So Its ok for me to have sex beside a random stranger...?

but if i be to turn around and offer said stranger money for the sexual encounter it would suddenly be bent?

How does that make any sense? Why is it illegitimate to pay for something thats without a flaw legal to hand over away?

I mean i hold never had a irregular sexual encounter like that, or would ever dance up to a random girl and ask, i am a moment ago perplexed by this whole issue... i be watching cops on tv and the showed one of those prostitution raids they do... seem wrong
Answers: What's not to understand? One is dubious and causes problems. The other is something that citizens have the right to do given here is nothing prohibiting them from doing so.

One is consentual, and the other is more of a business proposition.
99.9999% of prostitutes do what they do to support drug customs - and 100% of all drug transactions result surrounded by violent crimes which hurt society.

That is the reasoning.

Therefore - when you foot a prostitute - you are contributing to drug-related violence surrounded by the streets.
Probably less because of the monetary issue itself and more because of public robustness and criminal enterprise issues that arise from the unbalanced power across the inevitable distribution channel for the service you refer to.

That is the secular answer anyway - I am sure someone will pipe up with why their religious beliefs apply to you and are incumbent on you.
I own always found it strange that it is legal to embezzle a girl out, pay $50 for dinner and a movie and receive laid, but it is illegal to offer her the same $50 contained by cash.
I wonder if it is off the record if I give her a contribution card for a movie and dinner?
i then ask what is dating but legalized prostitution. you buy someone dinner and a dutiful time and then you carry a good time. you put out brass to get some, you not giving it to them directly but your still giving money for the favor. make a contribution em a tip not payment for the actual accomplishment but a little thank you. ha ha ah
Offering money for sex is risky no matter who it is. It's call prostitution. But you can offer to do it for free though.
Well surrounded by the UK it wouldn't be illegal. prostitution is NOT a crime here.

What are your thoughts on healthcare?

Should the government regulate it, or should it be privatized?
Given to everyone for free and covered below taxes, or a separate thing to pay envelope for?
Pros AND cons would be great.
Answers: Do you actually want duplicate people who brought you the IRS, Social Security, Vietnam, Iran hostage scandal, Katrina rescue, Iraq etc to run YOUR healthcare. I don't want them close at hand mine, thats for sure. I think a overhaul of the private system is needed, not a rule run system. Ask A Canadian, Englishman or Frenchman how wonderful their system is.the ones who can afford it come HERE for treatment of serious medical conditions. Why? Because our gov't doesn't run healthcare.

As long as you don't mind waiting months for treatment of non-urgent conditions, then gov't run healthcare is the method to go. Try calling the IRS or Social Security. That will supply you an idea of what gov't run healthcare will be approaching.
The private sector still provides the best. Due to competition. The fact that nation don't have healthcare is not a origin to upend the whole system. Health insurance is not a God given right. Those who don't any should have compensated attention in university, or they need to bring back jobs that provide insurance.
When they pass you stats that a certain % of americans don't own insurannce, they don't tell you masses of them don't have it by CHOICE. My sister is 22, have it at her job however doesn't want to pay for it because she think it is a "waste", yet she is considered to be one of the ones near "no insurance" That doesn't seem approaching a problem with the system, fairly individual people. I imagine employers should be mandate to offer form insurance or people should be capable of buy gov't backed policies (like flood insurance or mortgages) but a big no to the Gov't certainly running it.
It should be privatized and available to those who can pay for it.

I work my butt of 9-5 so that i can engineer money and pay for healthcare to be given to my wife and kids, and i dont imagine its something that anybody should just know how to get.

Healthcare should be considered a privelege, not a god given right. You hold a right to live, in the sense that i shouldnt be capable of go around massacre people. But you dont hold a "right" to live in the sense that you catch cancer and others must pay for your cure.

Its a cog of life, some live, some die, we cant amass everyone
Some regulation of healthcare is probably desireable, to assure that treatments being offered to patients are undamaging and effective, as is the baggage with food and masses other things.

