

i am sure in attendance are differences from state to state but in the state of Tennessee no affairs of state agency or municipality with the exception of airport authorities may charge for handicap parking.

Tenn code ann.§ 55-21-105(a).

after reading the judgment offered for Texas in the connect provided below and looking at the actual bill it is obvious the Texas regulation is the same as within Tennessee and since it is a public school the lot is owned by a municipality and no charges can be exacted for handi-capped parking regardless of who is trying to charge.
Only if those are the solitary handicapped spots available, the Americans with disabilities stroke could be used against them if they are blocking the handicapped spots for only relatives who are willing to reward a higher excise.

However if in the free lot they enjoy handicapped spots then as long as they fit the guidelines for the handicapped they are OK.
Yes, you can construct a handicapped person recompense in a reserved parking lot. Provided its gated and explicitly states that its clear per visit.

You must provide other handicap spots elsewhere however.
surrounded by what state is this?

EDITED BASED ON STATE;
Then I suggest you read the following and pay demanding attention to 'governmental units'.

https://www.oag.state.tx.us/opinions/DM/...

Unless this is a private high academy, My reading of the Attorney General's opinion is that the arts school may be violating the ruling.

Remember, this is NOT the school charging for parking but a private enterprise albeit a university affiliated group.
At an airport, I saw a sign saying that handicapped individuals could park in the lot nearest to the terminal at the rates in general charged for persons parking surrounded by a more distant lot. Therefore, it appears that the handicapped are not entitled to free parking.

However, if the handicapped those have to wage more to park in the handicapped spaces contained by the lot than non-handicapped persons own to pay to park, that would seem to be discriminatory.
