In a ch7 bankruptcy what happen if I am awarded money from a lawsuit after filing? In Illinois?
I am thinking roughly speaking filing chapter 7 liquidation but i have a near-term trial by jury to decide almost a car wreck i be in a few years ago and wether im gonna be awarded any money. but if I am awarded what happen if i have already file?Answers: Your pending lawsuit must be tabled in your collapse "statement of affairs". It is a possible asset that the court will want to evaluate in your bankrupcy shield. If it later become actual $$$ and you are no longer bankrupt, your liquidation case could be dismissed.
First, you must include this asset within your bankruptcy file. Secondly, if the money is awarded after the bankruptcy discharges it depends on the ruling of the conciliator as to whether or not you must use it to pay debts.
If it is awarded earlier the discharge or dismissal of accounts, it will more than likely be included as the assets liquidate during the bankruptcy.
In Illinois, the trustee is going to inform you to inform him or her of any money you receive during the 6 months following your filing. If you are awarded money during that time you entail to report it to the trustee. You also should list the court suitcase in your collapse documents. You need to consult your ruin attorney and PI attorney, as how much you receive through the law suit (if anything) may be a determining factor on whether you should even wallet.
I am 12 do i have the right to free speech?
do I?Answers: Yes, but surrounded by home and school your rights are set. You gotta listen to mom, dad and teachers.
Not really, at 12 you are underneath the power of parents and teachers
I muse it takes a strong child to speak up against tyranny but have an idea that it out clearly and try to do it non-attacking
You have the right to free speech if you're an American, for example-however, that doesn't tight you can say anything anywhere and not enjoy to deal next to consequences.
To everything, there is a string attached. No?
We could answer this better if we know what speech you're asking about, surrounded by what context and circumstances.
For instance, I'm pretty sure that schools hold editorial control over what students print in school-funded publications.
There are restrictions on free speech for everyone (threats, slander and libel, and others).
And your parents enjoy the right to punish you for cussing, or talking stern to them, for example.
And, for yet another example, on this site, we are adjectives bound by the Guidelines for using this site.
If you have some specific instance surrounded by mind, posting that would yield more relevant answers.
But contained by general, yes, but beside restrictions we all enjoy and others due to your age.
How do you make a petition?
I am going to product a petition, but I NEED to know how to make one, how to pursue, what I should put in the petition, how I can distribute it and describe people just about it, etc.Answers: Think of a good track to phrase your question or issue so that it appeals to a broad audience, consequently write it down on paper and start chitchat to people. You can dance door to door (though I don't like mortal disturbed that way) or you can just be in motion to a busy place and talk to ancestors at random. You can also do it online. Just ask population their opinions of your issue and afterwards ask them if they would like to write their cross down supporting you.
There is a web site that hosts petitions (they're hosting one for ancestors who support the Hollywood Writers' strike).
Maybe it has tips on how to create and word petitions.
You word it contained by a "We, the undersigned" -- that is that's the subject of the sentence.
You requirement a specific thing that "we" are calling on "someone" (some specific personage, company, government) to do, or refrain from doing.
Instead of making your own petition, is at hand an on-line community that shares your concern? Maybe hooking up with them -- they may already own a petition; if not, you may inspire them to do one; they may know how to help next to the how's.
BTW, don't try to use this site to get signatures. That's a no-no, since this site is for quesitons, and "sign my petition" is a request and will probably be removed.
Good luck next to it.
If you go to unitedhollywood's net site, you can probably navigate to the petition site.
Paying taxes.? are some taxes unconstitutional?
I have hear a few people influence that they are tax protestors. I be wanting to know more about this subject.. Some associates have told me that income import tax is unconstitutional.. can't you get surrounded by trouble for not paying taxes ... and which taxes would they be? all or only some?Answers: The assertions that there is no regulation is just tripe spread by the the quixiotic and delusional "tax tenet deniers" fringe group.
For the income tax law, check out:

"Tax law denier" groups dismiss the citing of the U.S. Legal code as 'not law'. If you believe that, I buoy you to ask any lawyer. Or mention any authoritative source.