Healthcare is already provided primarily by private organizations, but much of it is compensated for by insurance - which is a cooperative scheme awfully much like socialized tablets, but in which you can be expelled from the system at almost anytime. It should not be nationalized or socialized, but the role and regulation of insurance companies contained by controlling access to healthcare should be re-examined.
Privatized and deregulated.
The biggest change we requirement is tort reform to do away with punitive damages from medical lawsuits. They don't punish anyone because the insurance company pays, not the doctor. So insurance goes up for everyone, and that finances the customer (you and me) has to pay envelope more.

Government control would be a disaster. It would also be unconstitutional. If I eat right and exercise, I will enjoy low health thoroughness costs. If you don't eat right and don't exercise, you'll own high strength care costs. That is your choice and the levy payers should not be forced to pay for you desperate health decision. That's called stealing. It's dissipated, unethical, and lately plain evil.
Everyone here is thinking INSIDE the box.

This is an area ripe for entrepreneurship, and I am working on it :)

Can't update you what I have within mind, but it addresses adjectives or most of the problems with adjectives of the same dated tired plans.

Should drug tests be forbidden?

why or why not?
do you see any discrimination within it?

If you think its an interesting grill, then dont forget to supply it a star..
Answers: Well, lets ask an far-reaching question,
Exactly what are they looking for contained by drug tests??
Is it cocain? Methamphetamine? Marijuana?
And exactly on average, what DO they find on when they receive the drug examination results?
My guess would be that the majority of the time they find marijuana- and that's it. Why accuse a marijuana smoker of human being unfit to hold a job and get something done it properly? Why aren't we doing the same for alcoholics? In my feelings, alcohol is a world of alot more dangerous than marijuana.
Therefore, I assume that the people asking for the drug audition should mind their own business.
In my opinion it's adjectives a scam. If factories REALLY care about SAFETY, they would eyeshade for alcoholism. Because we all know which is more chancy. Drug tests over the counter cost almost $20.00 or so. At the clinic where they dispatch you to drug test you, it costs $80.00 and up within bigger cities.
WHATHEFUXUP?
Why should they be illegal?

Drugs are unconstitutional. As long as they are drug testing should and will remain lawful.
No it shouldn't. Using drugs during the job could pose a harmful liability for the employer especially if you use machinery. Plus you want your employees anyone their sharpest and productive.

Edit: No, it isn't an invasion of privacy, just resembling when a drunk driver gets pulled over he get tested. (We don't want him killing someone.) Doing drugs (especially surrounded by places like factories) puts race in difficulty, and they should have the right to know.
No, they shouldn't be criminal.

Using drugs is illegal.

We requirement to do whatever it take to keep the junkies past its sell-by date the streets, off the highway, out of the workplace, away from our schools.

Personally, I meditate they should legalize adjectives drugs.tax them and get underway up specialty shops that sell them to whoever requests them. Then, set aside safe places where on earth they can all run and shoot themselves off the planet if they decision. ZAP! Drug problem gone, war on drugs over, police freed up to verbs our streets of the thugs and gangs, duty dollars could be spent on eduction, our infrastructure, health insurance, etc.

We would quickly put all of the drug "kings" dealer and hustlers out of business, lower crime rates and put hundreds of law enforcement officer back where on earth they need to be...
drug test are legal just as a pre-hiring screen or as a sanctuary check for high risk professions. The supreme court have ruled that current employers can not enforce changeable drug checks on employees unless they are surrounded by a high risk position and this presents a sfety issue(think bus drivers). The object is that random drug conducting tests is a 4th amendment violation, unreasonable hunt.

I got a speeding ticket for going 90 surrounded by a 55 mph. 5point violation, $290 fine. Should i dance to court?

well, as i said, i get a ticket for going 90 in a 55mph on the highway. this officer be not in a tarnished police vehicle, he was within some old green motor and i think he found my speed becuase he be bumper pacing me.

anyways, he said this is a 5 point sacrilege, and he wrote down $290 fine. Anyways, I think i am going to turn to court.

