Problems with the Attorney Generals Office?

My husband is owed child support from his ex wife. The Texas OAG have taken her to court at least 2 different times for Enforcement. Aug. 2006 the conciliator put her on a 1 year probation. Now it is 15 months later. Of the 15 months, perchance 5 months she paid, but the other 9 it be probation violation. The negotiator put her on probation so the OAG wouldnt have to petition the court for enforcement, they'd a short time ago get ahold of the intercede.

My question is, if you hold a problem with the OAG, who is highly developed than them...where/who do we make complaints to?