So after dismissing the U.S. Legal Code, 'tax tenet deniers' say 'show me the tenet as passed by congress'. OK here you go. For the primary acts passed by congress about the Federal Income Tax...

After Congress passes a ruling, it becomes 'codified' contained by the U.S. Legal Code. This is a good point. Before U.S. law be organized into the U.S. Legal Code in the slow 1800s, lawyers and courts have a tough time sifting through and interpreting the myriad of acts passed by congress since the nation birth.
Then there is the argument that the '16th Amendment be never ratified' . if you read the details of the argument, you'll find it is wonderfully creative; an interesting collection of arguments, some with merit, and some totally farcical. In the end, however, the final arbitor on it's merits is the courts who own consistently reaffirmed it's constitutionality. But 'tax imperative deniers' keep arguing duplicate old article on the internet since they can't do it successfully in the courts.

BTW, I will close by axiom that "Tax Protesting" is a respectful and time-honored American tradition. "Tax Law deniers" detract from the real issues by continual restatements of contrived and discredited positions.
I believe some taxes are unconstitutional but it's rugged to win in court. Many taxes are unmerited to the average person. Private and corporate welfare make the tax system greatly more unfair. As long as we hold political parties, it will remain so. Lobbyists buy the lawmaker. Eliminate political parties and lobbyists will would own to spend an enormous amount of money to buy law they want.
The government treats crime and drugs indifferently but will jump on you within a heartbeat if you fail to foot your taxes.
I've seen court cases when the court finds a import tax does not meet the requirements of the ruling but refuses to help yourself to action because the policy entity imposing the toll needs the money and it will be put to use for the adjectives good. What a crock.
Are you if in luggage?
Answers: Unusual peanut butter left side of stapler.
yes I am other the if in adjectives cases
I filed to embezzle my landlord to small claims, could not serve him because he be always "gone", fresh court date?
So basically I file the claims, got the imaginative court date. Attempted to serve him, even with an officer, but he be always "gone." Went to the court date and they give me a new date within court. Looking further into that date, I have a previous arrangment that I can not grasp out of that date. I tried to go subsidise to the courthouse the following Monday and the person told me since the date be made in court I can not transmutation that date. Is this true???????? Any help would be appreciated.Answers: You might be stuck surrounded by the date since you already asked for a new one.
As for service on the innkeeper, your excuse of not being competent to serve him could be why the court is being so strict. There is no such entity as completely not being competent to serve. Every state has option for service. Here in NY, if we cant one-sidedly serve after at least 3 tries, and we know the human being lives or does business there, we can do a fastener and mail and convey the affidavit to the court. If we cant find a location there is a different type of affidavit the process server give us to file beside the court which basically say that they made a search to the best of their means and tried to serve with due dilligence. You should dance back and reread your states rules on process serving.
You inevitability to file a "motion to continue". See if the clerk at the courthouse have any forms you can use.
It will look something like this (i dont know what state you're in)

correct luck and dont wait around - capture it filed asap.
Child abuse or not?
Making a 6 year frail STAND in one spot, crying for over 10 minutes? Is this a form of child mishandle?I am all for correcting children, don't mis-understand that, one and only need to know if the STANDING time NOT moving is borderline swearing or not?
Answers: I wouldn't call it knock about, but 10 minutes is way too long. My kids transport a time out 1 minute for their age. So 6 years old, 6 minutes.
If someone is screaming at them to stand *perfectly* still for the full 10 minutes that's not good though. We turn about our business while someone is contained by time out~they can cry, scream, throw a fit and we only ignore them. The certainty that they no longer have your attention is plenty for some kids to settle down!
I doubt any jusrisdicitons would call that treat roughly. It sounds like discipline to me. "Time Outs" are importantly recommended as an alternative to physical discipline.
To be abuse, it would hold to involve injury, or unreasonable emotional stress.
You referred to "borderline abuse"... if the parent is doing this for no justification, or doing it for an extended period of time, I expect the emotional knock about could be argued. But for correction, I doubt anyone would consider 10 minutes excessive, or even "borderline".
nope most psychiatrists recommend that type of punishment i for one prefer the stick
spare the rod spoil the child.