Now, lets suppose i go and get guilty on this. What do you think are the likelihood of the judge any reducing the fine or reducing the points? what i mean is I hold nothing to lose by going to court ( besides the court charges)?
Answers: Ok, you are getting closely of shakey information so far (IMO).
It never hurts to go to court.
But don;t be a dummy going on for it. Wear a coat and tie and for god's sake don't wear jeans and sneakers! If you have earrings, help yourself to them out. Look as conservative as you can, because we are talking almost TWICE the speed time limit here.
Be respectful. DO NOT ARGUE! It is all "yes your honor" and "no your honor". Treat it approaching the serious matter this is and you will do as all right as you can. Piss the judge bad and it can get MUCH worse.

If you haven't gone contained by 3 years, most counties will allow you to go to traffic conservatory. This makes it harder for the offense to be found, but it unambiguously shows up on your record.
Insurance companies do a different investigate than law enforcement does. So it is worth it to not become an assigned risk and potentially un-insurable.

The regard as being is not likely to lessen your fine, because the speed was so excessive. If you catch out of court with a fine, traffic academy (in most jursidictions you have to ask for that to be ordered so don'f forget to ask the judge), and he/she doesn't suspend or curtail your license, touch lucky.

In many states, that would earn you an instant suspension.

Good luck
Well if he didn't use radar, it's totally contestable, and that obviously is assuming he shows up, in which baggage it should get dismissed.

Alternately most courts currently let you recompense an extra $50 to not have it step on your driving record. Kind of resembling extortion, but if your time is valuable, it might be worth going that route.
It depends where on earth you live.
In NJ, I got a moving infringement and went to court pleading not guilty. Before seeing the regard as being everyone was competent to speak to the prosecuter and had the casual to plea bargain and plea guilty and that would whip off the points rotten but I had an additonal $300 to recompense for court fees (on top of fine).
When I was driving through pennsylvania, I get stopped for going 80 in a 50mph and recieved a ticket for $185. Pleaded not guilty and go to court(had to drive for 4hrs) to the court house, I can't even remember the name of the settlement. There was no prosecuter but the actual cop that stopped me be there and I have to sit infront of the judge within the courtroom and defend my self. Ended up self guilty with no plea negotiate whatsoever and the 5 point violation on my liscense. What a consume of time it was. So I guess it really adjectives depends where you live.
If you jump to trial, what exactly is your defense? You were speeding, right? How do you plan to address that?

Your points and fine will travel down only if you can deny the claim that you were doing 90 surrounded by a 55. So, let's say you plea wrangle and admit to 70 instead. Maybe the fine/points are smaller amount for that.

But if you want to claim total innocence, you will probably lose and have to cough up the $$ and filch the points.

It is illegal to copy phone conversations if you're not on the line... (details inside)?

consent to say you live beside someone and you think they are plotting to hurt you.
Can you Legally dictation the conversations with out them knowing?
If so could it be used within court?
Answers: You can record it if you want, but you can not use it contained by court. Most states have a 1 gathering consent law more or less recording phone conversations (or any conversations for that matter), which medium 1 of the people mortal recorded, must know that they are individual recorded. So if you be to have a friend within on it talk to them, next you could use it in court.
In some places tape conversations, without adjectives parties have knowledge, can not be used as evidence, within court.
Check your local laws. By adjectives means, do create the recording, whether you can use it or not.
I don't estimate so. If they're not plotting to hurt you and they find out you've been cassette, they may take you to court.
If you do contemplate someone is plotting to hurt you, you need to speak to the police. If you do record something, you could embezzle it to the police - you may be on the dodgy side of the law, but that's better than closing moments up hurt or dead.
It's govern by state law, not federal, so the rules are adjectives different state by state, but I do not believe using it in court would ever be permitted.
In most states it is indispensable that both parties know they are anyone recorded. In some states it individual requires one party to be aware of the video recording. In all states the knowledgable bash MUST be one or both of the ones on the telephone. Recording cellular phone converstaions you are not a part of is unofficial in adjectives states without an apporved court lay down; but then if you are the president I guess you can monitor and transcription anyone you want too.
These links should help you. http://www.ofcom.org.uk/static/archive/o...

