The question is too clear, does not sufficiently define the extent of mar done, needs parameter. There are many level of harm, which the ask should have address. I believe there are circumstances that MIGHT justifable homicide, but stepping on one foot undeniably would not justify it. If the query were rephrased and more specific it would be viable.

A lot of cooperate employer do not recognize adjectives the federal holidays - so I would say no. The post organization was closed, but I did not obtain Veteran's Day off. Since they are not required to furnish you the time off - why would they be required to pay cheque you for them?

Answers: Two issues here- ownership and legality. Your father can endow with you personal property, but you can't register a handgun in California unless you're 21. So you're surrounded by a temporal limbo. You're not old ample to own it. And one more thing- contained by California, you can't "give" a gun; you've got to hold it to a gun dealer and effect the verbs.

Not reasonably. A person can be on another's property short doing anything illegal after it would be totally illegal to assassinate that person. The perpetrator would be going up for murder. However, if someone broke into your house and tried to murder you or any beneficiary of your family later you could shoot him and if he died you would be exonerated.