I really doubt it and if it is then America requests to hold a big mirror over themselves and slap the crap out of themselves.
This is an excellent form of punishment. And only 10 minutes, man surrounded by my day (im singular 16 and from a hispanic family) we callled that Tuesday. I think child invective has to agreement with hiding and other things. I remember how i used to get punished. Belts, sandles, etc. Thats why i become such a great athlete, i learned to dodge when i be 5. And if that doesnt work for you try this (i am certain its not considered child treat roughly. Not approved of, but not illegal) Make the 6 year old drink a spoonful of tobasco sauce. It is official and works.
EDIT: Here are the differences between an American family and a Nicaragua familial.
In an American family you achieve a timeout for killing a dog
In a Nicaraguan relatives you almost get pulsation to death for forgetting to nurture it.
In the end i come up with americans have the worse form of cruelty towards children. I dont aim beatings but everytime i step to a park, i go to see that kid who have a dog leash on them.
"Mommy look ice cream" (starts running) ..*YANK* Its very funny
No. It is not abuse. I would even shift as far as spanking a couple of times depending on the offense.
Mr. M. on "child abuse."
If you miserable literally not move and punishment (like hitting) is given if they do move then I would speak yes. But in broad, it is recommended nowadays to bequeath time outs and the time (1 minute per year old) is not supposed to start until after they settle down (i.e., stop crying).
You don't have children do you? No, I am not anyone snide, but realistic...most society who don't have children themselves don't get the dynamics that come with raise a child.
To answer the question, depending on what the child did, the intent at the rear what the child did and the realization that the child NEEDS discipline, I would say no...10 minutes within the corner without moving is not borderline or knock about in any instrument, shape or form.
Some of the most hard times contained by a parents life is when the child is contained by danger of hurting themselves, or others, or property. Parents will punish things similar to that more harsh, than anything else, and rightly so! Parents don't want anything getting hurt because it is out of love that the correct their child. Sometimes you involve to be harsh to grasp the point across. Children are also the royalty of manipulation. They know how to push their parents buttons. A six year old is research their boundaries all over again because they are immediately capable of thinking around other things other than lately playing.
EDIT: PTK...I never thought I would EVER have one of those things, but I do. My son dart and is VERY quick. It keep him safe and not a soul can snatch him. ALSO, HE loves it because he doesn't have to hold our mitt and he has more nouns with still one safe. Went to the open-minded during the Summer and that thing made it possible...have a lot of positive remarks also because 2 children get lost in ONE morning there.
What is penalty for $20 purchase of crack cocaine within AL?
Does anyone know what the penalty is for possession of crack cocaine is the state of Alabama? The entity had bought the crack for $20.Answers: I don't know the decree out there but I do know satisfactory that it is dependent on the amount you purchase NOT how much you pay.
You could a million dollars for one gram and you will be charged on the gram.
You could pay cheque one dollar for a kilo and you will be charged for the kilo.
If your dumb enough to nick it you may die. Thus proving Darwin right.
Ian M
If it is a first offense, the penalty will be lighter than that of a repeat criminal, but it is all up to the intermediary.
Care work Q..?
in residential concern for the elderly we have 32 fem,2male residents. on most night there is ither 2 fems or one of respectively working but on an odd point in time one dose not turn up an its possible 2men will do the work, its said thay cant due to sexual discrimination.thats fine but what of the 2 men that live within,is it not discriminating against them when 2 fems are working?Answers: SD takes sketch of the feeling of any sex - so men are unlikely to complain but women are likely to surface uncomfortable - so it's not sex discrim per se - but is cover by that bundle of legislation - similar to one of the other answerer's said (even though he might have said it jokingly) - men don't complain when women dress or undress them - women don't perceive comfortable when men do it.
If there is lone male carers working you are ejection the females right to chose who they want to do their care x
To be honest i'm not sure in the order of that i see your point but not sure x
What man is going to complain?
Yep there is some regulation,I forget what it's called. You own to have a womanly carer present which yes I agree it is sexual discrimination cos you can hold all women workers but no men!
equality totally.