If they dont know they are human being tapped, after it will do no good contained by court. Unless you have a warrant.
In Spain is unfair to record any conversation instead u are on the dash. only is official record the conversation if u voice before start to have a chat with the other being is on the line.

But i focus does not help coz America is soooo diff next to citizen rights than Europe.
Quit recording my conversations, I'm not gonna hurt you ( a lot)

Violation of civil rights? Question regarding limitations on what is allowed on property.?

We received an "unpermitted structure in 6 feet of our house" betrayal, and a converted garage violation. Well my dad removed the extended awning and returned the garage door to its inspired use. Now without recounting us, the investigator sends us a FINAL notice stating we "enjoy junk on our garden and theres still an unpermitted structure on the yard". Its my dads toolshed. The codes state that be allowed to have a structure if its smaller number than 120ft2, and if its within the appropriate distances from adjoining buildings and street. Ive even asked the planning commissioner about this, but the investigator is giving me different information. She said it looked approaching junk, and also said be only allowed to own garden material on the garden. The rules dont say aloud anything about this. She also said she couldnt close the armour if she saw other things that she thought were violate the codes even though no one complained. But this is subjective. She didnt even ask what the things be.
Answers: YOu can certianly file a complaint, however any time you erect a structure minus a permit or awareness you can be forced to remove it.
1. get a legal representative
2. yes, file a complaint
Property rights!! What Property rights!!
OK, it's probably far from civil rights.

These ordinance and zoning codes are established under the State's (or municipality's) standard police power to enforce the laws for the quiet enjoyment of property for adjectives and keep the peace.

Your inspector think she is enforcing a legal ordinance that your Dad is violating. Any complaint going on for her is going to make you give the impression of being like you're trying to verbs violating the ordinance by attacking her directly.

Instead, you requirement to work within the rules. You obligation to ask the planning commission for a variance from whatever ordinance she is trying to enforce. As long as you have a petition past the planning commission, the DA will not entertain prosecution.

Take pictures (from every angle) to further your covering that this is not "junk" like she claimed. She doesn't own to be acting on anyone's complaint. The city has the duty to enforce its zoning law.

Sorry, that's the best I can do. You may need an attorney, but that's better than letting fines and penalty pile up against you.

** Note: This is a general discussion of the subject situation of your question and not allowed advice. Local law or your particular situation may switch the general rules. For a specific answer to your request for information you should consult legal counsel near whom you can discuss all the facts of your armour. **
This is being dirty, But find out where on earth she live & then (Hopefully another town) folder complaints against her.

Why does justice enjoy nothing to do beside law and decree?

Answers: Because justice...approaching beauty...is contained by the eye of the beholder.

Typically, we all want tenet and order surrounded by the abstract. We want everyone to be law-abiding and not hurt anyone.

When we hear anyone else breaks the law...we want rasping punishments and can't believe when people "obtain over" or "get rotten easy."

However, when we receive in trouble, we can't recognize why justice can't show any leniency to us.

Example: Paris Hilton get far worse treatment in lock away than ordinary citizens for her offenses, but we be all outraged when she appeared to "bring off unproblematic." The reality, is adjectives small offendors get sour easy, and usually easier than she did.

I be a prosecutor and now working surrounded by criminal defense. Good people/hard working parents who probably want the book thrown at every other criminal, come to me begging me to grasp the most lenient sentence I can earlier the judge.

See...even-handedness is in the eye of the beholder.

While driving on suspended TX license b/f got DWI contained by NM...?

