This is really dumb. But when i was approaching 14 or 15 i shoplifted. I was dumb and i know that. I didnt receive arrested or anything but i did have a court date. The cop told me i could any go to court and attain community service or pay the fine. I only just paid it. My friend who also get caught went to court and get community service. Im 20 now and wondering if employer can see that on my record. I live surrounded by Wisconsin and dont know much about how any of that works. Also I own never been convicted of a crime at any other time.Answers: I sincerely doubt if specifically on your record and, if it is, I doubt if potential employer need to know. The question on applications are usually something like, "Have you ever be convicted of a felony?" or, "Other than traffic violations, enjoy you ever been arrested and convicted".