Ok my b/fs TX license was suspended within 2004 for street racing. In Nov. of 2006 while living surrounded by NM he got arrested for a DWI. He have had to do adjectives of the things NM requires him to do, like run a DWI Class, MADD, Probation for a year, ect. ect. Now that he is about to be capable of reinstate his license he has found out that he desires to pay TX $200, which is fine, we figure that would happen anyway, but higher than that he has to remuneration TX another $3,000 - $1,000 a year. We found out that is a "surcharge" and he be suppose to start paying on it in July, but we have no idea. They sent the bill to his address on his antediluvian liscense, but why the hell would he have updated the liscense to hold a New Mexico address if its a TX license?! I just dont expect its fair that both states are punishing him, what should we do? Get a advocate? Would a lawyer even know how to do anything? Thanks ahead of time!
Answers: Texas, and New Mexico are members of the Drivers License Agreement. The DLA require member to report tickets received by motorists to the state where they received a license to drive so as to receive points, and acquire an insurance hike. Also, when a state suspends the license of a driver who is from out-of-state, the state where on earth the motorist received a license to drive will also suspend their license as well.
Edit. I in actuality gave you the short newspaper. If you feel similar to reading, I'm providing you with the correlation.
http://www.numbersusa.com/PDFs/AAMVA%20D...
The DMV in masses states, particularly contiguous ones, share information.
The fine and surcharge be imposed by the TX courts, and the found him through his NM driver's license. You may be able to enjoy some of the surcharge set aside, but will need to move about to TX to do it. If that surcharge is to show financial responsibility, then sending them an insurance binder and proof you live outside TX. A legal representative in TX is what you call for to sort it out. Or a legal aid society.

Good luck!

If you have 6 misdemeanors contained by north carolina from 1997-2001, can they all be expunged or only just 1? curious?

they are all within the same county.
Answers: Can't see why you would be restricted to only one. If you are "rehabilitated", after why not clear the entire record? But the court will be smaller number likely to believe someone have turned over a new fern if they have six crimes on their diary.

I have see it done though, in California.
Expungement is a tool to make a contribution someone a second chance. This individual is looking for 6 extra chances. Expungement is at the discretion of the courts, so merely they can answer this question... but I seriously doubt it.

Is it legal to produce porn?

What is legalized and illegal and why is in that a big differnce between pornography and prostitution.
Answers: Traditionally, liberals defended the freedom of consenting adults to publish and consume pornography in private from moral and religious conservatives who looked-for pornography banned for its obscenity, its corrupting impact on consumers and its corrosive effect on traditional nearest and dearest and religious values. But, in more recent times, the pornography debate have taken on a somewhat new and surprising shape. Some feminists enjoy found themselves allied with their traditional conservative foes contained by calling on the state to regulate or prohibit pornography-although the primary focus of feminist concern is on the harm that pornography may basis to women (and children), rather than the obscenity or dissoluteness of its sexually explicit content. And some liberals have attached pro-censorship feminists in suggesting that the harms that destructive and degrading pornography causes to women's social standing and opportunity might be sufficiently serious to justify prohibiting pornography, even by liberals' own lights. Many others, both liberals and feminists, remain unconvinced. They are doubtful that pornography is a significant do of the oppression of women or that the "blunt and treacherous weapon" of the regulation is the best solution to such harm as pornography may create. As we shall see, the debate over whether pornography should be censored remains very much alive.

Prostitution 1
Definition: The stroke or practice of prostituting or offering the body to an indiscriminate intercourse with men; adjectives lewdness of a woman.

prostitution 2
Definition: offering sexual intercourse for pay
Yes it is... basically not under 18 years of age. That is a crime.

.
Porn is ethical as long as everybody involved is of age and the schedule are consensual. And I certainly hope that it is endorsed, or else my hubby and I are going to penal complex. Oh, and I think the legalities of porn own something to do with the certainty that porn is taxed and regulated, whereas prostitution isn't regulated at adjectives.
